My husband and I recently purchased a home that was being sold by a realtor from this office. It was absolutely the WORST experience we could have imagined. The incompetence shown by the realtor we unfortunately had to deal with was nothing short of embarrassing. She lied numerous times to our realtor as well as her own client. She did not present our original offer to her client for 3 days even though her clients requested to be presented with all offers within 24 hours. She even went as far as to call our realtor to tell her that the sellers were "out of town and unreachable" for the weekend. This was absolutely untrue and confirmed by the seller at the final walk through in which the realtor didn't even bother to show up to and sent another realtor from the office who had absolutely NO IDEA what was going on. He didn't even bring a pen... She told us that the sellers were not happy with the standard 45 day closing period and wanted it faster, so we expedited the process on our end and had our mortgage finalized within 2 weeks. Only to have the realtor lie continuously about potential closing dates and push the closing further and further back knowing that we had a rate locked down and needed to close soon in order to keep it or pay extra. She refused to answer phone calls from our realtor and would wait for days to email or text her responses to inquires.  She at one point had the audacity to accuse our realtor of withholding or misrepresenting information and contacted our mortgage broker! She demanded that her company hold money to cover the last water bill instead of our realty or title company and then didn't bother to pay the bill resulting in possible additional fees for the sellers, as she was supposed to be responsible for this payment. From what I have come to understand, this realtor has a horrible reputation and many realtors cringe at the idea of having to deal with her. It seems to me that if an employee so obviously can not perform their job duties, they shouldn't have a job or at very least be forced to accept culpability for their shortcomings. If you're looking for a realtor, my suggestion is to KEEP LOOKING!!!

We pay our rent for Orange Condo owned By Heron Marina to this Century 21 office. If you go after hours they have a locked drop off box. The staff is very friendly. They are also responsible for the maintenance of all four condo units, but I have not had the occasion to call them out yet. Currently, one of the exteriors of the Green Condo is being painted.

River Ridge Escapes

Definitely in the near future plan on owning a tiny home. Looking for property to put 4 on love the designs.

Great cute tiny home village. Set in the woods and mountains with great construction of the homes and landscaping goes well. Samantha was amazing as a sales agent and Ed answered all the engineering, location information. Very happy to be in the community.

Knowledgeable staff,  a nice selection of model tiny homes on site, and the option to experience tiny house living with short term rental options at their nearby tiny house neighborhood.  We rented a tiny house for 3 days (2 adults/3 teens) and found it to be far more roomy than we expected.  We now plan to purchase a tiny home as our retirement home in the coming years.

So delightful! I am enjoying learning and researching the Tiny House Communities. LOOKING FOR MY SPECIAL PLACE.

We found River Ridge by accident. We set out from Atlanta one morning with no where to go & explore that area.  We stopped in & Emmye & Ed were extremely helpful.  Emmye offered to take us to Rivver Ridge Escape to tour a "try before you buy" house.  We chose to stay the night & loved it.  We started looking at property in the Mentone area & Emmye told us of a spot that had just become available.  We jumped on the property with no plans to develop any time soon.  On return trips we started to gain interest in a park model home that was in stock, fair priced & under budget.  We are currently under contract.  Emmye & Ed have been there every step of the way.  We highly recommend this great community minded business.

Is illegally shutting off power to a renters home, while in the process of moving, part of Re/Max standard operating procedures? How about slandering their reputation by telling the electric company the tenenants skipped town? All done without a notice to evict filed with the county sheriff or the tenant. Tenant was not past due and kept in contact with agent. Tenant moving due to breach of verbal contract with agent. Was is because agent was illegally renting house to start with?

This is the best real estate company I've ever worked with. Joanna Jackson is one of the hardest working agents I've ever done business with. I'll never go anywhere else!!!
