BuyRailings is an incredible company with awesome customer service and great quality products! I found them in a desperate search for custom “cut to length” brass tubes for a bathroom sink I was having installed the next day (the tubes that came with the sink were too short and the sink height was too low). I filled out a request online for a quote and Catherine wrote back immediately. In less than 24 hours, my order was ready for pickup at their corporate office. The staff were so friendly and it was an amazing experience. I would gladly do business with BuyRailings in the future.

These guys are great. I've ordered from them six or seven times to buy aluminum pipe and fittings that I use for building furniture and video equipment that I can easily break down and transport. Their material prices are competitive, shipping is fast and reasonably priced, and everything always arrives undamaged. Also, their customer service is excellent. They've called me just to double-check an order before it went out and even graciously made some last-minute adjustments to what I was buying. There are other sites that market more specifically to using these fittings for furniture but I will always buy from BuyRailings.

Sanborns Bodega

Do not make the mistake that I made, I did not check the latest reviews of these stores and I fell, I bought a washing machine in the store and it has been more than two months since I have received anything, terrible service and they still do not accept my cancellation to return the money of the product that has not arrived to me.

This place is only a winery and the photographs do not correspond!

Sam's Club La Piedad

They don’t accept Apple Pay so only cash accepted. You also can’t pay with your US Sam’s club account. Service is great and also great prices.

The store is not too big, therefore it have limited items to choose from.

It's as big and well stocked like a Sam's club back in the US. Make sure your American membership is not expired because you cannot renew down there.

Allan's Vending Service VT

Overpriced and seem to have a monopoly of the upper valley yet they can’t keep up. Maybe if they kept up with the regularly out of stock, items they wouldn’t need to price gouge so badly. When I can get an expired bologna, salad sandwich from Allan’s vending for the same price as a fresh Subway sandwich or local gas station sandwich that was at least made the same day of purchase…

I have been a BC customer for several years. They are doing a fantastic job. My orders are filled accurately and delivered quickly. When I call them, they are very helpful, patient and very courteous. I buy only from Big Cat.

I've been a customer since 2009, and I haven't been let down by them! My last order I received one bad batch bc some pods were broken, but I called and talked to PATTY who helped me out and gave me good customer service! A big thank you to everyone at Big Cat Coffees! When placing my order this week I put the wrong coffee in my cart and subsequently placed the order. I sent a note to Big Cat about my mistake and to my delight when I received my order they corrected my mistake and sent the correct coffee.. Thank you for the GREAT customer service.

The last time I ordered was in 2021, simply because of Big Cat's continued price increases and free shipping parameters. Before I took my business to another company (Amazon), I decided to try their discounted out of date coffees, and they were tasteless. Not worth the few pennies you save. Also, when asking for a promo code, I was rudely told no. The same happened today. Why couldn't a customer rep say let me see and try to find something? What would it hurt to try and be positive and nice and try to help a customer? It would have created customer satisfaction and brought back a customer. So I did not order. Seems like the owners or General Manager of Big Cat would review their customer service efforts.

I have always been happy with the service. Except when my favorite flavor K cup was "discontinued by the manufacturer". I went with out for weeks. This week someone told me that the coffee was available from Kurig website. There it was and I had to order. Any chance we can get it back to Big Cat?

The Door Factory

Gorgeous work!  We ordered a “custom” hurricane proof front door.  We brought in a photo of the design we wanted and they matched it perfectly.  We dealt with Ryan in the front office and he was very knowledgeable and helpful.
The installer Steve was also very knowledgeable,  so professional and friendly. He made sure to protect our walls and put up protective plastic to ensure the dust didn’t get blown into the house while he was doing the install.
They  recommended a door finisher to stain the door.   we used their recommendation and it’s just gorgeous!!
I would also like to add this was all during the Covid-19 pandemic.  Ryan kept us informed along the way and shared what was happening with city permits as they had put a hold for a brief time.  He worked with us on the install date and I’m very happy to share we are so pleased.  The door turned out beautiful!  Thank you everyone at The Door Factory and even those behind the scene!  Gorgeous! Gorgeous! Gorgeous!

They are refusing to replace my doors and the warranty was voided because they cut my doors down, they did not tell me this voids the warranty otherwise I WOULD HAVE NEVER PURCHASED HERE. Claims because I put a black finish on the door I cant have warranty no where on their website or PLASTPROS warranty does it state that. I TOLD HIM FROM DAY ONE I WAS PLANNING ON DOING A DARK BROWN/ BLACK FINISH...... REFUSUAL TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY AFTER 2 YEARS IVE BEEN HAVING ISSUES ON THE DOORS SINCE 1 MONTH INTO INSTALLATION. THE 4,000 HARDWARE I PURCHASED FROM THEM -EMTEK- IS ALL FALLING APART FINISH IS COMPLETELY GONE (ALSO DOESN'T TAKE RESPONSIBILITY). Not only do they refuse to take responsibility he wants me to pay LOL 4500 dollars to re-install doors and has given me the run around since OCTOBER OF LAST YEAR TO TAKE ANY ACTIONS.... these doors CONSTANTLY have issues The doors ARE NOT functional the install is so bad they dont open/close properly or lock. I PAID 24K FOR DOORS AND CANNOT EVEN LOCK THEM OR USE THEM HOW EMBARRASSING IS THAT. Their demeanor and they have the audacity of blaming me because of the finish I have for the doors WHEN YET OTHER COMPLAINTS SHOW HOW UNETHICAL THEY ARE. These doors are literally falling off the hinges. These are suppose to be impact doors they are ABSOLUTE TRASH. Because of the cuts they did the doors are completely expanded and un-useable. Now I have to hire an attorney just to get my money back, and wait for them to reimburse me over 20,000 dollars for the lowest quality impact doors south Florida has to offer. Not only is the finish not included with your purchase but they are very sneaky and shady I would NEVER do this to anyone in my life. I wouldn't recommend this company even to my worst enemy. YOU ARE A TERRIBLE COMPANY AND SHOULD BE ASHAMED. NOT TURN KEY, EXPENSIVE, OVER PRICED, BAD QUALITY. 24,000 DOLLARS DOWN THE DRAIN. Thanks a lot Lenny.

update: I have reached out several times no one that works there cares.

My handyman provided me this company to contact for pricing on prehung interior hollow doors for my residential home. I wanted to contact them to see if the pricing was any better versus a standard Home Depot or Lowe’s. I contacted them yesterday at 12 noon and they were incredibly short and unhelpful with me on the phone. I understand that everybody has their own policies so they advised me that they don’t give any pricing over the phone that they send out quotes to your email. I said no problem at all and provided them with my email and expected to see some thing within a reasonable timeframe. The whole day passed, and then I contacted them the next morning because I still have not received anything and I simply just wanted to know a price! Upon contacting them back and just quickly advising what took place the day prior they were even more short and rude saying that nobody remembered who I was etc. I asked if the gentleman that I was speaking to could simply provide me with a dollar amount and/or email me the quote as they had advised yesterday. The gentleman said it would be “stupid” to send a quote twice, we don’t do business like that and slammed me on hold. Came back on the phone said nobody knew and then dropped the price over the phone to me (I though they didn’t do that?) Asked me a bunch of questions in a very annoyed fashion and frankly made me feel stupid. Didn’t even allow me to say thank you before he hung the phone up on me. In this world currently it does not pay to be ignorant and rude especially when you’re running a business. You at the very least need to be kind, cordial, pleasant, willing to assist when your literally trying to sell a product(s). Both men I spoke to had none of these qualities. Their prices were exceedingly higher than Lowe’s and Home Depot anyways for the same quality material. Never would I contact this company again for anything. Shame on them for being so inconsiderate and obnoxious.

My boyfriend and I were looking for a hollow wooden 2-panel door so we checked this place out since we heard it has a lot to offer. No appointment. Just a walk-in and someone was quick to help us and show us around.

They ended up having the exact door we needed in stock but it turned out to have some water damage.  Now, instead of the rep lying to us or creating a story to make the sale, he was 100% honest and told us it's not worth it.

For transparency purposes, my boyfriend and I did not have any work or installations done through this company so I can't speak on their construction/contractor quality, BUT despite not being able to find a replacement door at their warehouse, they still helped us narrow down our options and provided suggestions outside their shop.

Anyone from South Florida KNOWS how hard it is to find good customer service so thank you again for your honesty and offering us other solutions.
