Very helpful staff. 1 girl spoke good English which was a bonus. Helped me with my purchase. Extra good range of products. Only NO ONE in the Shopping Mall sells Card of any sort, birthday etc.

They could offer more promotions on facial creams and other products, in order to be able to better compete with other local stores. It is a good department store and staff are usually very helpful. You can definitely find special and nice idea gifts there.

15-20 min to recieve drinks, another 30 min to recieve bread & crackers...no butter or salsas. When I ordered the filet mignon she didn't ask how i would like it cooked. Asked for a refill on drink ...never showed. Left without seeing our main plates about 45-60 after we arrived.

Breakfast was delicious. Gloria was friendly and attentive. If you go before 8.30am, you ll be served right away:)

It took more than 45 minutes to bring us the food!
