The Maids in Morris County

I have been a happy customer of The Maids Morris County for many years. The team pays attention to detail and they are very thorough. My floors are gleaming after they come. The team is made up of wonderful people who take pride in their work. They confirm their arrival time, they are efficient and do a marvelous job. I trust them and value their service.

This place is the most unreliable and unprofessional service I’ve ever used. I used them for a year for monthly cleanings in 2017-2018 and I constantly had to call for updates and rescheduling to the point where I had to speak with the owner. He offered a free cleaning AND THEY NEVER SHOWED UP! I swore off their service and terrible customer service. Fast forward to 2020 and I wanted to get the house done again, detailing my poor previous experiences and hoping that with new management it would be fixed. Boy was I wrong. I was asked to move my appointment up by a day, and they never showed again. It wasn’t until I called nearly 45 minutes after their “window” that I was told they were on the way. I received no prior communications from the business warning me they would be late. I was given countless excuses from the manager and an extremely dismissive attitude. I wanted to reschedule and a reduced rate due to this and I was told by Rudy that it couldn’t be done. Avoid this business, let them fail, their lack of professionalism starts at the top.

Excellent service! My house is sparkling after a visit. The Maids not only clean - they get into all the crevices - even to cleaning the inside of your fridge. Prices are modest compared to other services - everything is attended to. I work from home so I see them in action at my house. Absolutely the best. Try them if you want a deep clean and order in your own home.

The Maids were hired to clean our clubhouse which is used for many activities including dances and children's events. I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing results. The Maids are hard working , efficient and thorough and I would definitely recommend them .

I contacted The Maids and received an email response from Claire that someone would be contacting me to schedule my service request. No contact. Emailed Claire several times no response. Is this any way to run a business.
