They super prompt and professional. They replaced an extension spring, and secured our garage gate opener for a reasonable price. He was able to explain the problem to us clearly and politely. The whole job took less than 30 minutes.

This has got to be one of the worst run companies in Memphis. I switched to Dillard door years ago because of the excellent service they used to give but know I am with Precision.
I am Asset Manager for Stoneridge at Germantown Falls. Over the course of 3 years at one location our company has spent in excess of $26,000.00 with Dillard Door. Two years ago they replaced a gate actuator on an exit gate with a piece of junk. Their own employees even said it was a inferior product. After 6 months of issues they finally came out and replaced it with another brand. During this 6 months we had issue after issue in which they had to be called to come out to get the gate operating only to be billed for each trip, after the replacement, I had several conversations with the Service Supervisor to which he informed me that he would take care of the invoices and for me not to worry about them. Fast forward 2 years later now that supervisor is no longer with the company and the new billing agent proceeds to invoice me for $1660.00 of unpaid 2 YEAR OLD invoices, she also refused to let service be done on my gates leaving my property unprotected.
I had gates not working and they kept putting me off but never told me they were not going to do the repair because of the old invoices... ( side note, they were wanting $4K to replace rollers that Precision replaced for $1K)
I had several conversations with their Lead Service Tech in which he acknowledged the old invoices were supposed to be removed but no one would do anything. I have called several time and asked to speak with the owner and billing agent but neither has yet to call me. Now they have began legal proceeding for these invoices and they still will not return my calls... Hate that a good company has gone bad...
STAY AWAY... THEY ARE NOT REPUTABLE...
In Response to the owner, you have NEVER serviced us with out payment. The invoices you are suing me for are invoices that YOUR SERVICE MANAGER said were to be removed because the operator you installed was inferior, and a note on that, your people were the ones that prompted the replacement not me... as to the power and phone issues, if you look you were paid to replace the power and phone lines to try and make the operator work...
Vandalism and infrastructure are not the issue here, every quote you have presented me on the last 3 years was always approved and never questioned and paid, I even paid for the defective operator...
As I stated, if you or your billing clerk would just return my calls this all could be avoided...
Dillard Door has helped our business on many occasions and the employees are always so friendly and really know their stuff. I'd recommend this company to anyone who need entrance control assistance.
Excellent company. Installed a new garage door and stood behind their work! I noticed a small problem with a panel and they immediately came back and fixed it. Very professional.
This is a poorly run business. There is no organization. They don't return phone calls and have questionable business practices. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
