Needed quick, simple project done (hanging window shades). Taken care of as I needed in 30 min. He offered to do more since the cost is for a 1 hour minimum, unfortunately, I couldn't think of anything else!

Over priced materials, time consuming, unprofessional work leads to project failure later on, trying to get an answer from them, after more than a week, there is still no a clear response yet. Update: The owner did a great job taking care of my issue, came to my house check the installation, found the issue, resolved right away himself. It ended up working fine. So I would say customer service is good. But keep in mind, originally I got charged twice as much for materials spent, the owner took a look of the installation and willing to refund my money back. I would recommend you getting a material cost breakdown before you pay for the job. Another thing is make sure when you getting estimate, ask for hourly rate, my project was originally quoted for a 2 hours job, it ended up almost 6 hours.

I was told I couldn’t use my screen door after my new front door was installed. Angelo was very positive and made it happen! I’d ask for him again when I need a handyman!

I have had a great experience with Ace Handyman Services! They were responsive, professional and got the job done well. I had a basement door lock that wasn’t a normal fix. The part was rare and difficult to install. They found the part and got the job done perfect! Very impressed with their service! And thank you Josh for all your help!
