Aksarben Fence & Gate

We had a board on board, 6 foot fence installed and we are very happy with it. From the estimate to the install they were helpful, patient and professional. I asked them to come out twice for the estimate because I had more questions, which they were able to answer everything and find solutions for our problems. The wait was long (which I understand) but the install was smooth and the fence looks great.

We just had our 4ft black chainlink fence installed by this company and I can't say enough great things about this company. From day one our sales person Mark was not only super personable but very professional. The end result turned out great and it didn't break the bank. If you want a great company to get your fence installed I highly suggest you give Aksarben Fence & Gate a call.

I normally wouldn't leave a bad review unless it was really bad. I asked for a 4' gate but they put in a less than 3' gate. Mark acknowledged they screwed up and offered to make it right. He asked if I could work with them and I agreed, Instead of having them redo the whole side, I asked if they could just put the gate to open from the inside and make a spot for the electrical box to attach to the fence. He told me no problem, but all they did was reverse the gate. I called about the electrical box, and the owner said they won't do that. I let it go, whatever. But then my gate latch will not close so I ask the owner if he could take a look at it, considering I saved them $$$ by not replacing the whole side with a new gate, and possibly a simple fix? Explaining how my gate was screwed up at the time, he was still very standoffish and said he'd look at it next time he was in the area. I guess he was never in the area because I never heard a word from him about it. Also there are gaps between the wood planks so you can see into the fenced in area. Large gap between the gate and post. Edit to respond: you are right I should have had you redo that side, I definitely regret that!I you specifically said you would check it when you were in the area and if it was a simple fix to get the gate to stay latched , you’d take care of it, which you never did. You completely misrepresented our conversation. I was not “complaining “ as you put it, I was trying to explain the past issues to see if we could work something out. You were quite defensive and said you didn’t know anything about the wrong size gate.

Edited: 5 star to 2 star. This company failed me. Install in winter come spring things went wrong. Told them my gates are installed so poorly. They came out and replaced one but told me the other was going to cost 400$. They did put a piece of wood over the gap but it looks so bad and doesn't help. (photo added) But why should I be paying another 400$ to replace a gate not even 6 months old at the time. Called them again cause my dogs were opening the gate now. They told me it’s probably my dogs pushing it open with their head. Weird, since i pushed it open with my hand. Whatever I’ll put a lock on. Yet again, the gate door keeps coming open. Called again told they’d be out in two weeks. Never to be seen or heard from. They also said that gates can have a gap of 3 inches but my gap is so big that it’s able to open with the lock!!! (photo added) There is no privacy or security with this fence. Finally, to add to the mess. We had them do another property that has no animals but does have a pool. Surprise, surprise the locked gate cannot stay shut. Drive by you will see the rock that is put to keep it shut. These people have a 5 star rating for a reason. We had our fence done in the middle of winter (couple days before Christmas). They were quick and clean. Then we had them do my fathers house, again quick and clean. With the weather being nicer we started noticing issues, boards with missing nails and other small things. We called and they fixed the issues that day. Couldn’t ask for a better company.

They were awesome! Had a 6ft wood fence installed in back yard with gate, done fast and very nice. Robert is a super nice guy, and the price was right! I will definitely use them again!
