Really professional sales and installation! We’ve had ours for about 2 months and are very satisfied. We got cellular top down/bottom up shades for 3 big picture windows. Very good quality product.

Edgewater Ace Hardware

Really great local Ace. Went here to get a few things. Store organized, staff very friendly, and most importantly, easy to get the items you need! Went to get some batteries, easy to locate, and got a battery tester which was also easy to locate as well. The help center they have there has really nice staff too. And checkout was quick and easy also. So, all in all, great local Ace. Will be back! Thanks Ace!

Every time I visit Edgewater Ace, I have a positive experience, from the propane refill folks who are quick and friendly, to the clerks who guide me to stuff I can't find, to the check-out crew are always friendly and efficient.

I would especially like to acknowledge Jeffrey, who often works back in the key shop, but can be found helping people throughout the store. Each of my interactions with him are positive, but on a recent visit he went WAY above and beyond.

I have an old drum set and I've been trying to fix a part for literally years to no avail. Luckily, I ran into Jeffrey. Without going into detail, he basically crafted the new part using a heavy duty bolt and the grinder in the back. Since then my drum kit has been great.

Can't say enough positive about this store and particularly Jeffrey. Great customer-oriented culture. Thank you.

Almost always have the odds and ends I'm looking for work, and the staff is generally really helpful in finding what I'm looking for. The prices on some items are surprisingly great compared to the other hardware stores. Definitely will be coming back!

As a single woman it is super nerve racking to go to a hardware store. However, Shane has made me feel confident about walking in to Ace. He has helped me time and time again. He shows me so much kindness and makes sure I leave there with no questions. I will never go to a Home Depot ever again now that I’ve seen what perfect customer service looks like. Other places have mansplained things to me and make me feel even worse than I did going in. But Shane will literally drop what he’s doing to help me. So, ladies, I highly encourage you to come to this specific Ace! You’ll feel helped and taken care of!

Shout out to Jeffrey! I needed a screw and it was hard to find anywhere else. Just got a “idk” from everyone at other competitors. He let me take out a screw from the sliding doors as reference. He found exactly what I needed right away. Great guy, great customer service!

Shell

Decent gas station.
Most of the time there is water for washing windows and windshields.
Employees are nice enough...not overly but at least they are not rude.
Bathrooms are clean.

Shell provides excellent service as a gas station and shop. The refueling process is efficient, and the shop offers a diverse range of products. Staff is friendly, ensuring a positive experience. A convenient stop for both fuel and essentials on the go.

Don’t come here if your looking to get some snacks late at night. Though it’s 24/7 the owner doesn’t keep his doors open. Just go to 711 down the street at that point

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They stole my 30 dollars. I prepaid 40 dollars on my DEBIT card used my pin. They stopped my pump at 12.22. When I went in the man even said he stopped it and refused to start it. And tells me thay the money will be credited on my account the next day. Well it wasn't. And they will not give me back my refunded change. They basically stole from a single mother that is the only money I had for gas to get my kids to and from school. I will be bringing the police in later today tho

Coffee isnt fresh and taste more like flavored water. It is 5:30 a.m. by the way.
One of the coffee dispensers was out completely. You could tell nothing around the coffee area had been stocked or wiped down from the night realistically even the day before.
Needed to get air for the tire. The machine takes quarters only and we were 4 short. Even buying items inside he refused to give us the an accurate amount of change for the machine on their property.
Went back in to buy a couple other things and he shorted me on change. Too busy on the phone.

Weekend Warriors - Home Improvement Surplus

9/27/23 First time shopping at this store and was not sure about the quality of what I would be purchasing being its a surplus store . I purchased a fan light and installed it which works perfectly. They test their products before they make it out to the store floor so you know you’re getting quality and a good deal. If you are looking to do some remodeling or replacing broken household fixtures this would be a place to check out. They deserve every star.

Shocked to find the value and customer service I found at home improvement surplus. It was every tool and supply we needed to finish our house flip! From now on, we will start with home improvement surplus for all our building needs, tool demands and personal home care / odds and ends needs. Thanks so much for saving us so much time and money!!!

The staff is incredibly helpful and their deals are phenomenal! The area has been in need to avoid the price gouging at Lowe’s and Home Depot. Make sure to check them out for anything that you need.

Split Rail Fence Company

One of my 4x4 posts needed replacement on my Split Rail Fence. The entire experience was great and surprisingly smooth. Jordan worked with me on assessing the problem (I provided pics to help with his estimate). He provided an estimate promptly and scheduled the work. I was out of town, but the crew showed up on schedule, replaced the post, made a few additional minor repairs to the fence, and left a clean job site. Jordan followed up to let me know the work was done and was eager to make certain his team completed the job to my satisfaction.
Extremely happy with the communication, the scheduling, the work itself and the overall experience.

We had our fence put up by them. They were actually easy to work with. They were knowledgeable about the areas we lived in and the HOA. They were timely about installing and finishing the work. They cleaned up good too. The rate wasn’t bad either. Definitely recommend this company to anyone

Without a doubt the worst company I have ever seen. Here is how a fence looks. That’s supposed to be all one color.

I would strongly avoid unless you are cool with waiting a year to even get a quote. Probably the worst company I've dealt with and I'm unfortunately forced to use them because of my HOA or else I would've stopped trying months ago. I first reached out almost four months ago, once I finally talked to someone they sent an individual out to see what I needed which took all of 5 minutes. It's been a month since that happened and I still don't have a quote. I've left multiple voicemails, emails, and multiple messages through their website which no one has responded to. It doesn't matter what time of the day you call, no one will answer. It's pretty comical at this point.

Larry and Levi came out to the house to repair our fence line that was run into by an automobile.  Several posts and rail boards later and it looked brand new.  So happy to have them out.  They were both very professional and courteous.  They listened to my concerns and took care of my property, leaving everything neat and clean.  Thank you Split Rail Fence Co!!!

AT&T Store

Geral was amazing, he helped get a new iPhone and helped me transfer my info with no problem from my old android. I had to come back to the store for more help and he did again, with a great smile, it really felt genuine, his interest in helping me. One of the best experience I ever had with AT&T. Very Satisfied with the Customer service at this locacion. Thank you!

A very nice store, set up well. Lots of inventory. I mean there are phone cases galore there.  The staff was helpful and insightful. We got everything we came for and lowered our payment. If you like this review give it a thumbs up 👍.

Dennis, Angie, and Joseph were friendly and fun to hang out with as we were getting our new service. We had 5 phone lines that we needed and Dennis walked us through everything, and made sure we were getting what we all needed at the best possible price. We went back to add on a new phone making 6 plans all together. Dennis was amazing with my kids also. Who both have high functioning autism they have a hard time with the social emotional aspect of things but otherwise they are like little super brains. My kids felt comfortable with him and enjoyed the whole ordeal. When any other time they are impatient. I'm sure we will be stopping by to just say hi also. Super happy to have them in the neighborhood. An we are all very happy with our new phones and service.

Great customer service!!!!! Actually this is the best experience I've had with AT&T and I have been a customer for 10 years.  I highly recommend going to this store.  The lady that works the front is one of the best I have ever dealt with.  She's so helpful and sweet and really goes the extra mile to help. Big O Tires

These guys are awesome. I personally worked with Jesse and Will on having front struts installed on my 2023 Tundra and they did a fabulous job. Very reasonable and they finished everything very quickly! Love the way the truck rides and sits now. Thanks guys!

It was a busy Saturday afternoon with lots of errands when I noticed my right front tire was losing air quickly. I am new to the area, having just moved - luckily,  I had seen the Big O sign. I pulled in, anticipating a long wait... but I am happy to report that I was very wrong, and my experience at Big O Tires was simply fantastic. Wesley greeted me almost right away, and that was a great beginning. He was friendly and professional. And efficient! He took my information and told me that he would have my car evaluated right away. My wife and I went to a nearby restaurant to eat while we waited, but we had just ordered when he called. Our car was ready, already! As Wesley suspected, it was a nail. He removed the nail,  patched the tire up, and we were soon on our way again. Wesley was so accommodating and helpful. All the other staff members seemed busy and pleasant, too. I will definitely return!

I’ve been through a few mechanics since moving here and finally found one that is honest, well-priced and fast. Jesse and his team at this Big O are great. We’ve bought tires for three cars here as well as had routine maintenance and other repairs done. Great service. One tip- using the online appointment scheduler will usually only show appointments a week or so out but calling will often get you in within a day or two.

No one likes spending money on car repairs but if you’ve got to, do it here!

Johnny was so nice to repair our tire. We had picked up a pallet staple earlier when running errands. 2 other tire places right across the street from us refused service. This Big O took excellent care of us. They even fixed our tire for free since we do so much business there. Thank you Johnny for demonstrating excellent customer service!

Really great customer service. They fixed a leak in my tire with extraordinary speed, and since I'm a first time customer they did it for free. My parents have been long time customers, and so when I had a tire problem my first thought was Big O. I'll be sure to come back when I need tire services!

Midas

We had my girlfriend oil changed here on December 20 2023. Not only did I feel it was over priced the car is white leather and it now has oil stains on the steering wheel and door. We recently had the car detailed so I know it wasn’t there before.

Marcus was able to get my car in right away because I thought I needed breaks. After the inspection he informs me that my breaks were fine and didn’t need to be replaced at all. I really appreciate the honesty from Marcus. I don’t know that most mechanics would be as honest and trustworthy. I’ll definitely be back when I need work done on my vehicle.

This place will try to take advantage of you if they think you know nothing about cars. I took my car in for an alignment and about an hour after I dropped it off I was told that they couldn't do the alignment until they fixed the "suspension" there is nothing wrong with my suspension and the suspension has nothing to do with an alignment so of course I said no. When I picked my car up i was then told it was the control arms and ball joints which is steering. When I go home I jacked my car up to see if there was actually any issues and there is none both the control arms and ball joints are in good shape. This shop tried to scam me out of $2500 all because I am a woman and they assumed that I had no
knowledge about cars. I would give them negative stars if I could.
Edit: they called me this morning and went to argue the fact and treated me like an idiot, I did say some choice words that I am not proud of but I will never take any of my cars there again.

Theses guys are awesome. Found a nail in my tire as we were getting ready for a trip. I tried to fix it with my tire patching kit for safety and couldn’t get the hole plugged. Called these guys up and they were able to get me in and out in no time. Thanks for the help team!

Spilled oil all over my engine during an oil change. Did not tell me at all when I picked it up. Had to call to find out why my engine was smoking. Offered no apology. Told me I’ll just have to wait until it all burns off which is what I’m doing now, just breathing in fumes until it’s all gone. Will never return. Accidents happen but have the common decency to let the customer know and do your best to remedy the situation.

KYYA Chocolate

I have driven by this place so many times and finally someone mentioned to me that they have great milkshakes. So I stoped by after showing some properties and brought my son here. Great milkshakes is an understatement. This is the best milkshake I have ever had in my life! This place is a total hidden little secret.

Ok - Rick, the owner, was so great. I have fetish for chocolate, especially with dark and Rick just made us feel so welcome. Explained the process, answered questions about beans, explained his history. Really loved our experience. They have a wide variety of bars, truffles and while we were there a few people stopped in for the milkshakes which they raves about. Next time we’ll get those. We already nibbled on some of the bars and they are very good. Anxious to try the truffles, hot chocolate coco bomb and the milkshakes. Make your way to their shop. You want be disappointed with the product or ownership. Thanks Rick

Decided to stop in Kyya today and I'm so glad I did! The inside wasn't what I expected but regardless the chocolate selection is amazing! I had a hard time choosing what I wanted. I did want one of everything! But I got some popcorn, two chocolate bars, and some wine infused fudge. All of it was delicious! They also offered syrups, bonbons, and bags of chocolate bits. I can't wait to take my daughter back to get one of their decadent looking milkshakes.

I haven't been here in person but I've bought the coffee syrups online. The flavors are so good. Hands down the best toasted marshmallow I've ever had. I also love the almond syrup.

Chocolate lover's dream! It doesn't look like much from outside but don't judge the book by its cover.  These people are serious when it comes to making chocolate! They import cocoa from 16 different countries to create the perfect blend for every palate. Taste as many samples as you want to pick the one that's right for you. YUM!

I have found going on Amazon has much cheaper prices and you get it delivered to your door. But I applied here and Harbor Freight tools and does not give people that made mistakes and have a criminal history a chance. Yet they go through people who know nothing about anything over and over. Your always on your own when you go to a Harbor Freight Tools store to find things!

New store always out of everything and three employees did not now wat a tow bar was how do you work there and not know what a tow bar is that's like saying you don't know what a hammer is....

I'm not the only person who finds the young lady up front to be a source of sweetness in their day ~ she actually gets comments about it from grateful customers. But that's not all, by any means, because she's also the consummate professional. When I asked her where to find my product she gave me aisle, side and section!

Found the item at a very reasonable price, too.

I look forward to returning here for any tools I might require in future.
