J & S Steamway

J&S Steamway is extremely professional and excellent to work with. The technician who was sent to do the job, Mike, was polite and very respectful of our furniture when moving things so he could do the cleaning. We had not had our carpets cleaned for several years because it was overwhelming to even think about based on our experience with other companies. But J&S Steamway and Mike made it easy for us, and he was in and out in no time, leaving our carpets looking like brand new!

Why can't every business in Anchorage operate like J & S Steamway? I have used them for 30 years and their service is prompt, courteous, efficient and exceeds every expectation. Mike is great to work with. Keep up the excellent work!

I have a set of well used stairs that seem to need cleaning more often than not. I'd delayed the inevitable carpet cleaning until it was absolutely necessary. J&S showed up on-time and was able to get the stairs cleaned so they looked brand-new! I'm really pleased with the results and the price was great too.

Mike came by to clean the carpets and not only did he do an amazing job, He was on time (even early) , had great communication through out the whole process and was very professional!
