As an agent, I’ve been to many other brokerages and have been filled with learning experiences- since coming back to century 21, it’s been a HUGE game changer for my business!

Kristen and Vicki helped us navigate this aggressive market as first-time homebuyers. They made themselves available at all hours and went above and beyond in negotiating with sellers' agents. We were able to buy a home that we love and we can't thank them enough! We highly recommend this family of realtors to anyone looking for agents who know their stuff and do it with a smile!
Our agent Cheryl Bill did a fantastic job selling our Mother's home. She is professional, responsive and extremely knowledgeable in all facets of the industry. We would highly recommend her!
I highly recommend Century 21 Row! Working with Vicky Reault and Kristen Reault made my home sales stress free. They used professional photographers which help bring more showings and offers. A Plus in my book.
My husband and I recently purchased a home that was being sold by a realtor from this office. It was absolutely the WORST experience we could have imagined. The incompetence shown by the realtor we unfortunately had to deal with was nothing short of embarrassing. She lied numerous times to our realtor as well as her own client. She did not present our original offer to her client for 3 days even though her clients requested to be presented with all offers within 24 hours. She even went as far as to call our realtor to tell her that the sellers were "out of town and unreachable" for the weekend. This was absolutely untrue and confirmed by the seller at the final walk through in which the realtor didn't even bother to show up to and sent another realtor from the office who had absolutely NO IDEA what was going on. He didn't even bring a pen... She told us that the sellers were not happy with the standard 45 day closing period and wanted it faster, so we expedited the process on our end and had our mortgage finalized within 2 weeks. Only to have the realtor lie continuously about potential closing dates and push the closing further and further back knowing that we had a rate locked down and needed to close soon in order to keep it or pay extra. She refused to answer phone calls from our realtor and would wait for days to email or text her responses to inquires. She at one point had the audacity to accuse our realtor of withholding or misrepresenting information and contacted our mortgage broker! She demanded that her company hold money to cover the last water bill instead of our realty or title company and then didn't bother to pay the bill resulting in possible additional fees for the sellers, as she was supposed to be responsible for this payment. From what I have come to understand, this realtor has a horrible reputation and many realtors cringe at the idea of having to deal with her. It seems to me that if an employee so obviously can not perform their job duties, they shouldn't have a job or at very least be forced to accept culpability for their shortcomings. If you're looking for a realtor, my suggestion is to KEEP LOOKING!!!
