Sanborns - Las Américas

The food was very good. It was much more relaxing here than elsewhere in the mall.

Unfortunately this year xmas dinner package was very difficult to pick up!! We wait almost 2 hours at line. No one attend to us, no explanation!! Shame for Sanborns. The line was very long!! So many people were waiting with us!!

Good, great place, comfy, good service

I ordered a burger and fries. Took about a good 40 minutes to get my order. The burger was undercooked, the buns were stale, and the cheese was just slapped on. The fries were ice cold. What's worse when I returned the food all they did was warm up the fries so they were hard and annoying to chew. The burger was cooked so the outside was burnt and the inside was mushy and warm. The service was also terrible because they took 30 minutes to bring my drink.

I thought the place would be better, coz is, in average, expensive. Anyway the quality is not good, and dishes take for ever to be ready. Once on your table you dont get anything else like salt, paper or even napkins until you ask for them.
