Sanborns Ciudad Juárez

This brand of stores are is so overrated, they never change. Their service as awful as always. But my wife insisted to have dinner there, so I give it a chance and went in. After seating for 20 minutes, finally a waitress came with the dirtiest "clean" napkins I ever seen, all spotted with coffee and salsa stains. So, I told her, she pick them up and left for other 10 minutes. She came back to offer drinks and asked if we're ready to order... "And the menus?" I asked. She replied "You have to use the QRC from the table, because I can't find any painted menus". So another 30 minutes while I dl/install the app using their terrible internet speed, check the menu, and wait for her to notice I'm calling back. To resume: The soups we ordered were somewhat cold (we wouldn't wait other 20 minutes for re-heat) and tasteless. My son ordered a burger...a McDonalds cheese burger would beat the c**p he got. I ordered rolled tacos, they were very tiny and slim, came with something that resembled guac, but were just chunks of avocado sprinked with pieces onion, tomato and jalapeno, and some fried beans that I bet were from a can. My wife got the lousiest, sad tiny enchiladas I have ever seen in my life. Just some drops of salsa, some threads of chicken and sprinkled with some cheese, accompanied with a salad that appeared to be made two days before. All that s**t for the price of us$70, and the lady at the register asked me if I would leave a tip... I just laughed. There's an Applebees next door, next time I rather go there. I don't recommend Sanborn's to anyone.

The best bakery you can find in Ciudad Juarez, highly recommend, restaurant food is very good not excellent but really good quality, nice flavor. You have to visit the place when you be in cd. juarez.

The food is decent but the service is REALLY bad. Plan to be there for two hours at least.

The place smelled like sewage. They gave us two menus then took one away because there were not enough. Two waitresses for the whole restaurant and bakery area. We walked out because of lack of serve and awful smell. Not what this restaurant used to be. It's very sad!!
