Rick and the IHS staff were exceptional in installing a chairlift for the indoor staircase at my resident. The lift was installed within a week of my initial contact. Prices are very reasonable and explanations of the stairlift use and installation were excellent. The lift exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend this company.
