Middle Way Cafe

Middle away Cafe is fantastic. In terms of quality and quantity, you get what you pay for and more! In my experience, the food has always been better in-house than to-go order. I can’t say enough about the quality of the food ingredients and the pleasant feeling it leaves on the stomach post gorge. Enjoy!

Got the Baja bowl. I have celiac and a dairy allergy. I chose it because it sounded okay and I wouldn't have to fuss with substitutions. Well, it was so so good. Really delicious. I also got a ginger berry smoothie. I will get both again. So good. And really kind and helpful, cheerful staff as well. Great experience.

Friendly, self-serve water, and pastry options. BLT was solid, but the soup of the day can be a hit or miss. After eating, I could feel my stomach become healthy and happy. Pastries were also quite nice. Vegetarian options available. Would recommend!

Some grab n go items available if you're in a rush. I got the Avocado spring rolls - they were incredibly fresh and even came with 2 sauces so you have plenty of sauce for each spring roll. I also tried the vegan Ruben - loved how crunchy every bite was. The taste was really good, I wish it had a bit more sauerkraut but that's just a personal preference thing. There's tons of places to sit, I was surprised to see how far back the cafe actually goes. And there's a back deck for sunny day dining as well. It was quite loud inside but the tables in the back were a tad more quiet. Overall I loved it and am so excited to go back and try more good food!

They have several vegan options! Every vegan dish I have tried so far has been delicious and filling. They also have vegan cupcakes and other treats. I’ve tried the cupcakes (which are also gluten free) and they are so good!
