Very pleased with the project we contracted via Ferris Home Improvement. We had renovation that took down a wall, replaced the entire kitchen, and did flooring throughout most of the 1st floor (family room, powder room, laundry, main closet and foyer).  The sub-contractors they brought in were on time and respectful of our property and most did well with our dog. Thank you Danny, Sunny and Cory for picking up when our designer left. With any project this large you can expect some hiccups- they responded quickly and helped us manage them to resolution. Overall, we are delighted with our new space.

I had a great experience working with Emily at Ferris! She designed the second level of my Cape Cod with a renovated bathroom and two bedrooms. Flooring was done throughout, including the stairs leading up to the space. The new bathroom is wonderful and the rooms are perfect for my daughters.

Outstanding workmanship from the crew who installed my windows (Wayne, Matt, Mike, and Dan). I have already received several compliments how good my bay window looks. This crew of professionals took their time to make sure everything was installed to my satisfaction and they left my house and yard spotless when they were done. I was also very impressed on how well this crew worked together. They had each others backs doing everything and seemed they enjoyed doing what they do. Very happy with the kitchen renovation by Ferris. The entire project was seamless, from design to final walk through. Emily was very helpful and patient during the design phase. Educating us on different kinds of flooring, cabinets, back splash, etc.. The contractors used preformed professionally, provided quality work and no issues with clean up. Project manager was very responsive to our questions and the inspector was very thorough about reviewing the work performed.

We made an appointment with Sam, he came out to the house, inspected the gutters, and priced out the job on-site. He offered us the contract to sign with no pressure, which was great. We decided we wanted Sam and his team to do the job! Once the materials came in, Sam’s team came out and completed the required work in one morning. The team was professional and efficient and cleaned up after the work was done. Ferris Home Improvements followed up after the replacements to make sure we were happy with the work, and we were! We would highly recommend Sam Commale and Ferris Home Improvements for home repairs.

Yellowfin Roofing

After taking estimates from seven roofers, we decided to go with Yellowfin. Rick was easy to work with from start to finish. He discussed all of our options, gave us time to make our decision and kept everything within our budget. Once we signed the agreement, the crew came out quickly and finished the job in a day. Two days later, a heavy rainstorm slammed the region and the skylight & roof didn't show a single leak. We are so appreciative of Yellowfin, Rick, Vince, and the crew. All were super professional. We definitely have Yellowfin in mind for future jobs! I've included before and after pictures (leaky metal roof > dry and fresh shingles).

OUTSTANDING!!  The total experience with Yellowfin Roofing was perfect.  Starting with MR. DAN STEDMAN who came to the house and provided the inspection and options for repairing the minor roof issues, provided a very fair quote, and scheduled the work within days due to our time constraints. Very reputable company, quick and responsive with estimates which are efficiently and accurately written. We worked with Yellowfin for a rental property to have a roof done this past Jan 2022. As a renter we were so impressed with the integrity of the company that we consulted with them for a new roof when purchasing our own home months later. Once again they did not disappoint and the pricing was extremely fair. We then received a quote to do Board and Batten siding designed with Harvey Cedar Plank. Again, the pricing was consistent, the project manager Glen and sales rep Dan were a pleasure to work with and extremely HONORABLE throughout the entire process. They assured us everything would be cleaned up (as this is a messy project) and true to their word they made a big project go smooth!  I am not one to do reviews for the mere sake of being busy but this company is equivalent to the “Last of the Mohicans”…a unicorn in todays world. It is well WORTH the time to get an estimate! We can’t say enough good about the company , owners, and management!

Paddy's Roofing, Siding, Chimneys and more!

We got several quotes to replace our siding, soffits, fascia, and gutters from well reviewed installers in the area and ended up choosing Paddy's. They were responsive and professional every step of the way. The installation was well done and the worksite was meticulously cleaned after. Their estimate was the most competitive one we received and you can tell it's a real family business, the same people answer the phones everyday and the guy they send out for the quotes is the father of the owner. Now we have a brand new house! you can't go wrong with Paddy's for your next project.

We just had a roof replaced by Paddy’s.  It was a flawless experience from start to finish.  Rare today to have a business deliver what is promised.  The work was professional, the crew was respectful of our property, and the staff is very responsive to any questions or concerns.  I was anxious about having the roof replaced, but I shouldn’t have been. Except for a beautiful new roof, it’s like they were never here.  I can’t rate them highly enough.

Quality and integrity are hard to find.  I have found both with Paddy's Roofing.  A few years back Paddy's installed a new roof for me.  Exceptional work with no surprises.  Recently, they removed my stucco and replaced it with quality vinyl siding.  Again, exceptional work with no surprises.  A year or so after the roof work, I noticed a water stain on one of my ceilings.  I called Paddy's and they quickly came out and assessed the situation.  The source of the water was not the roof, but a window issue.  They fixed it, no charge, even though it wasn't under any Paddy's warranty.  When I asked why, the tech said, I am out here on a warranty call, and it was a simple fix.  Not going to nickle and dime you.  Now that's integrity!

Wanted to thank Paddy's for doing a fantastic job residing our home. Antonio and Luis and the crew were awesome. The quality of their work was top notch, and their attention to detail was impeccable. Our home has never looked this good!!!

Jack was very quick to address a repair that we needed after terrible storms.  His estimate was fair and professionalism/timeliness amazing.  Will definitely consider using them for when we need our roof redone this fall and if so will follow-up about that too!

Paddy's Roofing, Siding and Chimneys

Best decision we could have made was hiring Paddy's to do our home renovations.    We had numerous projects in mind.... new windows... additional window/door installed....   new roof... new skylights...  new shutters....  re-sided gables...  upgraded trim on windows and garage doors.... pool house total makeover - siding/roof/shutters/trim...  and the addition of a second story deck.   The owner, Paddy, came out personally to discuss our projects.   His estimator, Randy, met with us to go over all the options and itemized the estimates.   Everything was fairly priced and we signed up.   Obsolutely no regrets!   No request we had was too big or too small.   Our Project Manager, Beth, did an excellent job of ordering all the materials and organizing the teams to get the work done.   And hats off to Juan and Antonio and their teams for doing a great job!  We are so pleased with the workmanship and our house looks great!

We recently had Paddy’s do repair work on our roof.  We were impressed with the estimate process. They do business the old fashioned way. Upfront explanations of what needs to be done and how much it would cost. Pictures of roof inspection.  Appointment was easy to make and they actually did the work earlier than expected.  Friendly, expert workers. Smooth transaction from beginning to end. I would recommend Paddy’s for your roofing needs.

We had a chimney cleaning and some siding repair work done.We provided photos of the siding and received a prompt quote for the work. Separate crews usually handle
chimneys and siding. We asked if it could be done in one visit and it was.
Dale was excellent! He was prompt, explained the siding work, and matched color with our 37 yr old siding perfectly.
Care was taken to not soil carpet in family room.

Great to do business with! Fast, efficient, reliable and very professional. The men were so careful to clean up all debris. Roofs look perfect. I also had a new roof on the shed. The only problem was that they forgot to seal one of the pipes on the top of the roof. When I saw the leak, they immediately someone out to seal it.

They came and did an estimate within 24 hours of calling them. Alex was very thorough in explaining it and it helped he was bilingual to explain it to my father as well. We ended up getting the repair in a week and my windows helped my house look more updated. Would definitely recommend you give them a try!

All American Roofing & Remodeling

Sean and his staff did a great job start to finish. Austin found more than in bargained for in our 100 year old bathroom, but was able to get it done on time and it looks great. There were a couple of minor glitches, but all of them were dealt with in timely manner and to our satisfaction. Would highly recommend All American Roofing and Remodeling.

Nothing but good things to say about American Roofing.  I had my main double door inside and screen doors replaced as well as my side door with screen door.  The customer service was excellent.  Any concerns I had were addressed immediately.  The installers were very friendly and professional.  The quality of work is perfect.  The sales person Drew was great.  He knew the products well and explained the products and installation process very well.  The cost was quite reasonable and competitive.  These guys also installed a new roof on my house about 5 years ago as well as a new roof on my garage.  Also 5 star reviews for the roofing work.  I may soon have some  windows replaced and will be sure to use All American Roofing and Remodeling again.

From the appointment with the sales rep to the I installation, I was very happy and impressed with All American Roofing. I explained to the sales rep that I did not want the least expensive windows and did not need the most expensive but wanted something in the middle - quality windows at a fair price. He showed me exactly what I requested and explained everything in easy to understand language and addressed all my questions and concerns. We made an appointment for installation which was a little longer than I had hoped for but when an installation appointment became available sooner, I was called so I could be given that appointment.

The day of the installation the contractors arrived right on time and completed the installation the same day and in less time than I expected. The contractor made a suggestion to replace the very old framing that, frankly, was an eyesore from the last time I had windows installed by a different company. No pressure, just a suggestion as it would add a (minimal) cost to the total for installation. I agreed and I am so thrilled with the outcome! My windows are beautiful and SO MUCH better quality than the previous windows, which I actually paid more for almost 10 years ago. I haven’t decided on window coverings yet because the windows are too beautiful to cover up! My best friend came for a visit about a week after the windows were installed. Her first comment on walking into my house was “Did you get new windows? They’re gorgeous!” Yes, they are! I would highly recommend All American Roofing. Their staff, contractors and products are all excellent!

I would like to say to anyone who is "considering" having their bathroom done that you would be doing yourself an "injustice" NOT to at least ENTERTAIN or schedule a meeting with "All American Roofing Company! " Originally discovered them via an email (that I chose to investigate) and was  absolutely PLEASED with their service!

F&J builders are wonderful! They put in a new front door on my home and did other improvements!! Highly recommended! MW Roofing LLC

If I could give no stars for this place, I would. Since google requires at least one star, I’ll attribute that to Google allowing for me voice my opinion and experience with this terrible roofing company. Terrible customer service and lack of follow up and follow through. Waited weeks for a call back and had to constantly call and leave messages. Quotes are provided and then they go dormant on continuing to schedule you. They will begin work without notice and the completion of work is subpar and similar to a small contracted business where you get what you pay for. Had to shell out a considerable amount for the repairs to be yet again, corrected by a more credible and reputable company. My advice, run for the hills. I implore more customers to post their experience with this place. They also seem to be a bit racist and I will never work with them or place a call for them again. Anytime I see a MW Roofing truck,  I get chills and frustrated knowing how they treated me from beginning to end. I should’ve known it would end this way for me when they lacked the ability to answer a phone call to inquire for service and follow up. Zero stars and a million thumbs down.

MW Roofing replaced our 30-year-old deck last spring.  Their price was very reasonable and the quality of their work was outstanding.  They were here when they said they would be and finished in the timeframe they estimated.  They cleaned up the jobsite each night before leaving and were very pleasant to deal with.  We were so pleased with the experience and the quality of their work that we had them come back and replace our kitchen window.  We wanted a larger window, so they had to expand the opening in the wall, etc..  Once again it was a great experience all around and we are thrilled with the final result.  I highly recommend these guys.

MW was one of three roofing companies that I asked to estimate replacing my roof in December of 2019.  Their quote was complete, the estimator was knowledgable and responsive to our needs.  MW's bid was the lowest price, best installation plan and their availability was discussed.
We awarded the roof replacement t MW and they were able to install the roof earlier than expected.  The installation was one day with a great crew.  the team was careful, safe and able to answer any questions that I had.  Job was charged as estimated.

N. Mallari GC Corp.

I own a General Construction business and Nino Mallari is our go to for roofing.  We use Nino for everything from a simple shingle or flat roof projects to complex projects involving slate, cedar shakes or copper roofing/gutters.  They are highly skilled and hands on.  I have even used Nino for my own residence because I trust he and his crew to do a top notch job.

This team is unbelievable. They were 1 of 3 quotes I received. They were in the middle of the other 2 competitors (all fairly close). I am glad I chose them. They installed a new roof, and cleaned my gutters. Thanks again

In 2021 - Mallari General Contracting installed a new roof above our side porch. The crew that arrived was very efficient and completed the job within 2 days. No fuss - No mess. These guys are no nonsense. So, because they were so good - we contracted them to install our back storm door and new siding around the back porch. Exceptional job. Several months later we decided to give someone else a chance to install our window shutters.  The whole experience was horrific. Several shutters flew off and down the street just several days after the install. We called Mallari Contracting. They were able to come and assess the less than professional job that we had already paid for and fixed every shutter. This is a company that you can count on. :)

Called to request a quote on my 80 yr old mothers roof.  No one ever came out and all texts have gone unanswered. Wouldn't recommend!

N Mallari is top notch. They are trust worthy and get the job done right the first time. Nino and Rob will make sure your happy with the work. I was so impressed when they replaced our roof. Now I call them for everything!
