The office has a sign opening hours from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. It's 10:30 and there isn't a fly to help you 😡

The service they provide is spectacular, making sure we get to the destination and back safely. They are always just an email or phone call away, even internationally. We just returned from a cruise of a lifetime! I cannot thank Shelly enough. Let me say what a thorough, easy and incredible experience I had with Shelly!

First, a little background on our cruise. I have been working with Shelly for over 4 years on a cruise for 15 people in 4 cabins which includes my family and extended family, all of whom were first time cruisers except for my immediate family. Unfortunately due to Covid, we had to cancel our initial planned cruise for 2021. After all our hard work, we had to restart the entire process and rebook as soon as itineraries came out for 2023 in order to reserve the extremely limited rooms available on Royal Caribbean Oasis class ships. It was a long process, but I would not have done it any other way.

With that being said, if anyone is looking for a TA to provide a carefree process, look no further than Shelly.  Shelly ensures all facets of coordinating a vacation for a customer are managed to perfection. However, it is his responsiveness which is the number one reason why he is such a valuable asset and what separates him from all other TAs. He takes pride in what he does and treats everything a client asks with his utmost priority. That is extremely important to me. After dealing with Shelly for 4 years, I found that I could always reach out to him on phone and he would answer the calls, or always return my texts within minutes. If he wasn’t available, he would always let me know the time he’d get back to me and he would never disappoint. Worse thing is people tell you they call, and you don’t hear from them for a few days or the following week. Not Shelly. If Shelly says he will do it, it gets done, no reminders necessary.

It’s no wonder we had an amazing and memorable cruise. This all started with the day I reached out to one person, Shelly!

We have since booked a number of cruises with Shelly for 2024 and 2025 and will continue to work with him well beyond 2025.

If anyone is looking for a TA, please do yourself a favor and call this man. You will be glad you did!

Not only were they totally unorganized on the flight out, they somehow lost several prices of luggage in during the connecting flight. We sat at the airport for 3 hours + from when we were supposed to depart. Just waiting. Not like we have places to be or paid for these tickets and travel expenses or anything. Unbelievable. I won't be flying this airline again.

They promised  to contac me in regards of my open ticket and they never did that. Im still waiting for their email. Very poor service.

Worst experience flying with them never agean, and i will tell as much people to not fly with this company.

Mack's Fish Camp - Gladesmen Airboat Tours

I found Macks fish camp in March of 2023. As of December 2023, I have been there 6 times.
I take everyone who visits me out to Macks to see the cats, chickens, dogs, peacocks, hogs and wildlife that roam around the camp, and I rent a private tour of the everglades by airboat.
Marshal, the owner, is always very professional and polite.  I have had the pleasure of having Hal, Marshall's dad, be my guide on my first trip  and Cody on all my other trips. These guys are great. Very knowledgeable about the glades.

I grew up in South Florida going to the everglades a lot.  As much as I know about it I learned things I never knew from Capt. Cody.  A true gladesman.  I got my wife a sunset tour for her bday.  Had an amazing time. Truly a great experience.  Not one of the touristy airboat tours you get at other places in there 16 passenger boats.  Very professional amd very knowledgeable about things.  Will definitely be doing another excursion in the spring.  Can't speak highly enough about this establishment.  It's not even a close choice between this airboat tour and any of the other ones.  If I could give them more stars I would.  Very accommodating from the time I contacted them until the very end.  Took our girls with us (13 and 6) they loved it as well even in the crisp 60 degree weather we had.

We had a great trip on the air boat, Cody our skipper was very knowledgeable about the animals and plant life in the water.
We had some great views of the alligators and really enjoyed the boat trip. A recommended activity to do whilst in the area.

Mack was a great tour guide! Very educated with the land. Saw alligator nest and holes but with the hurricane heading up, the gators were not out except one. We definitely will do this again! Thank you for a great adventure and history lesson!

Hal was absolutely fantastic. Gave us a great tour and was very knowledgeable about the wildlife and the plant life. We even got to take a picture of a rare spider lily. Saw a few gators and he explained the nesting habits and how the slews worked. Took us over to a small island where he told us about the history of the area. This was our first airboat tour and we took the private sunset tour and if you have never taken one this is the one to do. When we were out in the middle of the glades and Hal was explaining the area and the quietness and surrounding grass made it feel surreal. I highly recommend you ask for Hal if you tour. You will not be disappointed.

Trash. No communication, flight departed 1 hour later than scheduled despite being “on-time”

Good service and attentive staff, it's a shame that they charge DOUBLE the service charge than on the Internet, especially when you can't get the tickets through the website and you have to go to the office.

The worst phone experience. Seriously, there cannot be so much inefficiency.
Once they answer you, they do it in a bad way, their service is lousy.

Everglades Safari Park

Had a great time here. We booked the private air boat because we wanted to do a longer ride and didn’t want to wait in the queue and it was well worth it. We didn’t see as many alligators as we hoped to, but we still saw 4 or 5 of them. The ride itself was enjoyable and our guide was very familiar with the park and all of the nature. I highly recommend brining sunscreen with or you might fry in the sun.

Fun experience before heading into Everglades National Park proper. It’s nice to know that the company works with the park. Our boat guide Luis was fantastic! He knew lots of information, was funny and charming. We didn’t see a lot of gators from the boat, but it was still a fun experience and the little show at the end of the boat tour was a nice addition. Lina did a great job with the show aspect.

If you time the last boat ride of the day (4pm?) it's a great sunset tour.  8f you have a natl park pass you also get a discount so bring yours! Don't forget cash for your guides tip! They are excellent. We saw wild alligators, baby alligators, birds, and the captivity show before was great. Get a pic w snappy for your memoirs! (I don't get that). Likely worth the $5 that goes to the park. Boats leave every 20-30 minutes.

We always take our guests as and family to this airboat rides. It’s so much fun! Very well organized and the airboat ride was so smooth. The staff and our Captain Luis were very helpful and friendly. You’ll definitely have a lot of fun here, the ride is approximately 35-45 mins. There’s no guarantee that you’ll see the alligators, but if you don’t, at the end of the boat ride you’ll have the chance to see the show and there are a lot of them on the walking trails. They also have ample parking space, restroom facilities, a gift shop and a small cafeteria to grab a snack. Prices are a little bit higher that other places due to the National Park Service fee. Military and Vets have a discount on the tickets.

An absolutely amazing adventure. We got to ride on an airboat and get a tour of the Everglades. We got to see them in their natural habitat. I'd recommend it for anyone. The tour Gio WA also amazing.

Hands down the best travel agent around! Tom is so personable and responsive, always there to chat when you have questions. I myself am very  particular and Tom put up with my 5000 questions with ease. He didn’t make me feel as if it was a bother at all and explained the silliest of questions that I had. He even checked in with me when I got on my cruise to see if I was happy with everything! Gator Park

Another awesome way to experience the everglades.
The best part was John's show. He was funny, interesting and very charismatic. thought us about gators, crocs, snakes and other wildlife in the area, all while standing bare foot in a cage with two gators right beside him.
the speedboat was also a nice experience. we saw two gators in the water as well as birds and turtles. the ride itself is fun as well.
there are restrooms and a gift shop.

I really liked the boat tour and the wildlife show afterwards. The guides explained many interesting things about the animals and their natural habitats. I visited during the rain season on a very hot day. According to our guide it's better to visit during a less hot time of the year though to see even more wildlife, but it was still very nice. If you didn't manage to see any alligators or other wildlife during the boat tour I can strongly recommend to follow the road until cypress and hike. That's what we did and we saw snakes alligators and different birds :)

It was a great experience, It's a must! Recommended to visit during the sunset (last ride is at 5PM). We even this time of the year we saw a gator.  It's a smaller place and not so crowded than some other tours in Everglades.
The locals were so nice to even give a ride back when I had issues to get a taxi due to the more remote location. Thanks again!

And yes, though I visited before the pandemic, and my photos might not reflect the current situation, the thrill of this adventure remains unchanged. I look forward to revisiting Gator Park and experiencing this unique blend of education and adventure.

Guided boat tour was great, our tour guide was amazing, informative and had a great sense of humor. He was very knowledgeable, pointed out various animals and plants. Thoroughly enjoyed the animal demonstration later, show was very fun. Gift store had various souvenirs and bug spray. Highly recommend bug spray if in season. Great for kids, whole family had a great time.
