My husband went here to get his front windshield fixed and around the time they were supposed to call us to pick up. They informed us that they had Accidentally cracked Both sides of the car doors frame from too much Pressure. Fortunately they are willingly and apologetically going to fixing it on another day because they need to get parts to fix it. Once they fix it I will then update my review. It has been a few weeks and they proceeded with their promise and fix my husband’s car with no extra charge ! I am very thankful for this. They did not hesitate at all to keep us updated the whole process when getting the parts to getting ordered to setting up a day for us to drop it off. And they were even more kind to drop it off at a certain location at no expense. Thank you to the kind people there. We appreciate you and your honesty and work

They replaced my windshield and did a fabulous job. They were super quick and such a sweet staff. I love that they offer a warranty as well. I have them coming our to do my garage door panel as well. I would highly recommend them.

We had Glass Doctor measure our display cabinets, end tables, and chests for installation of mirrored bottoms and glass tops. We also needed a broken glass front on a Lawyer's Bookcase replaced. The very personable GD team performed the measurements quickly and accurately, and when the order was ready they installed the items, leaving the new materials clean and perfectly fitting the corresponding pieces of furniture. The result exceeded our expectations, adding to the beauty and functionality to each piece. We have since added new furniture and added to the original order. We are looking forward the delivery of the new glass top.

I did not get what I expected. I relied on Glass Doctor employee Zachary H. (General Manager) to correctly write up our order after having a couple in person meetings with him about our custom shower door requirements. He understood our needs for two glass panels for a single opening and especially wanting clear glass without the lead due to my wife’s past cancer history. Unfortunately, we only got the clear glass but still had the lead. Another words the edge is not clear but has a green tint which mean lead. Zachary expected us to understand his estimate when he knew exactly what we wanted as he or staff wrote up our estimate incorrectly. If other wrote up our estimate, he should have reviewed it before providing to us as he knew what we wanted. He told us what we wanted would be about $3,000 installed and that’s about what we paid. He also used the excuse that when the Glass Doctor guys came out to measure we should have told them what we expected lead free glass. We just let them into the new construction site and they requested no meeting about expectations as they just came to measure opening. I feel Zachary should take full ownership of his mistake and not expect us to pay another $400 for changing out the glass. Zachary feels we should have caught his mistake on his estimate that it did not state “Lead-Free” but only clear glass. He is supposed to be the expert and professional about glass and own up to his mistake instead of saying we did not pay for it. He tells us changing out the glass would only costs us $400 costs as he is eating the labor and trashing the already installed glass. I do not feel we should have to pay for his mistake as we already paid almost $3,000 that he said we would get lead free glass for that costs. Now this very expensive clear glass shower door they install is nice but it is not what we ordered. Sincerely, Mark Seven Lakes, NC
