I’ve been using The Maids for 10 months now, and I’ll never go back! They’re always on time and do a fantastic job communicating. The prices are good and they do great work, every time. It’s such a relief to come home to a clean, fresh smelling house. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaning service.

The Maids - The Red Team - Esme, Jasmin, Hilda and Ines are so super nice and my house is amazing after they’re done!  If you are looking for a professional, prompt, delightful team to get everything sparkling, these ladies are the best!

I have been using The Maids for at least ten years. Professional and pleasant to work with and, as I have a regular team coming to my home, tuned in to my cleaning needs and high standards. Always responsive to changes in my schedule.

I compared the prices of all of the local cleaning services, and this company seemed the most fair. While still pricey, they charge based on time spent not the amount of space. My house is fairly clean, I just wanted a service once a month to do the deeper clean which is more labor intensive like scrubbing grout and vacuuming the couch in between the maintenance cleaning I normally do, and it only took their team an hour so they only charged me for the time they spent cleaning, not a ridiculous $400+ flat rate based on the square footage of my house. Very professional, did a thorough job and left my home sparkling and smelling fresh and clean.

I reached out for a quote, and since then I have been bombarded by emails twice a day for over a week despite "unsubscribing", and have been called 3+ times despite answering once and telling them I wasn't interested due to the price being outrageously high. Very unprofessional.
I wouldn't recommend doing business with this group unless you're a fan of spam calls and email.

My husband and I bought a house while still in a rental home down the road. The moving process was long and tedious, and unfortunately the rental house was a disgusting mess after we moved out. The Maids came and performed a miracle deep clean on the rental and it looks cleaner than when we moved in! I can't tell you how much this helps put me at ease. I needed something taken off my plate between fixing up the purchased home and unpacking, I didn't have time to clean the rental. The Maids have done a fantastic job!!! I would absolutely recommend them if you need a cleaning service and I plan to use them again for my new house!

We have used the services of The Maids for about 20 years and service has been outstanding.  The quality is excellent and the price is very reasonable.  They have been responsive to special requests and they always have arrived within the time period that we were quoted. Because of relocation to a different location, their services had to be discontinued.

For the final cleaning before the move and sale of the house, additional services were requested to clean the refrigerators, freezer, and oven.  This additional service was wonderful.  This appliances looks at good as the day they were installed.

Their services are highly recommended.

I have now received a "deep clean" from The Maids twice and I will call them again. Regular cleaning would be more economical--the full cleaning every few years is pretty expensive, but The Maids are highly professional, efficient, and comprehensive. I asked them to clean my horrible bachelor oven and refrigerator, and they left them gleaming. Everything is now clean and sanitized. Stains on the floor that I have mopped myself repeatedly are gone!

I called The Maids to do a deep clean on an empty apartment. I expected the place to be move-in ready, but overall I’m disappointed by the service.

Started out as positive experience: The Maids were very responsive and able to book me for same day service after my initial booking canceled last minute. They had lower rates than most other places I called. They finished after a little over an hour and I was surprised at how efficient they were! We walked through the apartment and called out some missed spots (in the fridge, on the cabinets, etc) and they quickly wiped them down.

Turned into a negative experience: However, upon closer inspection after my move in, we realized they mainly did a light dusting and quick mopping, as things were still dirty. They missed cleaning things like light switches, door handles, and shower curtain rods. Here’s a picture of what I swept out from under the bathroom sink. We didn’t specifically ask them to do these things, but I expected the professionals would know, especially since there is a 2-hour minimum and they had plenty of time to spare. However we did ask them to wipe down the kitchen cabinet shelves and we found those to still be pretty dirty.

We decided to splurge and hire cleaners so we could focus on packing, but in the end it made our move even more stressful. We had expected to dive straight into unpacking, but instead needed to re-clean the whole apartment with boxes and furniture in the way.

They were supposed to do a deep proper clean in a an empty house. After an hour and half they left and the house was not cleaned at all! Even the blinds  were still filthy! I was very disappointed especially for the price I paid. I gave one star for the boss who was quick to respond when booking.  If you need a light dust and sweep they are great for the job.

I've tried so many cleaning people and services in this city and The Maids are worth their weight in gold.  They're so professional and fast.  My house is literally spotless when they leave. I love that I always get the same team and they know my place and how I like things done.  They arrive on time with all the supplies, so I never need to worry.  They're pricier than others out there, but worth every penny!

At first, I was very leery about having strangers in my home. I could not clean the way I once did and needed help so I tried them! I had deep cleaning done and I could not believe how fast and kind and professional they were. I would recommend them to everyone and anyone that wanted a great cleaning done in there home. They went right to work and wasted no time getting the job done. I had Berenis and Elaine.
I can't say more wonderful things about the as, I was so happily surprised by the both of then.
This service is excellent and I plan on using them for maintaining my home. It just feels so good to have a sparkling clean home with strangers that have become friends.

They were priced on the high side but I did get 4 people who were all very friendly and thorough and fast/efficient. 2 hours for a 1 bedroom/2 bath apartment. They did an excellent job with stubborn stains in a bathtub and on a bathroom floor. Both look like new and since the tub is 30 years old and the floor is fifteen, that is an achievement!  The kitchen floor could have been a little bit better.  There were some tiny, black bumps remaining which I was able to scratch off with my fingernail (a putty knife probably could have done the job.)  However, to their credit, the kitchen floor had been extremely dirty before they came and whatever they used to clean the floor probably loosened up the bumps enough for me to spend a few minutes removing after they left. I would have pointed it out to them during the inspection and I am sure they would have fixed but I had to get on my hands and knees to see and I did not notice until they left. They left everything in the apartment in exactly the same spot where I had things, including the medicine cabinets, which is great because some places are very sloppy when putting items back. I would recommend them!

The second cleaning was of the whole house. It smells great and is Christmas ready for my family to come over and enjoy the day with me. I am extremely happy with the results and they will be coming back every 2 weeks so my house can always be prepared for company.

First time I've ever splurged on having my house cleaned. Totally worth it! Such a great job by a professional and cheerful team. So impressed with my 'new' home. I will be budgeting to use this service regularly.

The three women who came to our house worked diligently and did a good job. I was especially pleased that since the last time we hired this service, a translator, Lulu, was available on-line, so I could be sure that my requests were understood. Very helpful. Thank you.

I took their service and thought they would provide high-quality service. I requested them to start from the kitchen, but they didn't. They didn't clean the toilets, especially behind the doors. They left the garbage as it was inside the garbage bins. I wish I didn't use their service.

Very reliable. They never cancel on me. The Maids are very flexible when I need to change rooms to be cleaned. The quality of the cleaning is very good and they are careful with your belongings. They put up with my pets and are always so friendly. Highly recommend The Maids.

Fantastic carpet cleaning assistance! Our carpets appear like new, and the crew worked quickly and expertly. In order to get rid of tough stains, they went above and beyond. Strongly suggested for a comprehensive and reasonably priced cleaning procedure.

I had my first cleaning with Queen Bee today and it was absolutely incredible. I tried another company local to Seattle that did a horrible job in comparison. I am so thrilled with the job and will definitely be a reoccurring customer. Everything in my house feels spotless and tidy. I cannot thank the team enough!

I asked specifically for the space between the fridge and the counter to be cleaned and it wasn't. I also paid for cabinets to be cleaned inside and out, and the outside of the cabinets were still greasy. This service was WAY overpriced for the quality of work. I was hoping that if I paid more, I would get a better quality of work than what is common. But this is just another average, inadequate group of cleaners. It's not worth it. You can get this low quality of work for $160-$180. I paid $650. Crazy.

The PuroClean staff was always prompt, courteous and easily accessible by phone and email throughout our ordeal. Having never been faced with a disaster like this before, it was extremely comforting to find someone who could provide us with honest solutions and get our home up and running again.

PuroClean is a great & reliable company. I had a pipe break in my garage causing water damage. I heard about PuroClean from a friend so I called them and they said they would be right over. They were at my house within about an hour. Peter and Eric showed up and immediately assessed the situation and helped me get everything out of my garage and basement. They were careful with my belongings and very professional. After everything was cleared out they used commercial grade equipment to evacuate the water and then commercial grade dryers to dry everything out. Pete came back the next couple of days to check the moisture amount in the house and was always there at the time of the appointment. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat if you have any water damage issues.

We called PuroClean after our hot water tank exploded and flooded our finished basement. Friends had used PuroClean following a pretty bad house fire and recommended them highly. Within an hour of our call, Pete and his team showed up -- on a Sunday evening!  They were very professional, compassionate and really knowledgeable. They helped guide us through the process from start to finish and were trustworthy and fair. We were more than satisfied and would definitely recommend PuroClean.

Pete and PuroClean did an amazing job helping us to clean up after a flood.  They took great care in going over the contents of our basement, making expert recommendations on how to proceed and even dealing with the insurance company. They not only did everything they said they would, they did it in highly professional manner, leaving the basement immaculate and well-organized. The flood itself was a major headache and PuroClean took all the worry and hard work off our hands. We give them our highest recommendation.

Peter and his colleagues at PuroClean made the unhappy occurrence of a broken pipe as stress-free as it could possibly have been.  They arrived very quickly after my initial call and took over.  They were knowledgeable, considerate, careful with our home, and delightful to work with.  Because of their promptness, we had very little damage.  Over the next couple of days, they returned reliably to check on the drying progress, kept me informed,  and worked with our insurance company.  I recommend them without hesitation.

PuroClean Restoration Services

Ryan did an awesome job removing my bathroom ceiling and insulation for water mitigation. He laid down proper floor protection and reduced dust and drywall from making its way out of the bathroom and into the rest of the apartment. I had issues with the machine they set up but Jhon was responsive and had a technician out to switch the machine the next day

Awful cleaning job, but also after they cleaned our home  (we needed it cleaned because of a fire)  our portable speaker, vacuum cleaner, blow dryer, spoons and forks went missing.

We weren’t at the house because we didn’t have AC during the summer and our house was in an unlivable state.

Besides our missing items, the cleaners did a horrendous job: we had to request them to come and clean again.

I would never recommend this place. My husband and I had to re-clean the whole house, plus we are enraged that our stuff went missing.

I hired David after a fire in my home as recommended from our public adjuster and insurance.  Unfortunately they were not a company to trust.  After moving back in our house many things were taken.  David Acusta refuses to do anything to make things right.  His response everytime I talk to him is that they have been in business for 13 years and our family owned so it is impossible for his company to have issues.  I would be shocked if they are in business for another 13 years with them taking advantage of families in unfortunate circumstances and has an employee that feels it is okay to take items.  Ensure you hire a security company to watch every move of David and his crew.  Anyone can google and see other reviews on yelp, reddit etc. That this is a common practice of Puroclean Elmhurst.

The PuroClean team under the direction of David Acosta was outstanding. They went straight to work on April 6, 2020 to remove Biohazard material in an apartment. They filter out any smells right out of the window. They came prepared, and were diligent in their work (they didn't even take a lunch break). When they were finished, the areas were spotless, clean smelling and sanitized. WOW! WOW! The team discarded all material safely. My husband and I were very happy with the integrity of the workers and Ms. Acosta. He responded to our questions and requests in a timely manner. This was our first encounter with PuroClean and now we have scheduled another service which was also fantastic.

Mr. Leroy Hepburn made a very unpleasant process a completely pleasant experience. I dreaded the demolition and mitigation he and his team had to do in my bedroom and living room after a recent storm damaged my roof and caused serious leaks.

He scheduled the work according to my time frame.
His team was efficient and thorough.
Removing wet moldy plaster and sheetrock is a messy job which they cleaned up meticulously.

Our 1 bedroom apartment was in desperate need of a deep clean and we decided to try Super Maids after reading all the great reviews. They absolutely did not disappoint - booking online was a piece of cake and a 2 person crew arrived right on time. They were lovely and highly efficient - the apartment was pristine within an hour. All the surfaces we haven't been able to get perfectly clean (our shower tiles, stainless steel appliances, etc) are now gleaming and it feels like a whole new home. I can't thank Super Maids enough for being so easy to use, efficient, and thorough. We'll be regular customers from here on out!

I have used Super maids for a couple years now when needed. Ive done standard apartment cleaning, fridge and oven cleaning, move out and move in cleanings. They always did a great job and their online booking system is very easy. They text you a 24 hr reminder before they come and text you when they are finished.

I hurt my back and couldn’t clean for a few weeks. Decided to spend the money and requested Super Maids literally the afternoon before. There was a real person who answered the phone and took my information. Professional, brief, clear, concise. And then the people came to clean the house.... I was in awe. My home smelled amazing. Dishes were washed, everything dusted and wiped down. My house never looked so good. I will absolutely use again and would HIGHLY recommend.

This is one of the worst house cleaning experiences I have ever had.  The girls were nice but, absolutely had no idea how to clean a house.  First they showed up with a vacuum that was so dirty there was no way they were going to use it in my house.  There was more dirt and dust on it then what was in my house and it looked like the filter had never been changed.

Then they decided to cleaned my wood floors with water!! Who cleans wood floors with water.  Water stains were all over my floors.  The arena rugs were not vacuumed at all.  Then to top it all off they put 5he bed pad over the sheets instead of under them!!  The worst cleaning experience I have ever had.

Run as fast as you can on this service they are not worth the money!!

Yenny and Lilly are such diligent cleaners. No nonsense they get here on time every Tuesday and get right to work. Our dogs love them and they even take time to move our little one since he's terrified of the vacuum. Great service all around
