They give me a torn bill in exchange and I mentioned that if they could help me because I had to put it on the vivebus and it doesn't accept torn bills and they treated me extremely badly and they weren't going to change it. And because of that I almost lost my job because I had to go to the bank to change the ticket that the same OXXO gave me.

Excellent service, there are always deposits and the cashiers are very friendly

Terrible Service, I asked the cashier to give me a bag and she mentioned that bags were not given away there and the only thing I can say is that it was not very polite.

Great place for a fast meal. Affordable prices for a complete meal combo.

Beautiful store, good quality on clothes, you'll be able to find furniture, Florida artificial, bathroom accessories, shoes department, electronics, delicious candy department and many more. Look for the specials as I found items with 70% discount and received 15 - 20% discount in clothes that was giving in cash loaded in a card that I can use in other shopping departments.

Also attach with Plaza Galerias, I been going here since I was a kid, it change a lot through the time, but still has a lot offer, I love the restaurants, specialy the Chinese, most of the  stores are for clothing and shoes, so it gets a bit bored, but fun to visited ones in a while

OXXO

The ugliest oxxo I have ever been to... The cashiers are super slow, apart from being slow, it seems like they are in any corner store listening to the problems of the neighborhood, the cashiers talk and talk to the people they apparently know and they don't even help you until you They put gossip aside and remember that they have clients. I don't give them fewer stars because it's not possible. And besides, there is no parking and traffic fines you because they have yellow lines. Not recommended

Very good Oxxos, although a little unsafe, it does not have extensive installation, but it helps you out of trouble when you suddenly need it.
In addition, the service is slow and there are two checkouts and there is always one working.
It lacks cleanliness and it is not very hygienic, so to speak.

Living nearby for years and in this Oxxo they never want to make deposits or withdrawals of money, the ladies reluctantly serve you if you are going to buy beer, they always have the refrigerators locked and by 8:30-9:00 sometimes they no longer they want to serve

I usually go by regularly and they always serve me very well but today 06/05/19 in the morning the cashier who is apparently new spent a few faces serving me that it seemed that they had her there against her will and neither the good morning nor the thank you He answered me, in my experience as a cashier, bad faces are made during your break or after serving, not in front of the client.

They do not attend at night and they never have the product you are looking for, they have bad service

On Friday I went to this branch at night, around 10:30, and the people who helped me from the beginning gave us a bad look, just like they always do in that branch, by bringing me what I asked for since they helped us by The counter commented unkindly that she didn't have change, I had a smaller denomination bill, I gave it to her and I told her that I wanted an extra product, again she put on a bad face, handed us the product and made the payment in annoyance. When he gave me the change he gave me 100 pesos more, I asked him if he could give me the ticket before giving him or telling him about the extra ticket and he was upset about it, and before I had time to return his money he handed it to me and said "Here "We are not here to steal from anyone," oh surprise, he was stealing 1.50 pesos from me. I handed him his ticket and left without complaining. That oxxo is the one where I have had the worst service, they always close at around 9:50 for 20-30 minutes to make the cut, they always serve you reluctantly, they are unfriendly and treat you badly, they do not provide the service an appropriate way.

They never accept 500 bills any day at any time, because they don't have change and they tell you there's no way you shouldn't buy. The cashiers are not friendly

Terrible, many objects have no price, and those that do have a price you realize at the moment they charge you that they are wrong, in the end they don't even give you a bag to put what you bought.

They almost never have coffee creamers, sometimes the cashiers serve poorly and the granny chocolate tastes like water :p

In this place the cashier Norma steals from you, you have to be abused

At this establishment they sometimes charge you double and the prices displayed differ from those they charge you.

I'm very angry!!😡I bought a Google card to spend on a game called Free Fire and when I entered the code CORRECTLY it said that the card could not be redeemed and now I spent 100! pesos that I could see spent on something that was worthwhile and that if I could have used I even went to the same oxxo with the same person who had told me "if there is a problem, you can come again" and we went and they told us that they couldn't do anything about it and it doesn't seem fair to me because I lost !100! Weights on something very valuable! 😡😡 please teach them not to tell lies and to be fair!!! That's my giant complaint!!😡

Sam's Club Chihuahua

Horrible security people, who are pushy to the point of abuse. Sales staff never knows what they have in stock,  and it is very hard to find anyone working in the different aisles to get help. The cashiers at this location act like petty tyrants. One of the male cashiers actually flipped his short hairdo at me and put his hand in my face and walked off because he didn't like my questions. That was pretty funny really, as he was so dramatic about it, but honestly they only act that way because the manager allows it. This manager not only allows his cashiers, sales staff and security personnel to treat customers in a rude and condescending manner, but it seems he encourages it. I had occasion to call the manager over at this store due to an abusive cashier today (March 24th 2022), but he unbelievably displayed the same behavior. It is really astounding that this manager did not exhibit any management traits such as understanding the psychology of a customer, apologizing and trying to understand the problem from the customers perspective, trying to resolve the situation in a peaceful way, etc...This guy actually screamed at me in front of the entire store and asked me to leave, threatening to even call the police, all based on the cashiers side of the story. He never introduced himself, nor told me his name. He never asked for my name. He never asked me what the problem was from my point of view, nor how he could help me. He just screamed and took the side of the cashier.

See photos attached for the  manager with no management training, and belligerent belladona cashier. Notice the matching tightly clasped hands indicating a negative, anxious attitude. The Diva cashier was standing 20 yards away, hiding behind a trolley, so he wouldn't have to be a part of the dramatic scene that he caused.

I'm a black membership holder and spend over $200,000 pesos per year at this store. That is not a fortune, but I do expect to be treated with a little bit of dignity and a little bit of respect for choosing to spend my money in this store. If this manager spent just a little bit of time trying to solve problems, instead of acerbating them, I'm sure they could all unclench their hands, along with various other body parts, and begin to relax and smile at customers instead of berating them.

Obviously no one in my family will be coming back to this location, nor any other Sam's or Walmart again. It doesn't seem like Sam's cares much, but who knows. Maybe this will help them realize they are hiring people who have no business being in the customer service industry.

In the meantime, Costco is just down the street, and though it is a bit further, they do treat their customers as if they are happy to see them, which is what any good business does, and where I will now be spending my money. I was very pleased today when I became a member of Costco and Costco is the store I recommend to anyone reading this now. So long Sam's.... and thanks for all the fish!

This store has a lot of stuff, very useful if you have a business or restaurant, buy items in big quantities and good price, only down fall its that you need membership to get discounts, the cafeteria offers good food and desserts.

Very bad customer service would give a zero star if I could . I was denied a purchase from the cashier manager, David Meraz because I did not comply to his demand to download the Sams Cub application. I requested to speak to a manager thinking they would be more interested in customer satisfaction but no again he, Jorge Escobar, Store Manager declined stating I had to download the app in order to make my purchase. Consumers save your money and go with a Costco membership they have excellent customer service and truly care about their “members”

Food court is plain bad. Took ages and taste is 2/5.
