John's Creek Ace Hardware

The All Screen Repair is apart of ace hardware im guessing because their business card has 10875 jones bridge road. They charged me $2700 to convert screens on porch to detachable screens and paint. The screens are rusted…they took my panel off and did not replace it and no invoice for the work performed. Sloppy finish. So i paid all that money for screens with rust on them. I will be exercising my consumer rights on this!

Full disclosure, I’m a woman of color. My husband has shopped at this ace store since its opening. Customer service has always been top-notch. There is always someone that has all the answers for all the questions regarding any project. Prices are worth paying because of the full experience, from the time you walk in to when you walk out the door. Today I walk in and was welcomed by the cashier, and he asked me if he could direct me to the product I was looking for. I explained to him what I was looking for and he directed me to the corresponding aisle where I can find the items. While I was standing in the aisle making decisions about which of the many choices of the product to buy a sales representative stopped and said “ Can I help you”? I replied “No Thank You”. He proceeds to tell me that I look “AGITATED”??? Agitated, How by standing or may be dancing or sing along to the awesome music playing? People of color are very sensitive to those kinds of comments, remarks, I know I am. Im left wondering what about me standing there constitutes as agitation? 🙁 There might be a need for some cultural, race, sensitivity training. If it wasn’t because we personally meet the owner, had a 15-20 minute conversation with him where he connected deeply with us, I would probably have second thoughts about returning or letting my husband shop there again. (which would probably brake his heart because he spends all of his allowance at this specific Ace store 😁🥰. ) Please train your sales representative on cultural and race sensitives. Thank you.

Not only do they fully stock all the hardware and tools you need, but they feature a beautiful selection of stylish, unique and lovely gifts! Jan and Richard are helpful and accommodating. They create a fun atmosphere and a great shopping experience. It's always a joy to visit their awesome store!

I had 8 frames I needed glass cut for, and this is no small task. However, Ryan made it look easy as he cut them perfectly. He was very helpful and very friendly. This is a well run Ace. Thanks Again Ryan!

Ace is the place to go if you're in Johns Creek! Always great and friendly service! During the pandemic, it was a great place to shop as it felt like an escape from the crazies around here that were wearing their masks alone in their cars. I appreciate that they aren't sheep like other people on Google that have left reviews for this business.
