I bought a Mr Heater propane heater on Saturday. 10/28/2023, I took it the family in need of it. But was the wrong item. So On 10/30/2023 I called the 2 nearby Ace Hardware stores to get a refund. I was told the other Ace hardware stores cannot issue me a refund. They said, I have to take it back to the Kabat's mesa store. Which is 25 mins from where I live. I took it back to the store was told at the front of the store to take item to the back customer service counter, I waited in line and was told take it back to the front cashier if you want a REFUND!! I did, waited stood in-line, when the cashier called for an override for a return. I was told by cashier and Alex that I couldn't get the refund now cause system is down. He said come back tomorrow. I told him I couldn't do that. So, I left it at the store and Alex said he would refund it and call me when he gets it done. It is now 4pm I called the store to see why I haven't heard from Alex or the Store. I called and was told that he went home for the day and to call back in the morning. I don't have time to call tomorrow I have a 12 hr shift the next 3 days. This is totally nonsense. Poor customer service. A lot of run around when I bought the item on line through the website. No consideration of my time and travel!!! I was put on hold and no one answered the phone I called back and was told again can't do it. Only Alex can....at this point I am PISSED! After this is resolved I will never go to any ACE Hardware stores anymore. My refund has not been made and I have to keep waiting.
They have the BEST customer service ever. Their employees are so helpful and know what they are doing. They’ve helped me several times with projects I am working on. This is the only hardware store we use
This is a huge ace hardware, I love it. They had so much stuff that other ace hardware‘s don’t normally have. The staff was super helpful and nice and we were just laughing about how many options they had. Pretty good prices, a little expensive
As a large corporation rv park, with many parks throughout Az my encounter at the Ace Crismon store has me thinking, that this Ace may not be the store for us. I encountered a person wearing a badge with the name Eric on it. I could also see the shopping cart with the T12 bulbs I requested in the backroom. The younger salesperson attempted to assist me but was sternly told to leave it by Eric who was currently helping another customer. Waiting for 27 minutes this person Eric Store Mgr came over to me. First, he said derogatory statements about another employee who I knew about what he had to deal with about orders being sent to his store and how this person didn't know how to properly order Materiels These statements were not something a store MANGER should be making to a customer. Eric should not be a store manager not with his attitude towards other Ace employees and specially not towards customers. During checkout with Eric he dropped several boxes and said nothing to me. For me and my corporation I would not advise any body to shop this store as long as Eric works there.

I bought a Stihl chainsaw a month ago. All 3 guys working there were very helpful. Crimson Ace Hardware is my ace store!
