Managers on duty were Kim and Tony. The cashier needed a managers numbers to complete my transaction, so he promptly called for a manager. However they never came. Tony was right there but ignored the cashier when he tried to call him over. I let the cashier check out other athletes while I waited. 5 check outs later and still no manager came to help this cashier. Slow and wasted time. Cashier- Jonathan was great, he did what he was supposed to but managers did not do their part.
Our 1st time at MOG store, WOW it's really nice. The employees when asked for assistance was pleasant & helpful w/o any hesitation being 15min b4 closing. Plus it supplies EVERYTHING, we will be returning🫡
The assistant manager Tony is amazing. He helped me with a price match on a baseball bat for my 5 year old son. Told him His first game is tomorrow, so he took the time to call other stores to see if they had the bat I needed in stock. Unfortunately they didn’t but he set up express shipping for me. He was kind, helpful and very professional. This was Labor Day and they were busy and he still took the time to make sure my 5 year old was happy. Thank you.
Do not go to this store Golf department! The old man who seems like manager of the Golf department is very rude and unprofessional. I changed my Driver grip that has hand position on it. A nd unfortunately, it was not right position. However he said that it was perfect to him even though I said that was not, and it is My Driver. I will never be there and I don't want to see him again.
Giving 5 stars because Miles in the shoe department is an angel. He helped me with everything I needed even when I tried on 7 pairs of cleats just to find my size, he was still so patient and kind. While helping me, he was kindly multitasking to make sure everyone was being helped (truly the Chick-fil-A of sporting stores). He was also very knowledgeable about running shoes and when I decide to pull the trigger on a new pair I will only do so if Miles is working that day! I mean I could truly go on about how great his customer service was. Somebody please give this man a raise!!
