We purchased a lot from the office in Diamondhead MS. The lot size as advertised in the MSL by the folks at Coldwell Banker Alfonso Realty did not match the survey. The lot after purchase and new survey was much smaller than what was advertised . The Owner and Broker from the Diamondhead office called offering any assistance we needed along with the city helping with variances to proceed with building our retirement home. It's refreshing to actually have help with Issues from all involved with the sale. Thanks everyone !

If you’re a first time homebuyer. ****STOP ***  I purchased my first home with Heather Laughlin under Century 21 Action. She offered to have her husband Michael Anderson of La Restorations do 28k in repairs that was wrapped into my loan. I didn’t realize that the was in the transaction was in the sellers name (her friend) so I wasn’t able to file a claim. She received payment in full at closing. That was months ago.  She has since stopped answering my calls and her husband as well.  Beware.. there are people that will take advantage of any and everyone. CENTURY 21 wouldn’t even respond to me.

Jon Bourgoyne is the hardest working man in real estate.
I immediately liked his can do attitude, his local knowledge, his contacts in the community of plumbers, electricians, painters, landscapers, all the essential personnel, so I signed with him to sell my house in Morgan City.  Most agents energy seems to disappear when the ink is dry but Jon was the opposite. His commitment and enthusiasm only increased through the 7 month process.
Additionally, this was a difficult situation as I went overseas the day after I listed with him. So he took complete responsibility for every aspect of the sale, from standing in line at city hall to get the electric paid (multiple times), getting the taxes sorted, supervising an extensive renovation with carpenters, painters, etc, and even doing a lot of the necessary work himself- fixing soffit, touching up paint, making endless runs to the hardware store, even mowing the lawn when the landscaper caught covid. He did it all, and unbelievably, always with a positive attitude!
Thanks to his work I had multiple offers. A few of the offers fell through as the buyers agents had not done their due diligence with respect to financing. Jon again worked tirelessly to find the right buyers with a solid offer.
I recommend you look no further the Jon, for buying or selling your home. There is not a harder working, more knowledgeable, more compassionate, more connected person in the business. Jon went so far over my expectations that I gave him a bonus at closing. I’m a tough person to impress, and in my opinion Jon deserves way more than five stars.

Our Experience, Extremely Disappointing!
We priced a house 10k to 20k below all other in neighborhood to sell quickly.
After cutting the price again to help their client afford the house, we received an accepted contract dated May 13th, from a Century 21 Agent. The agent was supposed to get a Deposit with contract, but never did and never bothered to tell us they did not.
Well 9 days later, the agent still had no deposit check, but sent us a text saying sorry Buyer no longer interested. On day 11, the agent told us she they never received a deposit from her client. The agent knew this for over a week and never bothered to tell us anything. Is that dis-honest?
In that time Century 21 lead us to believe we had a valid contract with the deposit check. We turned away 2 other well qualified buyers who put offers in on other houses just down the street with same square footage that were listed well above our price.  We also turned away another couple who wanted to rent the house.

Beautiful condo that is perfect for two families to enjoy. Two spacious bedrooms and a loft for 4 kids make it a fun layout. Super clean with great appliances and kitchen gear. A short walk to the beach and the villas also have a nice community pool. We’ll be back again!

Over the years we have rented different condo’s and homes all over the island.  This one is by far the best and the cleanest.  From the hairdryer in the bathroom to the throws folded neatly and stowed in the ottoman, this place was all about comfort.  The decor looks like it came straight out of a magazine.  Never have we experienced a bed that comfortable in any condo. It is only a short walk from the unit to the beach.  We will return to this unit and stay longer next time.

My family and I had a great time! We were close enough to walk to the beach, walk to the golf cart rental and cart around the city. Great location! The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. It have everything we needed and wanted.

Great little house for the price. My only complaint is that there is no bathtub, which made it tough with a toddler.

We had sooo much fun staying there, it's super spacious and beautifully remodeled

I've heard bad things about this agency and one particular agent over the years but had no firsthand experience until recently. NEVER.HAVE.I.EVER dealt with someone as unprofessional and RUDE as Sandy Salettes. I wish I could attach the DEMEANING, RACIST voice message  she left for me. MAMN, I was simply trying to figure out why your listing was $600.00 over comparable units. Was there something missing from your ILLEGIBLE description? YES, I would assume it to be either furnished or have utilities included for a 40% premium over similar properties. Those blurry photographs you took yourself with your fingernails in the corner of half of them left a lot to be desired. Pro Tip - pay a professional photographer if you want to promote a "Premium" product. Your ATTITUDE and NEGATIVE, NASTY response speaks VOLUMES. Wouldn't do business with this company or realtor if my life depended on it. THANKFULLY it doesn't. I've got OPTIONS.

Just had a phone conversation to inquire about a property. The realtor, Sandy, was unjustifiably rude, she refused to answer my question and hung up in my face. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING THROUGH THIS COMPANY. I hope Mr. Berry is aware of how rude his team is. Ridiculous.

Mr perrigrew sold my mom house in 2017 then in 2018 l referred him to Bertram and a townhouse rental was purchased.hopefully he sell me a house soon

Worst experience ever. They are rude and nasty. Rental properties are poorly maintained and they are slow to repair.
