Sanborn's Querétaro

I’ve experienced the infamous Sanborn’s dining service twice. The first time I was unaware, and the process was excruciatingly slow. So many employees getting so little done with so few smiles. The second time I went in from the rain for tea. Waited too long for a waitress to show after being seated, and left. Hire management that gets the job done and require excellent service. It’s not so hard.

Coming here from more than 20 years, the Enchiladas Suizas Sanborns still have same delicious flavor.. friendly and courteous staff and following protocols due the Covid.. great restaurant!

Awful service. They didn’t have rice, so they served us a soup with nothing else just an ounce of chicken. Brought the rice like 40min later, extremely salty. Rest of the menu was poorly cooked as well. Everything at full price

Cold food, took too long. Service did not meet expectations. I had to stand up to get my own napkins as the waiter keeps forgetting my requests. Meals overall were ok and prices are fair; but I would not come back, you just lost a customer.

Service was very slow, food was ok had a small issue with the limonade, they couldn't change it since they ran out of syrup. Management was not that great. They seem to forget what you requested as well. Not sure if it was cause of the time (7pm) I would not recommend to come at this time, and to be honest not really feeling like coming back any other time.
