I bought ten golf bags for clubs at this store and received excellent customer service. Even though my purchase may have seemed a bit unusual, the staff remained helpful and attentive. I appreciate their assistance and would like to thank them for their excellent service.
It was a busy Saturday...However, Brian from the Richfield, Mn. store was great! He showed us all the different treadmills in stock and was very knowledgeable about each one...
They have everything for every sport! This place is HUGE! FANTASTIC service here as well!
This was one of the worst retail experiences I've had. I was shopping for fishing gear. 75% of the items are not marked. I was there for an hour and was only asked if I needed help when I was on my way out. I understand why places don't mark items with prices, but if you don't have the staff, they need to provide places for customers to scan items to check on prices. Even if there was an employee, do I really want them scanning every random lure I'm curious about? Not really.
I ended up using my phone to look up the prices in items, which ended up being a good thing. I scanned the part number and found it from another retailer for 60%. I'll be going there to buy the rod and reel.
Place was full of suburban moms outfitting their kids in overpriced jackets. Staff were not helpful beyond pointing me in the general direction of Carhartt products. Did not have the work wear, only the trendy stuff.
