Paul Davis Restoration of Omaha Nebraska

I would not recommend services of any kind from this company. Paul Davis was assigned to me from insurance. There were several communicative and ethical issues throughout our entire collaboration. My contractor made several changes to the contract without my knowledge and then proceeded to have me sign the contract after the work was done. The quality of work was of very low standards. There was work completed such as painting closet doors in which were deemed acceptable while the underlying wood was still exposed. A project that was estimated to take one month continued for four. There were times I did not hear from my contractor for weeks at a time. They had the excuse of staffing issues. But also had no resolution. Unprofessional, disappointing, and poor communication. I would advocate to find other options if insurance suggests Paul Davis.

Everyone was very congenial, courteous, professional, accessible and timely to work with. The workmanship was very good quality as well. From the mitigation project manager Edwin, the project director Josh, the foreman Marc, to all the reconstruction workers, everyone was great to work with. I would definitely use Paul Davis in the future and highly recommend them.

Bill Kirby was my contractor. My project required help from 3 separate groups, each group was respectful to my house and informative to me. Everything was done timely, Bill stopped by to check daily on the progress. The whole process went smoothly and I think that was due to Bill monitoring the whole process.

Paul Davis responded quickly and timely to a very tragic situation. We greatly appreciate their professionalism, organization, compassion/customer service. We would definitely recommend them to anyone who would be needing their services.

Paul davis has been wonderful Getting our lives back to normal after our house caught on fire. If made sure that we are aware of every step of the process in our insurance claim as well as the restoration process on our house. They work very well with our insurance company making it minimum hassles for us. I highly recommend them.

Ralston Town Square

Went to our favorite restaurant Korea Garden.  We love the food.  I had to take home kimchi rice, we are addicted to it.  Best bulgogi around.  It's the only place I have been in, in Ralston.

First time dining here. The food was really good and our waiter was friendly and helpful. Will more than likely return.

Black mold in tub , tub wouldn't drain but beds were ok

I bank at 1st Stat Bank and they provide awesome service.

Great shops and a great location! We love Salon 84!

Pokemoto Wichita

The food and selection were great. The two people behind the counter were helpful every step of the way.

This was my first Pokè. It will not be my last by a long shot.

And the service will definitely bring me back to this local.

There are cashews on the ingredients bar, but they did seem to be aware that special thought is needed (since some people have life threatening allergies to them.)

An awesome stop in East Wichita for great poke, just north of the Central and Webb intersection. I recently ran in for a light but tasty lunch and got the dependable Hawaiian bowl. Flavorful and fresh, the quickly assembled meal was a reminder that I need to swing by more. Building your own bowl or wrap is my suggestion because there is a nice variety of proteins, flavors, and toppings that you can experiment with and come out with amazing combinations. Wichitans should continue to keep Pokemoto on their radar for a healthy meal option.

Ordered 2 poke bowls size large. Great portions, delicious and fresh meats and fruits. I would like to come back again and try their boba tea and try seaweed in a bowl. I have eaten half and already full.

A little on the expensive side (~$20/person) but definitely a diversion from the typical family meal. All four of us had something different and everyone loved what they got. The pickled daikon was a new taste I'll come back for.

One of my favorite places to order from! I love how you can customize the bowls. The musubi is on point too 🤌

Sylvan Learning of Bellevue, NE

I cannot say enough about the positive impact that Sylvan Learning of Bellevue had on my son!  The staff at Sylvan truly care about the students that they work with.  They take the time to understand their academic needs.  They are patient and driven to help the students succeed.  During my sons time at Sylvan, his fluency and comprehension skills.  Not only that...his confidence to try new and challenging things skyrocketed!

This place is absolutely fantastic. Both my kids are excelling in the studies with the staff of teachers they have. The directors are the utmost professionals with approachable personalities to help parents and students alike. My kids love the teachers and how personable, energetic, and caring they are with the curriculum. I highly encourage parents to consider bringing their children if you're trying to improve, sustain, or surpass their education. Our family truly appreciates everything!

Ashley Meyer and her team at Sylvan of Bellevue are the best. Ashley offers a special touch with each family and program. She is the coolest director and her center has such a love for learning! Keep it up Sylvan of Bellevue.

My Daughter since coming to Sylvan has improved in her reading and comprehension in school. Her confidence in reading has improved as well in three short months she has gone from guessing words to slowing down and sounding out the word and not guessing. The speed at which she reads has also increased. As a parent I am pleased at the progress she has made and am looking forward to the day she loves to read.

This place is absolutely fantastic. Tailored programs for children. The director and her staff seem to not do this just as a job, but take it the extra mile as their compassion towards childrens' actual needs is second to none. As an adult I am willing to pay more for better service and quality for myself. I think it's only natural to extend that courtesy to my children as well. Trust and believe you will not regret this decision!!!

Wow. Customer service at this location is above and beyond. They didn’t have what I needed in store, but Patricia was on it. She looked it up, called another location, and had them take it to the register for me. This store is very proactive in helping their clients. It's always a pleasure when we go to ace to get our paint 🎨 . Patricia is very thorough when it comes to coloring and mixing she will get you right every time making sure we have enough paint keys and stir sticks , I  believe the other lady's name is Shawna she helped me us understand what type of paint is for different projects. BOTH ladies are very nice and helpful 👍🏼 Thanks y'all !

A BUNCH OF THIEVES. Do not make your payment early, hint they never told us this, if you make your payment early the computer systems supposedly rolls it off on your actual due date like you never paid. Basically they stole $30, all because a customer wanted to pay 3 days early.

Pawned a high dollar gold chain when I got it out it didn't feel right it was smaller and did not have the Gucci sign on it realized they had switched my high dollar gold chain for smaller cheaper one very upset they said it was the same one it wasn't this chain was very sentinel to me for my husband bought it for me

Excellent pawn shop. Service is fair. Pricing better than average.  Selection is excellent.

So I paid to put a Xbox one series s with all cords and 1 white controller on lay away. I repeat (the guy had shown me a white controller with cord). 2 weeks later I came back pay the lay away out and take my Xbox on series s home and I had a different controller and this controller is a off brand controller that takes no batteries and only works when plugged into system. Well I asked why do I have a different controller and the seen that the controller did not go with the game system, and it was not the controller I purchased with my game system. Instead of fixing the issue they had made some sort of mistake on they wanted me to purchase another controller for an extra $40. That is what any one would call a scam and or theft. I had no choice but to walk away with a off brand controller that has stopped working after a month, and I only used my system 4 times due to my work schedule.

I’ve shopped at this Target (Bellevue) for years and it used to be great. Unfortunately after the remodel things have seemed to go down hill. Things are constantly sold out or under stocked. Stuff is shoved and thrown onto shelves. It looks a mess and I can never find anything. Such a bummer. It seems like they’re struggling to keep staff which seems like a management issue. Hope they’re able to turn things around!

Went to return candy that I had over bough . Connie with the short hair and industrial piercing at customer service must have been having a bad day. The receipt was showing a different card then what initially I had paid with and I even showed her . She continued to be upset at me because I didn’t have the “debit card “ even though I had paid through Apple Pay. She needed up handing me cash which was fine until she threw the money into my hand . I said oops because I barely caught the change the flew into my hand and she just rolled her eyes .

Always clean and well stocked. And there is always a knowledgeable employee to help you. Check out is simple as well.

Miguel and Jakob called to let me know when they were coming and arrived on time.  They installed my blind and cornice in a professional manner and even worked with me on options available. Budget Blinds has always done great work for me. I am a very pleased customer.

We would like to take the time to say how satisfied we are with our purchase and installation of new window treatments from Budget Blinds. The sales representative (Craig) was very helpful in both the design and measurements for our purchase. The installation was completed very efficiently in much less time than we had expected. We could not have had a better experience with our purchase.

In my current role as a local construction materials sales person, I deal with various types of customers and situations every day. Even though we have had a few issues with our initial installation, Keith at Budget Blinds in reaching out to me to make sure I am satisfied had discovered there were a few tweaks that needed to be made. He and the crew were always extremely anxious to get to the core of any problems and have been out to remedy any situation in an effort to satisfy. The Budget Blinds Representative was great. He thoroughly explained options concerning how the blind would look, where on my window the blind would be installed, and what advantage each type of blind offered. I was easily able to make an informed decision on what would work best for my house, including color. I'm excited and can't wait to see my custom blinds installed!

In August of 2022, I decided to hire a cleaning company to do a move out clean for a home that I was living in up in Bennington. In the process of calling multiple cleaning companies in the Omaha metro, I called Maids & More. They were available to do the job when other cleaning companies that I called were too busy. They sent their estimator over to my home to do an in-person estimate. She was prompt, friendly, and professional; she gave me all the specifics on how the job would be done as well as the prices. I was able to pick and choose the services that I wanted to move forward with; I felt that their prices were very reasonable. I decided to move forward with a deep cleaning of all the bathrooms in my home. The day that the crew came, it was the same thing as with the estimator; they were prompt, friendly, and professional. My bathrooms were cleaned to specification and within the quoted time and price. After the 3-person crew was done, my bathrooms had never looked better! On final inspection, even the landlord remarked at how nice the bathrooms looked; she even wanted the name of the company for cleaning some of their other rental properties! I was so impressed with Maids & More that I will definitely be using them in the future! Update: In October of 2023, I had emailed Maids & More because I had some cleaning questions on how to best clean a difficult shower/tub combination. The following day, I got a phone call from Jim Lovely (he and his wife Stephanie are the owners). He was able to recall my cleaning job from August of 2022. He gladly answered all of my questions on how to best clean my shower/tub combination. He gave me recommendations on what type of scrubbing materials to use and what cleaners/chemicals to use to best accomplish the job. He made recommendations on where to get the cleaners/chemicals and even went on to say “If you can’t find the cleaners/chemicals, then just swing by our office and we’ll get you hooked up”. This is the true definition of customer service! Jim, Stephanie, and the staff at Maids & More still continue to deliver! Hands down, without a doubt, one of the best cleaning companies in the Omaha metro! I highly recommend them!

Susan and I use maids and more to clean our home bi weekly we are very happy with them and how they do things today they sent a couple of workers to clean out garage way more than either of us expected they also washed our windows in the house you have to work with them on some jobs but who ever they send out are just good people and get along good with the public Susan and I are both some what disabled  thanks maids and more

Used Maids & More for 3 years. They came in every 4 weeks. The girls did a great job. They went above and beyond in my opinion having to work around my mother who was not always nice to them due to dementia. They also did the move out cleaning, was immaculate. Would use them again if ever in need of a cleaning service.
