YogaSix DTC

My experience with Lily at YogaSix was so wonderful. She has such a soft, comforting tone in her voice, and made me feel comfortable with the movements. I’m not a beginner, but it’s been a while since I’ve done a group yoga class, and it was nice to not worry about the movements too much, and rather what feels good for my body. Doing yoga to live music with guitar and voice from Aleik was such a special add-on, and then having the last few minutes of class to simply enjoy the music and relax was truly what I needed. I really look forward to the next one! Come check them out!

This studio has a friendly staff and is always very clean. My favorite instructor is Casey M. Her Restore class is amazing. She’s always so zen which is welcoming after a chaotic work day. She brings a sweet personality making sure we don’t forget to stretch our pinky toes! I appreciate the details. I give Casey 5 stars for sure.

Anne was awesome! It was Vuori’s first time in the DTC studio and Anne’s mix of small movement, stretching, and relaxation, was the perfect way to find your zen! We will definitely be back!!!

I love YogaSix DTC! The studio is well run, clean, and everyone is very friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a killer yoga sculpt class with educated, insightful and relaxing cues, Wendy is your instructor! I especially love the way she explains each move in detail so you can be sure you are in correct form.

This yoga studio is one of my favorite by far. The variety of teachers and classes that they offer is unmatched. If you go often enough they remember your name and ask how your doing. After every class you’re greeted with a cold eucalyptus towel and they provide aromatherapy during shavasana. Highly recommend!

Chuze Fitness

Great gym. Clean facilities, lots and lots of equipment. Even when busy there isn’t much wait for anything. Super helpful staff too. Explained the membership options very clearly.

I have stopped by this gym several times.  The service I witnessed today made me want to leave a quick review. I was there for almost two hours and watched Obben help numerous people, greet several people, asked for and called me by name several times,  and was constantly busy doing something. This guy is awesome and deserves to be recognized

Chuze is an excellent gym. It’s a clean facility. The classes offered are both challenging and enjoyable. I appreciate the yoga offerings too. The pool and spa are added bonuses. The staff are friendly. I love Chuze and I’m glad that I’m a member.

Great location! Busy but never had an issue with waiting for anything. Clean. Lots of equipment and  benches. Steam room has eucalyptus, saunas are good. Hot tub is a bit small. Really appreciate the hydro massage.

It’s saturday 6:47pm and closed. It’s supposed to be open until 8pm(That’s another nonsencial issue, why it is closing at 8pm on the weekends?) They have a party. There is no warning on Google Maps. It’s looks like closing on the regular hours.
That’s very disrespectful to the members. I drove here from half an hour away. You should respect people’s time.

Cambio Yoga

ALWAYS BOOK YOUR CLASS AHEAD OF TIME! I have been coming to Cambio for 10 years now. I think that pretty much says it all. It’s the most friendly and inviting yoga studio I’ve ever been to and it’s perfect for every level of student. Whether you’re a beginner or a vet, a casual attendee or a die hard yogi, they have classes for everyone. I am personally a huge fan of hot yoga and I’ve enjoyed every class I’ve attended. The studio is clean and cute but the class rooms are small so the more popular classes will fill up quickly. The donation aspect is so unique and such an awesome way to make yoga accessible to all. There’s no membership necessary which is amazing. If you’ve been looking to try yoga for the first time or aren’t a fan of the more uppity, expensive studios (I’m looking at you Core Power) then Cambio is perfect for you!

I'm new to Colorado Springs and was craving yoga but wasn't in my budget to practice as often as I wanted to so I was trying to practice at home, which I don't really love...UNTIL I found Cambio Yoga!  Beautiful facility and classrooms, amazing instructors, and most importantly VERY AFFORDABLE!  Being very money conscious at the moment, I love the monthly unlimited option as it gives me extra incentive to make it to as many classes as I can in a week.  My favorite is YIN as I'm not looking for an intense workout regime, but rather a chance to check in with my body and deeply relax at the end of often high paced days.  Its the perfect way to end the day!!!

Lora Lanz is a beautiful authentic soul and yoga teacher. I learned yoga at Cambio over 10 years ago. Very special place to me. I moved away for 7 years and Lora remembered me when I came back! Thanks for making yoga affordable for me :)

Moving to CO, I was upset to leave the comfort of my yoga community in NY behind. From the first class at Cambio, I knew that I not only found a welcoming space, but a studio truly committed to their mission of making yoga accessible to all. The teachers are knowledgeable, friendly, and creative. With a wide variety of classes offered, there is something for everyone!

This was my first time at a yoga studio because I had always been too intimidated to go alone. I was STOKED when I was invited and today was a new chapter for me-yoga is a must and this is my new home-away-from-home. Thanks do much to all the people that made this such an awesome experience!! I recommend Cambio to any and all of you out there wanting a place to practice there yoga socially!

Club Pilates

Club Pilates is one of my absolute favorite places to be. The staff is so nice. The studio is always clean. I have found some of the most loving friendships among the participants and the instructors. The instructors are very knowledgeable and it’s clear they go through a lot of training and development to teach the classes. There are so many different classes and I love having all the options. The unlimited membership gives me so many options. Fan for life, Club Pilates!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

This studio is extremely clean and well organized. The staff is helpful and supportive. I have not done anything for health and well-being since high school. Now with 40 creeping up and newly divorced, I decided it was time to invest in myself. I am so happy with my decision for choosing Club Pilates to help me get myself back.

Do good for your body, mind and soul.  Try a Pilates class or a hundred!  Club Pilates at Briargate is a great place!  Great variety of classes for all levels, wonderful instructors and a top-notch front desk staff.  Please check it out as you won't be disappointed.

I love Club Pilates! Friendly and experienced staff. Small group size so get personal help if needed. Reformer is the best excersice for my back and to tone. Relaxing and fun!!

I had a great time at my free intro class. I could feel the exercises working, the instructor was very informative and friendly. I enjoyed it so much I signed up for the membership!

Yoga Story

I took my first Qi Gong class here and it was fantastic! Lauren was the instructor.  She gave me background info,  what to expect and provided detailed and careful instructions that were very easy to follow. I was the only first timer but it felt like I had been part of it forever.  Everyone was so kind and helpful. I will absolutely be doing a LOT more Qi Gong with Lauren!

Recently started Begin yoga at Yoga Story. Couldn't be happier with the welcoming atmosphere, quality instructors and great location. My son and I are three weeks into our journey and are really enjoying it.

Yoga Story in Bentonville is World Class. Every teacher is totally passionate about the class they lead. All of the teachers have an expertise they bring to the mat. So many beautiful options and a great consistent schedule. You will never get bored. If you are really looking for a comprehensive Yoga Studio in Bentonville? I whole heartedly recommend. The studio is very clean. The owner Lynn is an amazing trainer, teacher and runs a great business! Yoga Story is also a community hub. Great people, very welcoming! Beautiful heart centered place in which to grow a yoga practice. I am so very grateful for finding such a wonderful place so close to home. Thank you Yoga Story. Thank you!

First time I've ever done yoga and it was a very enjoyable and safe environment for it. Highly recommend anyone to go and try it out.

I had a massage by Jeyd at Yoga Story and it was so serene that I literally felt like I time traveled!  I cannot recommend her more!

Play it Now Sports

There are soo many issues with the developmental volleyball league. They have kids coaching kids with no guidance or support. If you voice your concerns they will go unheard because they simply don't care cause you've already paid for the season and it is what it is. No progression is taught. If you just want to waste your time and money on your kids not learning the game then go for it... but my daughter and the rest of her team has been left high and dry and only know what they personal practice on at home with their parents. Many parents offered to help guide and coach and we were told no it was strictly not allowed. Since when do you turn down help.... certainly after many parents have reported the same issue and they choose to ignore it. I was warned by multiple people that this would happen, but I decided to give them a try for my daughter's sake not mine... so I may be the only one to voice my concerns publicly but it's obvious this isn't a secluded issue, but more of a repeated issue that happens every season. I also forgot to add that half our team was placed in the wrong age division so there's tons of 11 year Olds playing against 13 year Olds and no one even asked any of us parents if that was ok to do soo. Also we sign up with the knowledge of making sure WE know our schedule so we pick practice times and days and then there's specific game times depending on your child's age... so we sign up with knowing we need to be available at certain times... but then we all get moved to a way later play time and NOONE informed parents. We only knew our kids were moved to a higher age bracket as well as later game times because the practice before our first Friday game the players were told to arrive way past after when their age bracket games were to begin. So we asked and that was how we found out that not only our kids coach was the same age as some of the kids, but they were playing in a way higher age bracket as well as 2 hours later on Fridays then what we signed up for.

I give it five stars because it is the best in town but there are some improvements that could be made.  Chris the owner (and his wife) are great, but there is sometimes a staff member at the front desk who can be angry towards parents. I have walked by and witness exchanges on several occasions that were very uncomfortable.  Once I tried to get a snack and the front desk member got mad at me because I only had a $20, it was very awkward (so I avoid the front desk unless the owners are there).  It has also gotten very crowded, but we have tried other places and my daughter loves it here.
The Pros more than make up for  everything I just listed.  They let my daughter play on her friends teams and most of her coaches have been high school volleyball players my daughter looks up to.  Don't let the crowds scare you, my daughter has thrived there and several of her friends have made their school teams.  Colorado Springs is very competitive with school volleyball so this is a great place to train.  She tries out next year for her school and I will keep her at Play it Now when she is not in season.  There are cons but the pros are far better than the other places in town. We tried Go Volleyball and YMCA and Play it Now has them beat.

At first I was mad that they do not allow food tables and coolers inside. After their thoughtful and green reply, I agree with their point of view and edit this review: the place is not only great to play volleyball, but also environmentally responsible.

We came for a volleyball tournament. Nice place, wish they would separate the courts so you don't have to stop the game every few plays when stray balls are bouncing from one court to another

Visited again, and you have to enter from the side facing Academy since the front half of the building is for a church now.

They still have an indoor soccer field plus had 3 volleyball games going on while we were there. Not as much space as before,  but they still have enough!

Visited in the past for birthday parties. This visit was for an indoor easter egg hunt. Spacious fields allowing for some distancing, although still was fairly crowded. Would visit again if a smaller gathering.

Fyi, no food or drink allowed inside, and masks must be worn continually.

Freezing, no heat.  Concerned about gilrs getting sick or injured from being so cold.  Very restrictive facility.  Rules, rules, rules, no to everything.  Can't have a cooler even to store  sack lunches.  Can't use "community" tables, can't bring your own table.  Teams camped outside.  Signs everywhere.  Thankfully, breathing is allowed.

Dye Hards

I love Dye Hards! Great local gym with all the equipment you need. Love that they have lots of free weights and multiple racks. Not just machines. The owner John is awesome too.

They have a lot of equipment, but it is very crowded. To get to the treadmills you have to squeeze between ellipticals and other machines. They have 3+ areas for dumbells, but hardly a spot to deadlift. It is also very dirty. Many machines and benches have stains on them. Many areas of the gym smell like cigarettes because there has been sweat soaking in the rubber mats for so long. I heard it was staffed from 4-6 and I thought it meant 4 am to 6 pm, but I was wrong. A 24 hour gym requires more than 2 hours with a staff member. If there are more hours staffed hours, it would not be so dirty and the rules would be more enforced. There are also weights left EVERYWHERE. More staffed hours would keep weights where they belong. I also do not understand why a 12 month contract is necessary. I am going to college in August and I am going to have to pay a cancelation fee. While these negatives are present they can be fixed.
The first thing I would do is take out some machines. I have yet to see a time when the gym is filled to the brim, let alone every single machine being used. You could sell some machines and improve other things with the money brought in. You could also keep some of the machines as backups in case one goes out.
Almost every free weight, bench, and machine could be rearranged to make the place more comfortable and have more space.
The main problem is staffed hours. It needs at least 6-8 staffed hours to keep everything clean and organized.
$20 a month is not bad though.
Lots of potential.

My girlfriend and I recently joined joined this gym.. Dye Hard's gym has has all the equipment we need for a great workout and with that hometown feeling.

Great gym, right in the heart of Pea Ridge. Excellent variety of equipment, and the equipment is in pretty good shape. Prices are competitive.  The equipment is regularly being upgraded. Plenty of options for cardio, weight machines, and free weights.

It's a good gym. There are no fake weights as far as I can tell. There are some ego lifters but not to much. Staff doesn't talk to you witch I like. It's very small.

Blo Blow Dry Bar

Emma did an incredible job with my hair before my company Christmas party. I have long, very thick, wavy hair, and she made me look like a movie star. My hair is not naturally shiny--it's almost coarse--and I have no idea how she achieved the look. It seemed like she was barely using any products at all. Was it witchcraft? It sure looked magical in the end!

I got compliments all night, and people even told me I could have been a glamorous silver-screen era pinup. Plus, I had a lot of fun during my appointment. Emma, you're a lovely person.

I will definitely go back the next time I want to look amazing for an event!

Ariana is AMAZING! She helped me pick out the perfect hair style for my event and also did my make up. She was so kind and easy to talk to. She also made me look amazing for my event. I will definitely be returning. 🥰 Thank you all again!

I will say this, my stylist was the NICEST and most confident person so I hate to share this negative feedback but because of the way my complaint was handled (and unheard), I wanted to share my experience. I had my hair and makeup done for a friends wedding and while my hair turned out ok (not like the photo and friends had to help correct the loose and showing bobby-pins)...the makeup was terrible. I paid extra for lashes and for whatever reason, she cut them in half and placed them in the center of my eye lids. They fell off before I even arrived home.

I called to express my complaint the next day and the owner explained that I should have called the day off and they possibly could have refunded me for the lashes but she thought my makeup looked fine so there was no need for the complaint. "It was so natural." It looked NOTHING like what I requested. I wish I would have taken a photo before having to redo the makeup completely and pull off the dangling lashes.

She further explained there was not a solution for a refund of any kind because of the nature of their system. Being someone with 20+ years of experience in customer service and hospitality - I would have handled the situation differently and extended a full refund for the makeup. She instead invited me back for a complimentary set of lashes. Maybe they do a good Blow Dry  but I will NOT be back and would not recommend Blo Blow Dry Bar.

Avoid at all costs if you are doing bridal hair or makeup! I am an out of town bride who was recommended to this salon by my hair stylist from an online forum. I will not name the girl who did my hair. She was sweet, however her skills were not up to par to be doing a bridal look in the hair or makeup department. I asked for a Dutch braided bun with a little volume and what received was a flat, lopsided, messy bun with a not even Dutch braided braid that I honestly could have done at home myself. I discussed my concerns when she was done and she assured me it would look right on the day of, but it looked nothing like either of the reference photos I showed to her. I had to stop the makeup service halfway through because it was going so poorly. I left the salon in tears and immediately took my hair out and wiped the makeup off. I tried to work something out with the owner, who offered me a service with the head stylist, but as an out of town bride I would not be able to do another trial and would have had to blindly trust that she would do a good job. After I told her I was not comfortable with that solution, I was denied a refund. Would not recommend!

I took my daughter in to get our hair done. We had a great time. I do t remember the woman’s name that did her hair but my daughter described her as kind and relatable. Vanessa who did my hair was amazing! I’m a member at Blo and this was my favorite style yet! I highly recommend booking with her. Such a relaxing fun time! On Mother’s Day they gave my a rose and chocolate covered strawberry! Complementary drinks and all the sweet touches make me feel so special. Book and find out for yourself!

Was in again today 6/6 and highly recommend Pheonyx! I also believe everyone should have tinsel in their hair! 🥰

Yoga Bliss Studio CS

It is hard to find excuses for not showing up at Yoga Bliss Studio for practice. "Project Me" is the most important homework each one of us has with no deadline. Yoga Bliss Studio keeps me on the track and pushes for better - by offering different yoga practices at different levels, unique teaching styles, in combination with inspiring music.
Each practice ends with me being fulfilled and motivated to carry on with my own personal journey. Accept the challenges, widen experiences and look toward unknown.

Teachers are wonderful. I am always learning new things even though I have been coming over a year. The pop up classes are always amazing!

I have been attending classes at Yoga Bliss for about a month now. I’m so glad I found this studio. All the instructors I’ve had (Carol, Adey, Debbie, Brianna and Jean), have been wonderful and there is a culture of warmth and welcoming from both instructors and others attending classes. The space itself is clean, comfortable and peaceful. Very grateful I’ve found this studio to help me in my practice!

Yoga Bliss is an authentic yoga experience where you feel comfortable in your practice even if you are just starting out like me.

I love the vibe at Yoga Bliss! Everyone is so welcoming and encouraging. I'm super new to yoga, but the beginner classes have been a perfect blend of instructional and challenging. Carol, Gina and Adey are all wonderful yoga teachers!
