process from start to finish was uncommonly excellent. Jimmy and Jeff, the installers, listened to my inputs and the result is a long overdue upgrade that looks like it has been there since 1954! Now we have triple insulated fluted side lights to our front door. No more single pane winter sweats!

I needed a window replacement at my home. Carl was very nice and helpful. He explained everything and was very passionate about the services he rendered. I was very pleased with him. The price was a little expensive but everything is days. I did like the fact that I have a lifetime guarantee of the window if anything happens to it.

CONSUMER BEWARE !! I'm utterly disappointed with this company ! My truck was broken into while at work. Two of my passenger windows were damaged (including a regulator & window trim)...Also, I needed a windshield replacement; because it got damaged during the winter storms. I chose this company over a few well known competitors due to their 5 star rating and positive reviews online. However, I just noticed the bulk of positive reviews are reflecting on home glass installations "NOT" auto. Moving forward, my first windshield installation was sloppy done. It was glue bulging out of the windshield's trim in varies areas and through my window guard. Even now, if I roll the passenger window up/down "new" clumps of glue would get back on the window again. It was evident, the first tech was inexperience. Somehow, the second tech managed to crack my window guard trying to remove the excessive amount of glue. I told the GM, Safelite replaced the front window and regulator without any issues with the window guard. So, he offered to replace the guard, but quickly stopped after ordering the wrong sizes from Amazon. Why he chose Amazon, I have the slightest idea when it's other truck accessories companies out here ! However, he was nice enough to come & pick up my vehicle and reinstall a new windshield. Unfortunately, the second windshield installation wasn't securly intact; because it leaked badly during rainy weather. This morning, the GM came out to my home and installed the third windshield; and offered a full refund for all the inconvenience...And left me to find & replace a window guard which "THEY" DAMAGED !! Only time will tell if this windshield is installed properly. If not, than I'll be utilizing my refund at Safelite Auto Glass or Jack Morris Auto Glass. Overall, this has been the absolute worse auto repair experience in my life !! Mentally drained and furious is a understatement ! My truck looks horrible now, because of this company. The pictures doesn't serve any justice. Don't patronize this company unless you have time to spare and money to waste. Their expertise isn't auto glass repair by far !!

Carl and Jeff were awesome. Very professional, timely, and proactive with thier work. Quick and easy and my China cabinet looks like it did 40 years ago. Brand. New. Can not recommend enough!
