Hotel Buenos Aires El Misti

I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent stay at Hotel Misti Buenos Aires. I was charged twice for my stay, and despite numerous attempts, I have still been unable to obtain a refund for the second charge. This situation is unacceptable and has significantly tarnished my experience.

Details of my experience:

Double billing: Upon arrival, I paid for my stay in full by credit card. However, a few days after my departure, I discovered that my card had been charged a second time for the same amount.

Unsuccessful resolution attempts: I immediately contacted the hotel to report the issue and request a refund. Unfortunately, my requests have been consistently ignored or met with vague responses and unfulfilled promises.

Room was pretty big, with really comfy bed and clean bathroom. Location is good, staff is friendly and always ready to help. Had amazing time here:)

The hotel has a great location in the city, being near major tourist hot spots. The hotel staff is 10/10; all of them, from the guys working at the front desk to the cleaning ladies, were super friendly, polite, and helpful. Special thanks to Federico! Super patient and friendly, he helped me and my family a lot!

This place is truly amazing. The room was so bright and clean, and the location cannot be better. Everything was even better than expected. 100% recommended

I've been charged twice for a single night... Even after several claims, the hotel refuse to refund me saying the only way to do so is to give my confidential credit card information... So unless you want to be literally stolen from your bank account, just run away !

Had a great experience here. The staff is friendly, the breakfast is yummy, the rooms are clean with a city view.
The location is walking distance from multiple activities including shopping, cinema, even tango! It's located right in the city center.
Highly recommend this place for couples, solo travelers and small families.

Amazing location, friendly staff and really nice room. We got cozy bad, nice bathroom and even small kitchen. Cafe next door serves amazing breakfast. Loved it here, definitely recommend!

I really loved my stay at El Misti Coliving Obelisco! Amazing conditions, wonderful location and breakfast is on another level. Highly recommend and would love to come back!!

Thanks to Juan, Lautaro Y Francisco from the reception desk. Very friendly. They lent me their PC power plug adaptor to charge my phone for the first night because Argentina use a special type of electrical socket. Also they moved me from 701 which was in the corner with limited view to 704 with outstanding view to the Avenida and the Obelisk. They were helpful to advise me how / where to get pesos Argentinos and Movistar SIM card for my phone.

It's too cold to fall a sleep in June. Also, it's too noisy outside to get a sleep. I'm totally disappointed.

Ayres Portenos Tango Suites

Sadly, the quality and the attention of this place had gone down a bit. With a bit more maintenance, this could be a paradise! It just needs a bit more care, make rooms more comfortable, repair some stuff that's not working (Air conditioner, heaters, bathroom drains, etc). Other than that the place is really cool, it has a specific tipe of decorations which makes it awesome! 8/10.

P.S. Gotta make the whole place tidy clean also, it's not a pile of rubbish but it could be cleaner

Terrible and dirty place , it seems there are security issues , watch out . There is no staff for any help .

For a family hotel it's ok, good rooms, I would prefer the management to be more attentive. High price but it adapts to what it offers. For me, it is an ideal hotel for tourists who want to save money in order to get to know Buenos Aires.

You can't immediately recognize it as a piece of jewelry from the outside, but inside you're totally impressed. Very nice, really clean and modern rooms with an elegant bathroom. There are various nice wall paintings in the rooms and throughout the house, really awesome. The breakfast included in the price is at its best. Really everything is there, including scrambled eggs and the coffee tastes very good. Price-performance is great! 10% discount when paying in cash.
We can highly recommend it!

Terrible service, the kitchen full of grease, the rooms without light, dirty and with cockroaches, they don't even have padding. The girl at the reception wanted to hit my sister who had a baby in her arms for taking a day to pay her... it is not recommended, nothing to do with the photos, don't be fooled

Buenos Aires Hostel Ayres Porteños, Tango Hostel

They are large rooms with wooden floors, individual but shared bathrooms, some with air conditioning and others with a fan, to date the rents are around 9,000 pesos. They have access to enter a refrigerator and shape it to your comfort, although it has a large but shared kitchen and a freezer to keep food. The San Telmo area is beautiful, and well, you have police officers at the entrance since it is located right next to an important restaurant in the neighborhood.

APPALLING! The landlady is a rude Dominican, xenophobic, haughty, and rude! She treats you the worst by saying that the day she left the hostel she was shouting in the hallway that all Venezuelans were shitty people and that we were the worst plague that had ever come to this country! While passing through the hostel there is never electricity or water, the rooms are dirty because the landlady never cleans or provides sheets or towels, the bathrooms are shared and just walking past the bathroom is disgusting (imagine what it must be like inside) the hostel It is full, flooded with cockroaches and flukes, because there is no cleaning staff and the landlady never ever cleans! DON'T EVEN THINK OF STAYING THERE!

A cozy, central and economical place with young people who serve you and recommend good places to visit.
Besides the cleanliness, nothing to say, they serve very good breakfasts (abundant and tasty).

I reside for 4 months and it's normal. I don't like that the price is very high for a room with a shared bathroom and shared kitchen and they don't put kitchen utensils in it

Everything is very nice, very central and cheap!
