Not often you get to give an outstanding review to a ‘big’ company. But today, I’m giving all 5 stars to BRANDON at the Colorado Mills store. This super nice young man gave outstanding (and super patient!) customer service. Bravo!!

Bought my son a new baseball glove.. unlike ones I have seen at other DSG stores.. love it.. and they steamed it and beat it to a pulp to break it in!!
I am a long time customer but my recent pickup experience at this location prompted me to leave a review. I placed an online order and when I started driving to the store I realized it was going to close a few minutes before my arrival. I called the store and thankfully didn’t have to talk to anyone in Mumbai before being connected. Damian answered and said if got there by 1915 he’d try and accommodate me. I called again when I arrived and he followed through, bringing out my online order 15 min after the store closed. I really appreciated this, in addition to his super friendly helpful attitude.
Ordered shoes online then went to pick them up. (Always check the shoes before you take them) so I check the shoes and they have scuff marks and dirt stains from handling, so I ask one of the staff if I can get a discount because the shoes were not clean and so then I was greeted by 4 different people whom worked there to see what I was talking about and so after they were hesitant to discount the shoes the female said she could do 20 percent off and the other guy was hesitant about it so then proceeded to tell me that their shoes they receive are mostly garbage and said the stitching and glue is always a issue.. so I make my way to the counter to get the refund of 20 percent back from what I paid and all of the sudden instead of that they lied and said that the sale wasn’t confirmed by whoever confirms the sale (which it was because the money had already been taken out of my account) and they just gave me a refund of what I paid when I didn’t ask for one.. they would rather give you back your money than lose 20 % and resell stained shoes to make a profit and then lie about it.. they never asked if I’d like a refund they just gave me my money back and I never asked for a refund. They definitely lost a customer. Buyer beware and check your merchandise before leaving the store. This was the location at the Colorado mills mall
If the name of your store has "Sporting Goods" in it it should have a good selection of sporting equipment. This Dick's is a big disappointment. They have clothing...but that's about it. SAD selection of camping, sporting, and hunting equipment. Definitely not going here again.
