We had Steve and his blue team out yesterday to clean our house. We are so pleased with the results! They didn’t miss anything and I could tell that Steve and the others have great pride in their work. Something that is very rare today. I would highly recommend them and look forward to when they return again. Our house looks and smells amazing!

Steve and the Blue team do a wonderful job cleaning our house. My son loves the triangles that are vacuumed into his carpet and tries to mimic them when he vacuums. When we come home it looks and smells clean and fresh. Thank you for all your hard work!

We used Norma and her team initially when we started the cleaning services and then just went with which team they sent us after. The other teams were good but we loved the work and effort and cleanliness Norma and her team provided and now that is the only team we use.

Blue Team “Steve” does an amazing job every time! They are so professional and even take great care to make sure my dog gets special treatment! It’s nice to know I can trust them in my home whether I am there or not!

I’ve used this service for several years now and am always pleased with the results.  The Maids is extremely professional.  From the administrative staff to the staff who do the cleaning, all are dependable and respectful and put the client first.  The organization provides appropriate safety equipment for their workers to reduce injuries.  It must be successful because I see very little turnover.  I’ve had basically the same two teams since I signed on.  I’m especially close to Catalina’s team.  I know my house will be spotless at the end of the job.  Catalina treats my home like her own.

Rosa and her team were great! Very professional and thoughtful. They did an amazing job cleaning my house. It has never looked or smelled better. I liked their work so much that I hired them to deep clean my mother-in-law’s house in preparation to sell. I’ve used a lot of cleaners but Rosa and The Maids are the best!

Worst people to work for ! They play with your money ! They will lie & say you will make your 40 hours a week & wont ! They are overly priced & wont work with u to lower it if you been with them for a while ! Some of there workers wont do the things they were taught ! The owner Gerry Is Ignorant As She Can Be ' I Wont Recommend There Service ! They Are Cheap With There Supplies ! They Are NO GOOD !

Wow is all I can say!!!!  I called Seth to book an appointment and he was able to accommodate my schedule and got out right away.  I've had my carpets cleaned two other times before by different companies.  This was by far the best cleaning I've ever had. Seth was super professional. They used booties and everything while in my house. I'm amazed at how new my carpets look!! I was even considering replacing them but he brought them back to life.  Fair prices. Great job. Great communication! Definitely recommend Chem-Dry of Hillsborough!!

Finding a great service provider these days can be hard.  I would just like to say I really appreciate the job Seth did for us.  He was running a little ahead and gave us a call instead of just showing up.  Once he arrived he explained everything upfront and we knew the cost before he started.  We thought the price was very reasonable.  The carpets dried quickly and looked great.  We will continue to recommend and use Seth for all of our carpet and tile needs.

Seth and his team did an outstanding job on a home we just purchased. We wanted tile and carpets cleaned before we moved in and Seth was able to meet a very aggressive time frame.

He showed up when he said he would and we are extremely satisfied with the work done.

I just had my carpets cleaned by Chem-Dry of Hillsborough County.  Seth did a fantastic job, removing some old stains from my carpet, removed pet odors as well. The technician arrived on time, did a thorough job, explained the process to me and let me know what to expect and how long it would take for the carpets to dry.. They actually dried in less time that Seth said they would.

I recommend this particular Chem-Dry to everyone in the Hillsborough County area and especially to everyone that lives in the South Shore area as it is important to support local businesses.

Having never used an upholstery cleaning service before, we weren't sure which company to go with. After reading many online reviews, like this one, we decided to give Chem-Dry of Hillsborough County a try - and we're so glad we did! Seth is incredibly professional, and was able to effectively and efficiently clean our couch and a chair. Aside from being cleaned for general, everyday use, our couch is also used as a favorite napping spot by our 70 pound dog and Seth was able to still get it looking and smelling like new! His pricing is also right on the money for the services rendered. I highly recommend this company, and will definitely use them again when needed!

Chem-Dry of Orlando

I had my couch done and they did a great job! The employee was very respectful and helpful. The price was good too compared to other companies. We did have one section of the couch they had to do again, but we still had great service and they came out quick! High recommend!

If I could rate a 0 I would. Here are my issues

1) appt was for 11 to 1. He showed up at 9 which was ok but he could have called and given me some notice.

2) even though I told him the 3 bedrooms to do were upstairs he came by himself.

3) when I called to schedule I told him I had a 25% off coupon direct from the chem-dry website. He said yes I will honor it but when time to pay the charge was 150 and he only gave me a $10 discount not the 37.50 it should have been

4) even though he was early after 15 minutes he said he had forgotten a piece of equipment so went to get it was gone over an hour even though his office is 3.4 miles away.

5) when he was done and ready to leave he didn’t even want to give me time to look at the rooms saying he was late for next spot. ( he was 2 hrs early for me so how could that be? )

6) look at the attached pictures. That is what I vacuumed out of the carpets tonight. Now I will say it’s been over two years since we’ve had the cleaned but we do vacuum and have a dog.

He showed up with some knock off brand vacuum and spent 5 mins vacuuming.

7) he did NOT come with the machine on their website. He showed up with a machine that uses the pads to try and clean. Failed miserably.

Do NOT hire this guy... He’s a bad representative of the Chem-Dry franchise brand.

Love this company.  Always on time. Get stains out without leaving carpet soaking wet for a long time after. Highly recommend :)

I used a brand new Shark Ion 1 day after they cleaned my carpet and it was full of dirt, dust and hair. Never use this cleaning service.

Cleaned my minivan so good! As a parent it's so hard to manage my car to be sparkling clean, but Kirill cleaned it in a couple of hours knowing I need to pick up kids from school at the curtain time, and I was really surprised with the result! Victor and Rylie have cleaned carpets for me at two homes. Both have off white carpets. They did a great job both times and were able to remove some long standing stains. Would definitely recommend.

I have been a happy customer of The Maids Morris County for many years.  The team pays attention to detail and they are very thorough.  My floors are gleaming after they come.  The team is made up of wonderful people who take pride in their work.  They confirm their arrival time, they are efficient and do a marvelous job.  I trust them and value their service.

This place is the most unreliable and unprofessional service I’ve ever used. I used them for a year for monthly cleanings in 2017-2018 and I constantly had to call for updates and rescheduling to the point where I had to speak with the owner. He offered a free cleaning AND THEY NEVER SHOWED UP! I swore off their service and terrible customer service.

Fast forward to 2020 and I wanted to get the house done again, detailing my poor previous experiences and hoping that with new management it would be fixed. Boy was I wrong. I was asked to move my appointment up by a day, and they never showed again.

It wasn’t until I called nearly 45 minutes after their “window” that I was told they were on the way. I received no prior communications from the business warning me they would be late.

I was given countless excuses from the manager and an extremely dismissive attitude. I wanted to reschedule and a reduced rate due to this and I was told by Rudy that it couldn’t be done.

Avoid this business, let them fail, their lack of professionalism starts at the top.

Excellent service!  My house is sparkling after a visit.  The Maids not only clean - they get into all the crevices - even to cleaning the inside of your fridge.  Prices are modest compared to other services - everything is attended to.  I work from home so I see them in action at my house.  Absolutely the best.  Try them if you want a deep clean and order in your own home.

The Maids were hired to clean our clubhouse which is used for many activities including dances and children's events. I was pleasantly surprised by the  amazing results. The Maids are  hard working , efficient and thorough and I  would definitely recommend them .

I contacted The Maids and received an email response from Claire that someone would be contacting me to schedule my service request. No contact. Emailed Claire several times no response. Is this any way to run a business.

My house was a mess! The Maids came in for a deep clean and it felt like a new place! They come back every 2 weeks and have kept it manageable. My gratitude and respect. They do a great job! They come in with a team of 3-4 and do the biweekly cleaning in less than 2 hours. The cost is less than I used to spend for a single maid that took all day to clean!
