Ace Handyman Services

Called a handyman out to help with my broken gutter. I asked when they were next available, and they told me tomorrow morning. They had a two hour minimum fee, so I decided to find more for the handyman to do. They sent out the toughest looking guy I'd ever seen, a dude named James that looked like he would win a wrestling match with a tractor. While he was here, he fixed my toilet assembly, caulked the master bath, secured the gutter better than it had ever been, and even fixed the cabinet door that we had presumed was a lost cause. While he was doing all of this, he explained everything clearly, and made wonderful recommendations for tools and services he used. I am now considering picking up a shop vac he recommended, because it looked like a high quality product. I am thoroughly pleased with my experience!

We needed someone to do various things at my son's house in Houston. I Googled handyman services and began reading reviews. Ace Handyman Services had the best reviews by far. So I called them for quotes. Absolutely the best decision! Always on time, efficient, knowledgeable, conscientious and very friendly!! Ron and Ray did our quotes. They explained everything and and answer all our questions and concerns. Duane and Jon did the work. Completely professional and did a fantastic job! We will definitely use them again!!

I’m very happy with my serviceman, Ray! He came before the appointment time and once he saw the problem with my back door issue, he immediately knew the issue. He was very through in his diagnosis and repair requirements. I bought the door from Home Depot. Their contracted installer did a very sloppy job on the installation. So Ray was very helpful in his explanation of the problem and fixed it perfectly! I have a special needs son and it’s so important that the door is working properly and Ray totally understood the problem and fixed it. I’m so happy with not only the service but the performance as well. Having a year warranty of the work is well worth the money for the job performed. I highly recommend Ace Handyman and will contact them again for future jobs….especially to have Ray come back out. He’s very knowledgeable, does great work, has integrity in his work, very detailed, and the outcome is a job well done! I can’t thank him and Ace Handyman Services enough. Also the scheduler was great!! She was very helpful to get me on the schedule quickly without having to wait several days to get my issue fixed….so overall great experience! Highly recommend them!!!!

Ray is the ma and extremely polite and professional. Detailed explanation of how he will approach his repairs also prior to attacking it. He fixed a sticky front door at one of my rental properties. Highly recommend!

We absolutely love James! He is friendly, professional, has great creative ideas. We have a 53’ yacht and he did an exceptional job on our carpentry needs. We will use him over and over and highly recommend his services.
