They are good at what they do. Prices are reasonable and they finished my glass replacement before expected.

This company has no warranty on rock chip repairs. I got a chip that was less than the size of a nickel fixed. 6 days later, I have a crack the width of my windshield. When I called to ask about any warranty, I was met with a very flat “sorry”. When I asked if there was a discount if I got a new windshield through then, I got offered $25 off of a $1000 windshield. Oh, and another equally for “sorry”. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

After inquiring with 7 window replacement companies in Greeley, then, meeting, walk through, measurements, Glass Doctor’s bid was not the highest or the lowest. But when I took into consideration they are nationally recognized company and they answered every question I had in depth and to my full satisfaction, I chose to work with them. They replaced one very large picture window and 6 other residential windows in my house. The work was quick, efficient and excellent. It as been a month since the work was complete and i cannot believe the change in cooling in my house via air conditioner, and noise reduction from the front street. I cannot doubt that the winter’s gas bill will be far reduced in the years to come. They did a superior job.

I accidentally locked myself out of the house on a snowy day with food cooking on the stove. Neither one of my "spare keys" worked and I had to break the kitchen door window to get back inside. I called Glass Doctor of Greeley and they sent someone to my house during a snow storm to get the window covered until they could send someone else to my house the next day to put in new glass. Everyone I was in contact with was very quick to respond, professional, and did good quality work. Thank you Glass Doctor!
