I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent stay at Hotel Misti Buenos Aires. I was charged twice for my stay, and despite numerous attempts, I have still been unable to obtain a refund for the second charge. This situation is unacceptable and has significantly tarnished my experience.
Details of my experience:
Double billing: Upon arrival, I paid for my stay in full by credit card. However, a few days after my departure, I discovered that my card had been charged a second time for the same amount.
Unsuccessful resolution attempts: I immediately contacted the hotel to report the issue and request a refund. Unfortunately, my requests have been consistently ignored or met with vague responses and unfulfilled promises.
The hotel has a great location in the city, being near major tourist hot spots. The hotel staff is 10/10; all of them, from the guys working at the front desk to the cleaning ladies, were super friendly, polite, and helpful. Special thanks to Federico! Super patient and friendly, he helped me and my family a lot!
This place is truly amazing. The room was so bright and clean, and the location cannot be better. Everything was even better than expected. 100% recommended
I've been charged twice for a single night... Even after several claims, the hotel refuse to refund me saying the only way to do so is to give my confidential credit card information... So unless you want to be literally stolen from your bank account, just run away !

Room was pretty big, with really comfy bed and clean bathroom. Location is good, staff is friendly and always ready to help. Had amazing time here:)
