Oakland Mall

I enjoyed going to Oakland Mall to shop for Christmas for my granddaughter and myself. We start a new tradition this year.

It’s a really big, clean mall. I really enjoy to visit my favorite shops like Twenty21, ZARA, Victoria Secret, H&M.
I used to live in Europe and I still can’t do shopping online! So this place saves me!!

I love Macy's,' because they are always ready to help. Their personnel are always very attentive to my needs. My purchase was a success, it wasn't return.

Hollywood stars is the WORST place to go. I was being INTERROGATED because I was on my phone on TikTok inside the store… not filming TikTok… scrolling on TikTok while the person I was with was shopping. The old skinny lady who was wearing a black shirt with a brown wig asked me “what are you doing on your phone” and “can I put my phone away” like I’m not an adult or being on my phone is against the law. Once I stated I knew the previous owner and her two sons and run 2 businesses myself she then tried to apologize and re weclome me AFTER interrogating oh and saying we need to be removed because she thought we were “doing YouTube” to expose her FAKE clothing. Please shut this store down. Customer service goes a long way.

Oakland mall is very good. It has a good location. You can find everything from designer/upscale stores to affordable ones as well. Mall itself is pretty neat and clean. Has a huge parking area, even for Black Friday crowds. Area is very secure and well-lit for night time use 👍

New Center One

Such a beautiful building. Worth coming down just to walk through if not there for any other reason. Street parking and lots to park in were available. Even during a play it was never too busy.

I love how they have tried to keep things the same inside. I love the shops inside, it's definitely a nice place to visit if you're in the New Center area. From the coffee shop with good pastries and not so good coffee to the pastry shop that has great coffee and not so great pastries, you will have a great time

It's not handicapped friendly, which is what I need. There's a lot going on in the Bldg. Parking is limited. But there is valet parking. I was there to visit the Henry Ford's medical clinic, which is located on the top floor (8th). Elevators move 'really' slow. Also, I didn't see any kind of help aid, human nor otherwise. Won't ever be my 1st choice. I was so out of breath by the time I got to my destination. However, it is a decent looking Bldg on the inside from what I saw.

The parking lot attendant would not let me in when the gate broke. It was raining in my car while I was waiting for them. They clearly didn't want to come out to help.
The elevators have been out and it's like a maze trying to find one that's open.
It is pretty clean, but the security are super lazy people.

Clean building, nice staff. Elevator has a spectacular view of the inside.

Holiday Village Mall

Very disappointed in our mall. The owners charge way too much to rent spaces from what I have been told by multiple managers at this mall. They also don't take pride in maintaining and updating the mall. The bathrooms are usually pretty nasty and stink. And the elevators on the inside look like they haven't been wiped down since 2009. Even has the old mall flooring in one of the elevators. There is no more food court. It's completely empty. There is just the Little Athens Greek restaurant down the hall where the main food court used to be. I miss Twisted Pretzel and Orange Julius soooo bad. Especially twisted pretzel. The dang pandemic ruined a lot for this mall, but so do the owners.

SHOPPERS BE WARNED

I believe that all patrons should be informed that Holiday Village Mall has personnel on-site who are now enforcing what can only be described as a subjective and ambiguous dress code.

Excerpt from Code of Conduct
9. "Visiting the center without shirts or shoes, or failing to be fully clothed. Wearing clothing that is, or in a manner that is, obscene, offensive to others, that may provoke a disturbance, or is otherwise inconsistent with a first-class, family-oriented shopping center".

Now, at first glance the rules seem pretty simple until it comes to something that an enforcement individual deems is not consistent with a first-class, family oriented shopping center. Regardless of whether you procured the items within the mall and are wearing them on the way out or bought them elsewhere, you are subject to the morals/views/beliefs of the individual assessing your appearance on behalf of management. Whether it be a skirt/shorts "too short", "seen areas of a bra", too tight of clothing, too much skin present, or inappropriate wording be warned. You may be approached by an individual who takes issue with your outfit and can "expel or ban" you from their facility without discussion.

Today, my wife was issued a warning because part of her bra could be seen from a side profile of her shirt (outfit bought from the mall) and told that if she returned to the mall in the outfit she would be asked to leave the premises. There are stores within the "first-class, family oriented shopping center" whose advertisements appear to be in conflict with said code of conduct. However, patrons are the only ones held accountable. Take this information as you please, but I thought/hoped to spare anyone else the embarrassment of being told by a complete stranger that the way you dressed yourself is inappropriate and deemed not first-class or family oriented.

I used to like coming to Great Falls and visiting the Holiday Village Mall, but with the current economy, the place is a skeleton.  Although my favourite stores, Scheels and JC Penny, are still here, it would  be nice to have more in here.

Don't be discouraged to still visit there.  There are some good stores on the lower level and good deals to still find around the mall.

Pop into Little Athens for a coffee or lunch; good group  working there.

Saddest excuse for a "mall" I have ever seen. I've been to convince store that have more to offer. Probably 80% empty, dirty, no upkeep, but fits perfectly with great falls as a whole lol

Holiday Village appears to be in some sort of identity crisis. This used to be a hopping place , However most residents here feel that HV is not keeping up with the times, and their resistance to the modern wants and sky high rents and insurance expectations, seems to keep stores away.
Great Falls gets COLD in the winter, shopping different stores in an indoor location is kind of an obvious niche. But walk the halls of HV and you'll find a few mainstream stores like Spencer's, Hot Topic and game stop, a hallmark and 1 restaurant (little Athens)  most of the gates are pulled down and it's a ghost town on the inside.
Christmas sees a huge uptick but mostly because Anchor stores like Hobby Lobby and Ross, Big Lots Petsmart and Scheels (on the outside of the mall, carry them.) If HV changed their strategy this mall could be a hit spot once more. There are easy entrances to each course if the mall that makes it so you don't have to walk forever to reach the store you want to be at. Sky light and plenty of seating a huge food court area....now if it could just be utilized in a better fashion so the stores that are there could make a bigger profit.

Quintard Mall

Of all the malls that I have visited, this one is just perfect!  Malls are hard to find and are never maintained anymore.  This one is small, clean and the perfect size.  I love the quietness of the whole environment.

I was 17 years old when the Quintard Mall first opened with a ribbon cutting in 1971! For many years I and other's shopped there! There was a Morrison's Cafeteria that was great to go through and choose your foods from a wide selection! It needs one of those restaurants again! There used to be a Pizza Hut or something also in the Mall, but it finally left! But it had it's own entry and exits out of the main Mall! This made it unique! One of the biggest things is no big billboard signs outside of the Quintard Mall with names of the various businesses inside! So you really never knew what you would find to shop in what kind of store's! Very sad and a let down for those who opened a stores in the Quintard Mall! Hopefully this will change when the new sections of the Quintard Mall are completed! Everyone Be Blessed!

I mostly go to the mall for the Chinese food. They have the best food for the best deals at Max Orient in the food court. Always clean and smells so good. They even still have my favorite stores.I do wish they would have kept the old mall with it, and just done more with it but I guess after covid they just didn't have enough business for the remaining stores left in it. JC Penney seems to be standing tall still, in the last part of the old mall left which I love that they stayed and I hope they never leave it.

A Great Effort By Hull Property Group To Establish Such A Great & Huge Shopping Mall With a Food Court Having a Variety Of Food. Shopping Mall Have An Area Of 610000 sq ft. A Large Number Of Retail Shops. A Very Calm & Peaceful Environment. Amstar Cinema Is Worth Place Of Entertainment in Quintard Mall. I Felt a Lot of Pleasure When I Visited It

Dillard's

My go-to place to buy perfume and cologne! Sheila, Alethea, and Carlos are awesome!! Every time I come and one of them is working, they immediately greet you with a smile. What I love most about them is that they go above and beyond to make sure my purchases are beautifully packaged whether they have a gift bag or can be wrapped. I mainly buy perfume or cologne as presents/gifts so when they offer to wrap it for me, it saves me an extra step! I love that about them! Such great services!!!

Ms. Mirna is amazing. Offered to help before I could even think to ask for it. Didn’t pressure me at all, just stayed nearby to answer questions and was a complete delight. Bought a couple of shirts just because of her kindness. Will be back for sure, so long as she is here to take care of my transaction. Also, I want to add that Mr. Richard is one of the most helpful sales reps I have ever come across. I purchased some shoes today after the terrible experience I had at Macy’s. Next time, I’m coming here FIRST. Dillard’s is really onto something with these amazing employees. I’m turning into a regular customer here because of these awesome people! Really hope they get raises occasionally because it’s hard to find these type of employees. Keep them at all costs!

Hello to who it may concern I was really trying to not take it here but it seems like I have no other option. I was hired on as an employee at your beautiful store. I love the store I have been shopping with Dillard since I was 13 years old. I enjoy my experience. I did my orientation to officially become a employee but due to the circumstances, I was forced not to show up for the remainder of my time in conclusion that was in the beginning of August. I am still trying to receive my pay for the orientation. Employees in fragrance department were looking at their cell phones on company time watching the Saints game. They never looked up from their phones to even see there was a customer, me, waiting to make a purchase. I waited several minutes too and then left and bought the perfume from their competitor, Macy's. Na manager anywhere around to talk to, just employees goofing off.

Keisha from the MAC counter gve me a fabulous makeover. She was patient, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. The customer service Keisha gave deserves to be recognized.  Not only did she give me  beautiful makeover she manged other customers. She multitasked without making me feel uncomfortable. Dillard's Keisha from your MAC counter is a wonderful employee.

The Mall at Partridge Creek

Beautiful, and well kept. A unique mall experience. Highly recommend if you’re looking for year-round entertainment, great shopping and dining. Sola Salons is beautiful. A one stop shop for all of your hair/beauty needs. This mall is safe and secure 24/7.

Nice heated recliner seats. Good variety at concessions. Good but pricey concessions.  Lots of restroom access. Theater is not always the cleanest. I think not enough time to clean between movies.

We came here to watch Godzilla minus 1 at the MJR theater. The mall was beautiful, decorated nicely. Pretty busy too! The theater was awesome! We all had a great time.

I mainly go here to walk my dogs.  They enjoy it and it is a good way to get them socialized.  They love going to the 3 Dog Bakery, which is a must stop as I can't even walk past it without the dogs tugging me to go in.  Most stores are dog friendly.

Other good stores and restaurants as well.  Been to Brio and PF Chang's and both are great.  Having an Apple store in the mall is also convenient.

Beautiful outdoor mall with a variety of high-end retail shops, locally made goods, as well as many food/drink options. I highly recommend Cellar 59 and Cooper’s Hawk for a great night out! The splash pad is a great spot kids as well as the movie theater. The live music during the summer makes it a great place to stroll or hang out for the evening!

Macomb Mall

Customer service from the employees was welcoming. They were all helpful with any question and had a prompt answer. This was our first time here, and I really enjoyed our time there! The birthday girl turned 2 and she had so much fun! What a great idea for this company. Good time, good VIBES.

Kholes...Great Assortment of kids toys and great discounts...I highly recommend...if you are looking for toys of all ages and also a great assortment and discounts on clothes ... Good out come on Kholes Cash

Mall has been updated. Almost like the old days with Sears, Crowley's and Kresgee's , Orange Julius and Hot Sam's pretzels. Many new stores making it worth your wild to visit your old friend called Macomb Mall.

Took my granddaughter shopping on our day out together, and we had a blast! We found everything she wanted.  I haven't been to this mall in many years, all the stores have changed but it still looks great! I grew up going to this mall, and I'm glad it's still in good shape.

Cinnabon here ROCKS! Spencer's & Hot Topic also have awesome stuff. Mall was lively, but not crowded. Suprisingly very nice atmosphere here.

Magnolia Marketplace

I love many stores on this market row. It's a cool place to pick up a few deals, and the atmosphere in these stores is normally not stressful like some malls.

I went to Ulta and all the perfume was empty some samples were out but locked up. The sales person stopped helping me to help someone else who felt their needs were more urgent. Bad experience all around.

This is the newly opened Five and Below store in New Orleans. It just opened August 2nd. It is between TJMaxx and Ross stores. It took over the Shoe Carnival space. The other store is in Elwood. From what I could see most items are priced at $5. I saw very little for $1. The store is also set up primarily with self checkout kiosks with store personnel walking around if you get stuck on the machine or can't scan an item. If you have children, they will be happy at the volume of coloring and sticker books, toys, games,  football's, basketballs,  and soccer balls to choose from. There's $3 jewelry- very cheaply made necklaces, and earrings. There's a huge tech department with chargers, power banks, speakers, headphones, phone covers, holders, etc. The workout department is stocked with small hand weights, resistance bands, massagers, yoga mats, and sports bottles. Don't waste your time buying the limited clothes in the store.  They are cheaply made and made to fit youth not adult sizes. The shoes fall into that same category.  I was surprised to see they have a small pet section. It is stocked with a few dog clothes, leashes, collars, poop bags, and dog beds. The store has the candy section in the front of the store. Bags are available to select loose candy for  4 for $1 or 10 for a $1. Movie candy sized boxes of sour patch, butterfingers,  showcase, twizzlers,etc. Are 5 for $5. Customers were constantly at this section. The store has chips and sodas if you're just stopping in to grab a snack. I can't see being a frequent customer to the store.

Gave me a boost to see these beautiful pups for adoption. Well cared for.

Algiers Plaza

Plenty of parking, intact and properly facing stop signs (if you live in NOLA, you know that's a rarity) and nice selection of stores from grocery to retail and eye glasses.

I visited a few stores looking for flavored  syrup to blend in my smoothies & Ice tea. I found 5 bottles, I should have bought more ! I found  them @ TJ Max ;The Raspberry & Blood Orange taste fantastic!

Towne Square Shopping Center

Acadiana lighting and signs did an LED conversion in the Towne Square center. Parking lot looks great. Excellent job

I went to the doctor .it was a very pleasant experience and I know that I will be back because I have an appointment.

A family member visited to purchase a frozen drink it was crowed and it is not handicap friendly it is hard to find a parking place even for the unhandicap but I hear there frozen drinks are very refreshing.

Just love this place it's convenient don't have to travel far enough parking space great deals
