Too many members, not enough equipment
too expensive for the lack of equipment. The area really needs a better gym.  The gym was once great, but has changed hands. We were randomly charged 10 dollars for key fobs without notice because the security system had all the data deleted.  The gym is not as clean. I love that they allow kids, butTeens often come in and blast music with curse words. My daughter has gotten to where she hates going because of this. We have also had to purchase expensive headphones 🎧 to avoid listing to music loaded with curse words. Several members are disrespectful leaving weights on equipment and slamming the equipment. I have included pictures of trash left on equipment, dust in the windows, and what falls off the mat area where people are supposed to do their floor exercises. 😝 the bathrooms have been broken for about a month now.

Amazing people, two fantastic facilities at a great price. Don’t forget, they’re always open. Highly recommend!!

I recommend everything they have to offer! Great equipment, staff/owners, the members are like no other as well! Everyone encourages each other to be the best version of themselves they can and more! The atmosphere no matter your goal or experience is on  another level and can’t be touched by any other gym in town!

This gym is the best in the area! It is not only a gym but it also is a family. Complete judgement free zone where everyone encourages one another to reach their goals! The owners are quick to respond and are very helpful! Highly recommend!

I’ve been a member of this gym for over a year now! In the past at other gyms I’ve never made it a year before I get burned out. The atmosphere is different here and the people are top of the line. It makes you want to keep coming back!

Woodbury Wax Bar

I absolutely love Woodbury wax bar!  Everyone is so sweet and helpful!  I personally go to Lily, but everyone does an amazing job!  They are also super reasonable! I've been going since I moved to Minnesota, and I won't be going anywhere else 🥰

I have been coming to Woodbury Wax Bar for the past 6 months. I am newer to getting waxed regularly and wanted to go somewhere that was a small business. The girls who work there are super nice and easy to talk to. I am not the best at taking care of my skin and through going here I learned about dry brushing. I’ve heard of it before but never tried it. My skin is so much better in general now that I’ve been exfoliating and moisturizing properly! I would definitely recommend this business.

Woodbury Wax Bar is hands down my favorite place to get my brows done. I have visited a handful of times to get the "Perfect Brow Package" which includes; wax, tint and lamination. They last a good 3 weeks and everyone that works there is super friendly and welcoming!

Highly recommend Kendra for waxing! Everyone here is so friendly and welcoming from the second you walk in the door to the end of your visit.  Brazilian membership comes at an unbeatable price with discounted prices for add ons. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Best waxing experience ever! Sarah is very personable and professional. She eased all my concerns and distracted me with conversation during my Brazilian. Highly recommend.

The Weight Room

This is an excellent family owned gym.
I enjoy attending the workout classes that Ginny and Alan provide. It is a very family friendly environment and everyone is so nice and helpful. I recommend everyone I know to join this gym….you will not regret it:)

I have been participating in a class offered by this gym. The gym has a very accepting and non-judgmental atmosphere that makes you feel more comfortable while you are there. The owners are readily available and always professional. I am so happy I joined the class and look forward to the positive changes it will make in my life.

This facility is awesome and so welcoming to start your fitness journey off on solid foundation, while also having the equipment for the seasoned fitness vet. Foreal the best Gym in Arkansas!! I felt so welcomed and the owner is ROCK SOLID and down to earth, such a good guy, I really felt like I fit in and all the members I met here are so nice to me. Good gym in a good area. Not to mention they keep the gym very clean and they had a LOT more equipment than I expected them to have. 😁

The Pilates Body

The Pilates Body has been a wonderful experience for me! The staff are kind, encouraging, and the studio is clean and has everything you need. Lisa, the owner was very accommodating and responsive when having to reschedule my first session. I was completely new to Pilates and my instructor, Mikayla is so sweet, works with me at the level I’m at, and also helps push me. She also is always hyper aware of checking in with how my body is doing that day and making sure I’m using proper form. I couldn’t recommend this studio more. I’ve already told several friends about it and how much fun I’ve had learning a new way to exercise!

The Pilates Body is a great studio! Lisa is fantastic and the studio has a lot to offer, it's also very comfortable and clean. All of the instructors are knowledgable, fun to work with, and very accommodating for all experience levels. I would absolutely recommend this studio to anyone getting into Pilates or the other fitness/wellness services they offer.

I was new to Pilates and this studio has helped me love this form of exercise.  The studio is small and the instructors are very qualified to instruct!  My body feels better and I am learning so much.  I did try Pilates at another exercise facility and quickly experienced the difference.  The staff make me feel important, honored, and they challenge and encourage me along this journey!!

Pilates has changed my life.  The owner is hands on and the trainers/instructors have been excellent.  The studio is clean, quiet and well maintained.  I have not felt this good in a long time.

Lisa and her staff at The Pilates Body are remarkable. From  instruction to the beauty of the studio, the care taken to help introduce new comers to this fitness routine are special. I'm looking forward to taking another set of sessions in the future.

Barre Bodies

Seriously the BEST work outs and nicest studio I have been to in the St cloud/ Sartell area ! Exactly what I have been searching for after becoming burnt out on cardio machines and clueless on the "rest!" I always felt self conscious in group classes but this is so different!  Vikki is the sweetest person ever but knows exactly what she is doing! From motivating without judgement to recognizing everyone's unique body conditions to modify work outs to be pain free and more effective than ever ! I highly recommend the reformer class it is so fun it flies by but I definetly feel muscles being worked just where we intended it never feels like a waste of time unlike my old stair machine 😂 I love the personal and friendly environment so much I can't wait to try more classes such as yoga and organize a ladies night aerial yoga class !! Thank you Barre bodies for making working out fun again!

Burn Boot Camp has completely changed my life.  I have never felt better about myself and have so much more confidence.  My old gym routine was boring, and I ended up hating the treadmill!  The workouts at Burn are not repetitive,  and I never get bored.  Going to the gym has become my favorite part of the day, not something I dread doing. Every trainer is absolutely amazing, and truly care about everyone that enters through the doors. The other great thing is that my kids love going to childwatch.  I never have to worry if I'll have time to get in when our schedules get busy, because I get to bring them with 😊

I joined Burn because one of my friends had such a good experience at another location. I've been taking classes since their first pop-up class in September. The trainers are amazing, the workouts are fun and challenging, plus I get to bring my son if I ever need to. I've never done a group-type class like this before and my only regret is not doing it sooner!

I love burn! The staff does a wonderful job making you feel welcome, the trainers motivate you, and my favorite part is watching my kiddos cheer me on through the window while I’m working out! The 45 minute workouts are always different and challenging, and makes you want to keep coming back for more. Great new addition to the woodbury community ♥️

Smitten Studio Waxing & Esthetics

Heidi is wonderful. She is very professional, kind, and cares about the quality of her service. I was very nervous to undergo my first waxing experience. Heidi handled my nerves beautifully. She knows how to make her customers feel at ease and comfortable with what can be a very awkward experience. It only took one appointment to realize I’ll be a regular customer!

Heidi is the best in the business. I truly look forward to my facial and brow tint & wax each month. So happy to have found someone who is as talented and caring as her amazing reviews indicate.

Being a first time client, I was not entirely sure what to expect but my entire experience was outstanding. Heidi is incredibly talented, knowledgeable, efficient and personable. The products she uses are very high quality and great for sensitive skin like mine. The whole time I felt very comfortable, she answered all my questions and gave me excellent skin care advice, if I could give her 10 stars out of 5 I would. I will definitely be returning regularly! Heidi is hands down THE BEST! I go to her for all my waxing needs, plus she does amazing facials. Heidi makes my waxing appointments as painless as possible. Her Brazilians are superb! I also see her for waxing my underarms and eyebrows. She is very professional and makes me feel quite comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Her top of the line wax, and precision in technique keep me coming back. Her boutique is also adorable, so what's not to love?!

I had my first facial ever and can’t wait to go back! Heidi was very informative of the products we were using and why. She incorporated steam , extraction, masks, warm towels, and massages throughout the facial. The products she used made my skin feel plump and moisturized even in this dry weather. My skin had a dewy glow when I was done and my stress was gone. I usually pick massages over facials as a general rule, but Heidi gave me the best of both worlds and really knows how to take care of her clients! Thank you!! I will be back for many more!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I was going to this gym and in their contract it states if you move more than over a certain distance from the gym then you can leave cancel your membership. I left for the service and went to cancel my membership and everything and told them why I was leaving. Paid the cancellation fee and everything required to cancel for. 2 and half years later and still active in service (not even in close to the area anymore, states away) I get calls from collections stating that I was placed in a collections due to a debt I owed the gym that they filed against me. Messed with my credit and everything now I’m having to deal with this ignorance after I already dealt with them and cancelled how I was needed to correctly. This place is not where you want to do business and they’re not even accredited by the BBB. Do not get conned into something and deal with the headache like I am dealing with and shouldn’t be dealing with. They’re apparently not military friendly so I would keep that in mind.

Great gym, tons of equipment , never have to wait for equipment, nice people. A LOT bigger than the front of the building would have you think, goes very far back. They also sell supplements there too, so if you run out you can restock on your way in/out. Also very affordable,and they are still adding/upgrading equipment.

I love this gym, there is always someone in there that can help me learn and train! Never have to wait on a bench, squat rack or free weights. They have stuff for isolation, hypertrophy and all around strength gains. They also have a sauna and tanning bed for the more serious lifters. They have wraps, whey protein, energy drinks, protein bars and belts!!!

Best gym in the area! Best equipment for the serious lifters or beginners! Separate leg room you can squat without gym traffic moving behind you. There’s always someone there who is knowlagable and can hep with what you need. Lots of supplements and preworkout drinks! If you can’t get it done there it can’t be done!!!

After getting a tour and understanding the dynamics of this gym, I appreciated it more. I have a personal trainer and get more done. Very unique and has alot of the more classic weight machines.

StretchLab

Anyone can benefit from doing assisted stretching. Especially athletes or anyone with range of motion or mobility issues. My joints feel so much better after each stretch.  The therapist are knowledgeable and enjoy helping people. Give it a try.

I'm already seeing benefits from my sessions at StretchLab.  Kaitlyn is a terrific Flexologist and she has a great combination of knowledge and personal engagement.

Great experience! Elliott was top notch. I have had stretch therapy and he is definitely professional, experienced,  and educated. Very therapeutic !

So I had read about places like StretchLab and then they were doing demos at my gym prior to their opening. I don't think that I have ever been able to touch my toes  without bending my knees for as long as I can remember.

My time at StrechLab has been AMAZING! The owner and the flexologist are the best. They take time to get to know you, how you are, what area is bothering you, and really want to help you FEEL BETTER! Its worth every penny that I spend. I go to the Chiropractor then to StrechLab each week. Since going, I can now touch my toes, which is a huge win for me.

If your skeptical, give it a try! You wont regret it!
