McDonald's

So I came here because the competition was too slow on drive thru not taking orders sequentially.  While my order was taken promptly here my experience only went downhill from there.

1. Ordered a large combo received a medium. With a drink  that looked like someone had taken a drink.

While this is forgivable the additional errors in combination were to many to ignore.

2. I received my order. Realized I didnt get my mcflurry. I received a plain burger which I didn't order a plain a burger.

So I had to walk in to have them correct it.

I simply requested if my order could be corrected as had not ordered plain and had not received mcflurry I showed receipt and handed the order to them.

3. When I received my order to my surprise it was fairly quick 3-5 min.

I wass so hungry I sat down and bit Into my order only to realize meat was not cooked properly.

I took a picture and believe manager approached after noticing took picture showed burger. She did offer to replace. Requested to cook to make it right. I simply mentioned to try to get the orders right the first time. I was too hungry to return it and was simply going to leave a review I told her. I'm not the type to be returning items and as unsatisfied as I was I was not a happy camper she was not making the situation any better as much as she was trying.  She stated they were short staffed and that "sometimes it happens" the uncooked meat?   . I mean after you make a mistake your goal should be to get it right. Yet you want another opportunity? That's exactly what I expressed. Few minutes later realized mcflurry was incorrect as it was not oreo.

After she brought the correct mcflurry she did try to make it up by providing some coupons even though had told her I was good didn't want anything or replacement of any sort simply to do better. After I was ready to leave simply passed along those coupons  someone else can enjoy them.

Few years ago had a similar situation at this location  however it was raw chicken in center. In that instance the manager stated that it had just been freshly cooked that it was not possible as if I had stated it was old or something. It was the manager. That instance which I was dumbfounded and simply requested a hamburger instead to not risk salmonella.

Being short staff is no excuse for less than satisfactory service. Being short staff is not an excuse for the multiple mistakes. Being short staff is no excuse for the excuses tried to use to justify the lack of service. Being short staff I could understand if I saw the staff being proactive  but while inside everyone seemed very laid back not under any pressure or much effort for that matter.

Keep it simple.

The worst food ever old cold fries and my burger was gross amd made with 2 end piece buns. I did a pick up order online so expected quick hot food and what i got was there messed up old food im pretty sure was just conveniently sitting there and i just happened to order at the wrong time for me right time for them but really not cuz that was the worst ever. Will never come to this location ever again.

Absolutely terrible.  Idk what they're putting in the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich,  but it was NOT chicken. My order came out in less than 30 seconds,  so It definitely was not fresh. Also had to stand there and wait until I saw the sign to "ring bell for service " what a joke. These people want $20/hr, and can't even stand at the register. I refuse to use the self order kiosk.

Clean nice restrooms. We ordered with the side screen, and our coffees did not come out as ordered, even though we paid for the extra stuff I.e. whipped cream, caramel syrup.
On the receipts, it says that if you give a five star review, they will give you a free baked good or fry … seems like bribery to me!

I mean...  I didn't even eat here, but do I REALLY have to?  I just felt like being a jerk and rating this place.  So the food was gross, the people were awesome and need a raise, and the atmosphere...  well it's McDonald's.  What do you expect?

Wendy's

I tried to order a sausage gravy and biscuit. That’s exactly how it is on the menu and the manager the Mexican lady is super racist. She’s horrible unprofessional she’s like can I get you? Do you mean the biscuits and gravy and that’s not how they have it on the menu. I said it the correct way and she gets upset. She said people get a confused I said how do people get confused that’s how it is on the menu. This is not the first time Whoever’s on the drive-through and I’m pretty sure she’s the manager the Mexican lady she needs to be fired immediately I get that we’re in a time that service doesn’t matter but we have to get back to that. She needs to get fired ASAP. She’s there in the mornings all the time between 7 AM I’m assuming till about 2 PM if you’re coming to this Wendy’s be aware that she is, horrible she is trash. She’s unprofessional, and she should be fired immediately for coat of conduct.

My order was correct accurate, came in a bag that was organized.  I will say that the food is pricey than it used to be. It was good food overall. I had nice people handling my food.

The guy had an AirPod in while I was trying to give my order so he kept asking me to repeat it. Very rude very inpatient and unprofessional. They threw me out of my wheel chair when I asked for a refund ! Don’t go there.

During my visit to this location I was berated for not telling them I had a coupon for my meal before I got to the window. I've never used the coupon at Wendy's and had no clue how to do so. They could have been a lot more polite when they told me about the situation and my error.

I use a cane and wobble 5 blocks to get some food.  Arrived after 7 am. The doors were locked and when I called to see when they open she said when her cashier is there. Gave the excuse that her cashier called out. This Wendy's always has bad service. I don't have a vehicle so I couldn't go through drive thru.

The managers there are very good to me even though I'm homeless. They treat me like a person. Except the store manager Gina. I tried to thank her for all they've done for me, and she wouldn't even look me in the eye to acknowledge my presence. She has a " get out" attitude of rudeness every time I order. Even when I'm paying for something. I seriously di appreciate all your managers assisting me in this very hard time. I never ask for anything and I always clean up and thank the managers on duty. I've been picking up the trash on your lot at night in appreciation, but some rude red haired guy with too many holes in his head said I could not be in the corral. I was Peg's maintenance Man for over 3 years, i can handle a bag of trash. So now I have to pick up the trash on your lot in appreciation, and then carry it all the way to Waffle House to throw it away. I am a person, but Gina won't even look at me when I order and is not friendly in the least. And after being Peg's maintenance man, which was on a truck lot, I can handle more than you know in that corral.

Sat in Drive thru for over 25 mins while at Drive thru windoq, one of employees acted like he was on drugs cursing and swearing out loud.  Young man that helped us tried his best but staffing was clearly an issue.  Complete break down but felt sorry for young man that was clearly in over his head without any help.  Sad day for McDonald's sad sad day

It was fine for a McDonald's.  I ordered in advance for my free fries.  Please use their app if this is a place you frequent.  You will get a free large fry every month.  I walked in to order my 20 count nuggets that was hot, brown and delicious.  The fries were good, too. The bathroom was clean enough.  The restaurant was pretty clean.  Other than taking some time to see my need of service, I would go to this location again.

I was heading home from a concert and I decided to go to this McDonald's. We ended up waiting 50 minutes there because our order was next, and the employee was distracted talking to his friends. Even Joe Biden is more competent than these night shift employees. If a manager sees this, I would like to let them know to get more night shift workers to meet with the people that are heading home from events, such as concerts and personal activities.

Employees don't seem to want to be working.
They greet you but no smile or personality. As usual, drive-thru takes ptiority as they have 4 to 5 people working it while there were at least 8 of us standing inside. Not good customer service.

This day was awful for mobile orders. The order shows up on the screen then disappears. Patrons were waiting over 20 minutes and had to walk in only to discover their order wasn't showing up.

The place was dirty inside. My Mango/Pineapple Smoothie had no taste.

Honolulu Poke & Ramen

A delicious warm bowl of Ramen in the winter hit the spot! For those who enjoy a little spice I recommend ordering 4 and above on the 1-10 spice scale. Level 1-3 are best for those who don't like spicy food.

Delicious ramen! If you like spicy get the chicken "super spicy" it's amazing 😍

I travel for a living. I stopped by Honolulu poke and ramen to get dinner. I was rushed the minute I entered. No greetings at all. She picked small portions and even attempted to choose for me. By she I mean the short old Asian lady. I told her to put some spicy mayo and she drowned my poke bowl in spicy mayo. She had no remorse in doing so. It’s as if I walked in to a restaurant I was not allowed in. That’s how the stuff made me feel. I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone. Horrible people. Horrible customer service.

The staff is always friendly, service is always fast, and I've never been disappointed with the food. I normally get the poke bowls, but their ramen is tremendous. I will never buy the purple storm "bubble tea" again. It was grape jam, soda and tapioca 🤢 I tried to drink it and my stomach told me "heck nah bich"
I hate wasting, especially since the drink was so expensive, but I can't drink chunks of jelly😭

Spicy Chicken Ramen above average spicy was delicious.  I loved the broth and complex favors. Very good! The purple storm drink was definitely not for me. The grape jelly in the bottom ruined the drink. Over all I recommend Honolulu Poke!

Your 2 yr business plan ain't gonna work out for you if you can't even make the items on the menu edible. Frieto pie is never baked and then COLD. Lol and Philly plank of mystery meat is not a philly steak n cheese. and the lemon pepper wings had less flavor then KFC.

I stumbled into this place on accident. Looking for a different place. But I'm so happy I did. They have the best garlic balls I've ever had in my life!!! Oh yeah, the pizza was amazing! What a find!

Great pizza and the bacon roll was great.  First visit and we will be visiting again for sure.  Great crust and a very tasty sauce.  The food was hot and prepared on time.  Very friendly staff.  Thank you.

Although the owner was very nice, the pizza was not as good as we thought it would be. The toppings were skimped on we ordered pepperoni and mushroom pizza there was about 10 pieces  of pepperoni on the entire Pizza and the mushrooms were hardly recognizable. My husband had a Hawaiian pizza? It had ground beef as one of the toppings I thought it was Italian sausage and I grabbed one from his pizza it was ground beef with no seasoning. It was a hamburger ball. The atmosphere was very nice also the owner and his staff were nice as well but the pizza was short on toppings and sauce. We plan to visit again because the owner was so nice, just for the calzone and maybe other items that may be on the menu.

The service was better than the food. We ordered drive thru and I usually once check to make sure the order is correct, not if the fries are old and hard to eat. Not sure how long the fries where sitting there, but not tasty at all.

Whole restaurant is dirty. The soda machine was dumping ice all over the floor, there were very few options for drinks. We waited for 10+ minutes for our food. The service here is atrocious. We asked for a manager, the guy taking orders is awful and rude and clearly doesn’t care. Other people have been served before us even though we had been here first. Kids name is Mario. He messed up many orders, he clearly doesn’t care. He was the one who walked past the ice on the floor. He was digging in his nose, his rear end and touching food. This place is filthy. Do NOT go here.

I don’t like writing poor reviews. I have avoided this location for quite a while due to poor quality and lackluster service in the past. I was really craving chili and a baked potato tonight so off I went..

I ordered a baked potato with bacon & cheese (spoiler alert: this is the only thing they made properly), a large chili, medium frosty and a large diet Dr Pepper for an office co-worker. The frosty was the wrong size and they argued about giving the proper size as listed on the receipt. When I got back to the office I noticed that the “large chili” was only 3/4 full and the crackers had trashed packaging, with some being already opened. The large DDP was not the right drink. It was some poorly calibrated sugared drink that was undrinkable for my diabetic coworker. I had also mentioned to them that the prices they were charging for their drinks were not the same as on their menu board (there was a 10.38% price difference). Their poorly trained window persons response was “prices are going up everywhere, it’s call inflation”. Frankly I don’t give two shakes what you charge but be accurate with what you post and drop your pathetic attitude. There is a reason why I have avoided this location for more than 2 years. No thank you. Not again…

Staff is confused, walking back and forth like they keep forgetting what they are doing, taking items out of my bag, putting them back in.  And someone please explain why I ordered an oatbar and they gave me a cookie instead??? Why is my order taking 20 minutes???
*update: they gave me 2 entries PLUS a side when I ordered only one and no side. I would say it was a score but NO, the English muffins were BOTH SOAKED WITH GREASE. Like a sponge, just dripping oil. Only ate one and the potatoes were old and dry from a heat lamp. This location was the worst!  :(

Only one of the sandwiches wasn't a hockey puck and they forgot a sandwich as well. Or if this is the other Wendy's 15 minutes from this one they were closed before they were supposed to be so I had to drive to the other one. Both were disappointing though.
A lot of fast food restaurants around here have went downhill majorly. I don't do fast food very often so when I do I want what I ordered to be etible.

Northern CO seems like the only quality restaurants out there anymore for fast food. Denver is horrible fast food wise and surrounding areas besides Boulder and the Springs. Do better. It's fast food not gourmet complicated meals smh so how y'all mess up this bad is ridiculous. Find different employment if you are that incompetent and lazy.

The manager of this store honestly not sure what crawled inside of her and died. This store does not offer refills on sweet tea. This Is the only stores in the United States that's a McDonald's I've been to that does not offer a refill on sweet tea(teabag .16 cent.- lg sweet tea 1.87) But if you want that high fructose corn syrup soda refilled you can have it refilled all day. She was very rude to most of the customers. Even her security guard inside the store said he didn't know why they didn't do refills on sweet tea, but they did refills on soda. Can upper management or the owner of this store please fill in why they can't refill on a $0.16 tea bag? How much does it cost for a bag of Coca-Cola syrup? And what's the cost difference between a refill on a Coca-Cola and a refill on a 16-cent tea bag? I ordered three big breakfast with hotcakes, they gave us one butter a piece, whenever I ask the lady for extra butter and extra ketchup for the hash browns for three people, she sends me back with two butters and three ketchup's I send one of the ladies I'm with back up to speak to this manager in Spanish she comes back with eight butters why was this woman treated differently then me? See it's different when it's done right in front of your face. This woman acts like she owns the store and she doesn't ,even she tries to nickel-and-dime sauce packets while every employee drinks free soda and sweet tea all day . That's her way of cutting corners? I rarely give out three stars. Her blatent disregard needs addressed. Owner please respond. Please show the rest of the world that you're going to fix this problem.

You guys im totally pleased with this McDonalds! I'm a vegetarian, so obviously finding fast food I can eat can be difficult. Occasionally I go to McDonalds, and unfortunately I have to totally order off-menu. I'm such a pain, and I'm so grateful for the members of our community that work fast food. But this location?? Totally killed it! They got my totally bizarre order perfect, included all my ridiculous condiments, even let me add M&Ms to my chocolate sundae! It's a 24 hour location in a rough part of town, but they manage to keep up with the property and homeless population, without being total jerks about it. I like to tip fast food workers when I can. You should try it... Who can't spare an extra $2 to totally make someone's day?....

You can't see it in the photo but I order a double cheeseburger, no meat, add lettuce, extra pickles, extra onion, side of ranch & buffalo. See what I mean?? So getting my order perfect the first time deserves 10 STARS! LOL

This place is hit or miss honestly. Some days our food is hot and delicious others it's cold and half missing. Today was cold and half of both our large fries were missing.

The fries were cold and soggy and disgusting 🤢🤢 chicken nuggets were over cooked. The security they had in the restaurant were utterly and completely disrespectful and rude. They were threatening paying customers with violence as well as using profanity to my complete dismay. For shame to this whole restaurant and management y'all should be completely embarrassed with yourselves in with how you are running this franchise

I came here for breakfast this morning, Barely awake and hungry. I pull up to the menu and the kid says how can I help you? I start trying to order as soon as I say hotcakes he immediately says without hesitation anything else OK pull forward. I literally didn’t even have a chance to say what I wanted next, and had to yell at the window to get them to complete the rest of the what I wanted to order. After every single item, I said he immediately responded anything else anything else Without any hesitation. I understand that you have a lot of people to serve, but that was the rudest thing that’s ever happened to me. He changed my order like three times. My order was very simple to never have I had anyone in the past be this rude to me. McDonald’s if you’re reading this do you need to go talk to the management of this store. Please and thank you.

The gal at the front window didn't take my order correctly and when I tried to ask her about it she told me that there's no need for an apology, that everything's fine and when I clearly asked for just an ice cream cone I was handed it in a cup, If you can't listen to customers and you can't perform a simple task like making an ice cream cone, why even bother coming to your job and then pretending like it's everybody else's problem that you can't perform? If this is how management is going for this McDonald's I would hate to see what happens in about 2 months when it comes to Christmas time

The line took forever. It took over ten minutes waiting. It took over 5 minutes waiting just to order. I don't know what the hold up was? Fast food? Not this time. Then we finally got our order and yes we have a strange order, a cheeseburger with everything but meat. My daughter is a vegetarian. They put the opposite. So we had to wait for them to make the right order. At least the shake machine worked although my shake tasted like a freezer. It was awful. Didn't drink it. My fries were old, food and stale. I don't know how that happened? I guess I got the bottom ones.

Very crowded during lunchtime with the drive thru wrapping around the building. There was barely any parking left. A nice interior and clean.  The employees were nice enough. We were a little worried when the customers in front of us ordered 20 cheeseburgers. Despite that though we got our order very quickly. They called our number and we picked it up. The problem is that the order was almost completely wrong and we didn't realize it until after we had driven away. Yes, I should have checked the bag and trusting it was right was partially on me. Unfortunately with kiddos it caused major issues for lunch. I'd be willing to give them another chance, but maybe when they're not as busy so they have a better chance at service us the correct order contents.

Great McDonald's and fresh food only complaint is avoid the drive thru at all costs in evening and late night, always 30 to 40 minute wait with both lines always rapping all the way around the building, been at this window 20 minutes before someone finally came to it to ask "what was my order" then the employees let non employees in to eat and play around while ignoring that they have customers at the window,late night needs new staffed immediately this is ridiculous, no employees in sight that long should be alarming to management.

Chick-fil-A

Love the honey pepper pimento chicken sandwich.  The service is always great. Only four stars for the atmosphere because they are all so busy its a bit loud. Great job being that good though.

We stopped here this evening for our first-ever Chick-fil-A meals and were dutifully impressed with the quality of the food (fluffy chicken tenders), speed of service, and polite and hustling employees collecting orders outside in multiple drive-thru lanes and inside at a service counter. Negatives included lack of table and rest room cleanliness.

One of the cleanest and most courteous restaurants around. They happily serve everyone with a smile and greeting. Love the dedication to the USA on this Memorial Day 2023.

The new sandwich with palmetto cheese isn't good. Also, I learned all chicken, except the grill kind, including MSG, which causes me a terrible reaction. We will definitely not eat there again until corporate decides to remove their ingredients.

So much activity cars lined up around the building down the road can't get in to the parking lot trying to get from parking to indoors weaving thru moving drive thru traffic isn't safe or fun.  Food pretty good but the rest of the experience isn't

Always fresh food in my experience. I’ve gone on busy days in afternoon and in evening. ALWAYS receive fresh hot fries. They are kind and fast! I will always go to this location!

Wow Wendy’s Garlic Fries super…. My kids & me loved it. Nice place out for Mountain View and enjoy your breakfast for 3 $.

I feel they must increase some vegetarian options.

Usually a great location, but they absolutely love to serve incredibly raw bacon on most of the burgers they put out. Good food and wonderful service, food usually fresh and hot but just undercooked, rubbery & barely edible bacon on so much of their stuff. Cook the bacon through, please!

This morning we visited this location and apparently they were not patient enough to take our order at the drive-thru the time was 10 minutes to 9:00a.m they were clearly open. I then drove up to the window waited 10 more minutes for the managerto even walk up to the window and ignore our presence for at least 3 minutes and then proceeded to tell us they don't take orders through the window and that we have to drive around and go through the drive-thru again and order. After all that was said and done we get our food and this manager immediately shuts the window and turns around before we could even ask for a ketchup I had to wait another 5 minutes for him to come back .His parents must be the owners because I don't see anybody professional making him a manager. Little eddie Haskal needs to take some hospitality college courses before he runs this store to the ground.
