Glass Doctor of Minneapolis

Very positive experience. They worked on decorative glass shelves and restored my mom’s display cabinet. They were personable and professional. I worked with Bryce who was honest and upfront about the scope of his business and what he could and could not accomplish for my mom’s request. The installer was delightful and conversational. He enjoys his workplace which speaks to the culture Bryce has established. I have already recommended them to others.

They were quick to respond to my first call for service repair. They answered my call immediately and they were out the next day to do measurements. The order was placed and the window pane was in within 2 and half weeks and installed the next day. The window looks brand new. The even removed the blinds to replace it and put them back up. I am in a townhome association and will be recommending them to my association for anyone who needs repairs. I am very pleased.

We were house sitting a window was accidentally broken. Glass Doctor was very helpful. Got someone out right away. The window was very old original Anderson. That used folded thin glass. Glass Doctor went above and beyond to make the glass and replaced the window. Took a little time but kept in contact with me. Always showed on time and very kind. Thank you again!!

Our shower door was replaced, and the new one is beautiful, sturdy, and impeccably installed. Hope to work with Glass Doctor again!

I wouldn't give this place even one star but it won't let me write a review if I don't without leaving a star so they got one! I paid $29.99 for a service call & was told that the $29.99 would be applied to my final total balance price. When he was here he told me they had to order the weather stripping. I was also told that when they come back to fix my door it would be about $50 to $100 dollars with the $29.99 being applied at that time. So in no way did I think I was going to be charged what they charged me! They said they'd call me when the part came in. I had to keep calling there once a week to see if it came in yet. Finally on the 3rd phone call he told me yes it's here. The guy came out the next week & installed my window stripping. After he was done he gave me a grand total of $153.46!! I was taken back! But I still wrote the check & decided to call the manager to find out why I was charged so much..? The guy couldn't give me a straight answer & kept changing why it was that price. I asked why the $29.99 wasn't applied.. He tells me it was! Your grand total was $183.45!! I about fell over!!! Their was no sorry it wasn't made clear to you but instead he made it sound like I was a nuisance. Even though I was told I would get updates on my part being shipped to them I'd call to see if my part was in & he says to me, "didn't I just talk to you" ummm yeah ya did! You were going to keep me posted but haven't!! I wouldn't use this place ever again! I definitely wouldn't recommend this place either! Shannon Goettsche
