On a Toolbox worth over $8000 new, Snap-On will not honor the Lifetime Warranty they advertise when selling their goods, although their product shows a defect not due to product use.
They immediately accuse the buyer of "Mistreating the product" or said the product shows "Damage" without requesting any evidence or physical inspection.
Took over two months to get a resolution, which was "we'll send you a $500 gift card as a courtesy", offered as if this is such a generous offer I should bow and thank them.
Snap-On sell products for a hefty price, advertising lifetime warranty and backs up when said warranty needs to be applied. Simply shameful. Will never buy Snap-On again. Buyer beware.

I started in the automotive business in 1962. The Snap On truck came around regularly. We considered them the best except the ratchets were too coarse on click spacing. Today they have better ratchets. But some other tools are foreign imports. Kinda sad.
From a business perspective you can’t trust this company. They try to sell their tool boxes which are overpriced and try to sell you by offering a big discount with a trade in for your old box. But the contract is lengthy and misleading. You would end up paying $2000 in interest on $5000 box which is supposedly discounted. I had a relative that got burned on this deal. The salesman should explain the details but wants to make the sale.
Shameful for an old time company that should be trustworthy!!

Horrible place.  This place will ship tools that are broken and defective, Just so the big wigs can get their bonuses every quarter. The most horrible wet sticky work conditions with big fans blowing around dust. Narcissistic management. Management steals. I overheard a Supervisor say he wanted to turn the whole place into a sweat shop. They let other employees abuse other employees really bad. It's not who you know it's who you blow. Is horrible disgusting place to work supervisor Adam is a piece of trash liar thief. I know people who know adam warner Who can verify he stole a truck Took it to pennsylvania.

Snap-On has made building relationships and being a long tern customer rather challenging. Our shop purchased the $7,000 Pass-Through computer “that can program any new module with just a phone call”. Which is a great tool in theory, however the technical support on their end can rarely ever successfully program any module. With 12 attempts at programming, we have successfully done it twice. The last attempt was out final straw with using this system. We installed an ABS module on a Ford Explorer, and the programming was unsuccessful, technical support said no problem, get a new part and we will provide you with a warrantied service, no charge for this attempt. Got a new module, replaced it, entered programming service, still wouldn’t work. This technician started looking for the issue. When they tried to auto-populate the data, the information was wrong, he manually input all the data, and it programmed within 10 seconds, finally a success with this $7,000 machine. It made me wonder how many of their other attempts failed due to their incompetence. So thus far, Snap-On made us warranty put a part that wasn’t defective, pay the labor to replace the part, and when its all said and done it was their fault. On top of that, they told us they would not provide the warranty for their first attempt, even though we have on recording that they would, and even provided a claim number. Dealing with this company is always a headache. We will promptly return this device and no longer purchase anymore tools from this company, Mac and Matco have always done right by us and we will stick with them going forward.

They sold be a dual AC machine for almost $18,000! They stated it was fully auto and completely separate. It is NOT! I have spent over $250,000.00 with SnapOn and they even took the machine back with a signed letter. They then brought it back and refuse the return! Criminal!!!

Do not come early the guard will ask you to leave and come back.  They want you to be late so they can change you $350. There is a Loves at the same exit. Flying J and TA truckstops are close alao
1) You must have your delivery number to check in
2) ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING on their property.
You can check in at your appointment time and then unload or load. Once that is done, you must leave the property IMMEDIATELY
3) No restrooms available.
4) Slide tandems all the way back and lock them once in the door.
5) chock wheels
6) drop trailer and completely disconnect and pull forward 5 feet

My experience with the guard left a lot to be desired. He does not seem to like truck drivers. Told me all truck drivers are dumb.

I have been delivering there for about 2 yrs now. Yes it is true. The Security Officers there DO NOT play the games but they are very respectfull. The Officer in their Guard Shack is a 20 yr OTR Veteran. Old school you might say. He knows what we go through. He is much better than the one that they had there before him trust me. The one before him would yell, scream and cuss you out. Hell there are many times that the guard will have a pot of Coffee made up for drivers (1 cup limit) at no charge. Creamer and sugar is your responsibilty LOL.

The rules there are simple:

1). All 6AM deliveries - Dont show up before 0605. Their receiving doesnt get started until 6:10AM. NO you cannot sit infront of the Guard Shack and wait for safety reasons. There is too much incoming/outgoing traffic at that time.

2). Have your 6 digit APPT# written on your BOLs when you arrive. If you have this number written down and ready for the guard he will have you out of the guard shack heading to the back in 2 mins. or less. He can even tell you how long it will take them to unload you by your pallet count.

3). GNC is an APPT ONLY WAREHOUSE meaning if you have a 9:00AM Appt. Dont show up at 6:30AM to deliver. They will take you an half an hour early.

4). There is no parking on their property for any reason. Again Safety and Insurance Reasons.

5). If you are picking up a load be sure you have the correct information the guard needs to get you in and out as fast as possible.

6). Dont go into the Guard Shack talking on your phone. Security will not process you untill you are finished with your conversation.

The thing that you must remember and understand is, the rules and safety proceedures are GNC policies. Security is there to enforce these policies.

The work in the building is very easy and super simple. The pay rates are average.  18-19 /hr. The distance is what makes people really dislike working here. Management is ok, but not perfect.  I would work here again.

Truckers, there is no parking at all here, loves truck stop is an exir 133 from I-65, come in 15m before your appointment,  security guards don't play games but respectful, kinda tight to park as you go to your dock and park by your blind side, at least you get some practice, unloading fast, and you must disconnect completely. Just follow simple rules and you guys be fine

This company is amazing. Their cabinet doors are the absolute best quality. If you reached this page because you googled to find inspections or repair to exterior, garage, or interior doors, it was in error. This company does trim/general woodworking, tables, headboards,  and cabinetry.

Robert I. Merrill Company

The fire rated doors I ordered came out with handle backset dimension drilled in the wrong location, although all the documentation was correct. Alonzo Leon promised me that he would provide me with the correct plungers to fit my existing locksets, against my better judgment I accepted the doors and took Alonzo's word that he would provide the parts needed, well... that was a mistake, doors are paid for and after several attempts, I get no response from Alonzo. I have a lot of doors in our building, all use the same locks except the new doors, now I need to have different sizes on hand, purchased out of my own pocket.
Not a trustworthy representative of this company, future prospects should not accept the words of the sales people, or at least Alonzo, and not accept anything if it is not correct, maybe that will teach them not to take advantage of people that put their trust in the so called professionals.

Been doing business with Robert I Merrill for over 10 years and have always appreciated their professionalism. They have a great knowledge of the industry. Sales team is great and they have delivered on hundreds of projects. It's great that they stock so many items needed in the commercial door and hardware world.

With the way economy and delays David Oliva has been Awesome to work with on my project. Our company uses Robert Merrill for most project. Make sure you ask for David.

I found some special door pulls online that I could not order directly. It was hard to find someone who could order them for me. I was referred to Robert I. Merrill Co.--they were able to order them for me quickly and at a good price. They even shipped them to me so I didn't have to drive to Salt Lake City.

Our company invested in 3 heavy duty locks for our dispensary vault doors. All three of which failed after 1 year of routine use.

They speak very rudely. they need to learn to communicate well with people.

Getting through the entrance gate can be a bit of a pain in the neck, but delivering here in general really isn't too bad. They do have a phone outside with numbers that directly call the check-in office, but you can probably still use your personal phone to give them a call too. Having good people check you in here makes delivering here a nice experience. It's rare when I wait for lives here as a local driver out of Phoenix, but they're normally pretty quick with those.

Friendly people. Fast in and out. No overnight parking inside but can p1ark on the side of the rd outside the gate.

Arrive 30 min b4 appt. In dr very quickly. Other trucks come in after me, their appointments later than mine. They got unloaded first. WTH. That is unprofessionaly rude.

Panoramic Doors - Scottsdale

I purchased a 4 panel system from this company and 8 months after the installation they still do not open correctly.  They continue to fall off the track and it is no to the point that I am afraid to even try and use them.  There is an acknowledged repair request that is over 5 weeks old with no response at all.  I do not recommend this company and the after the sale customer service has be horrible to say the least.

Ordered a 6 panel door with Jim B. He was a true professional. The door is beautiful and functions well. The after sales were as terrific as the sale itself. Highly recommend! Beautiful doors and a pleasure to do business with.

The Window Door Store - Arizona

Joseph is hands-down one of my favorite sales people to work with. Customer service, knowledge, and communication was top-notch, on top of a great personality. We got quotes from other places, but ultimately decided to go with this company because of Joseph. He took great care of us and stayed in touch all the way through the finish line. We got lucky when we got connected to him  and if we decide to replace more doors and windows in the future, he would be one of the reasons why we would go with this company again. Very happy with the entire process.

We replaced 29 windows in our home and hired the AZ Window and Door Store to do it.  We chose the Anlin Delmar series.  There were missed appointments, no communication or follow-up on numerous occasions.  The process was not good and I would not recommend either company.  It has been 4 months now since the start of the job and they just finished installing the last window last Saturday.  We still have three screens with holes that need repair.  In addition, we now also have six windows with warped frames and corners pulling away from the stucco.  I spoke with Dow who is the GM and still waiting to have someone from either company address the warping.  I should have gone with aluminum.

Update 8/14, Dow came to our home and has made arrangements for the windows and screens to be replaced.  Six new windows and three screens are on order and should arrive late September.  It was determined the window frames are warping due to poor installation.  Most of our challenges can be associated with the original installation crew.  I will update this review once the work has been completed.  At this point we are cautiously optimistic.

Joseph is the most professional, courteous, respectful salesperson I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Hi knowledge of the product is outstanding. He ordered what I wanted and I recieved what I ordered. 2-thumbs up, 5-stars.

I am very pleased with the windows and associated work. I had several windows retrofitted and two windows adjusted for size/materials and I am very happy with all of the work. So happy I came back to have 3 exterior doors redone, 1 interior door redone and 3 windows redone. This is, literally, the only company I've used twice for home remodeling type work. Thank you for a seamless up front process (Stephen is very patient and helpful), successfully performed measurement process and quality install. Currently I also happen to be testing out the warranty process, so hopefully I'll be able to comment on that soon. I highly recommend this company!!!!

This company continues to amaze me! We got all of our windows and doors replaced by them in 2021 and the customer service just continues to be stellar. They have gone above and beyond after the fact to continue taking care of our needs. When we repainted our house and wanted to match the caulking color they used when they installed, they didn’t just provide the color for us, they dropped off multiple tubes of caulk for us to be sure we had the right product. I am so impressed with their customer service in making sure we are happy even years later. Purchasing windows is quite the investment but with this company I know I made the right choice.

Anasazi Architectural Door

Two 18” doors replaced a 3-0x8-0 door. Anasazi matched existing doors EXACTLY!!  Though the space is 3” more narrow it looks and feels much wider.  Install was perfect.  Looks like it should have been this way from first build.

High quality, beautiful and robust doors.  Company was fantastic with design assistance and followed through with an incredible door for our home.   Not inexpensive lol...but definitely worth it for those of us wanting a statement piece.   Lee and Mathew were great to work with through whole process.

How happy I am that I found a company with such high integrity.  Lloyd made everything seamlessly easy.  On time, beautiful work and attention to detail all included. Great follow through and great follow up. This company is worth what they charge, you will not be disappointed.
