I am or I guess at this point I was a long term 14 year customer of the Maids. When I first became a customer, the original owner and staff were great to deal with and did a very nice and thorough job. The original owner passed on the business to his family and things have sadly not stayed the same. Very recently, the current owner left a message on my home voicemail stating that he hadn’t raised my rates in a long time and because of this he needed to speak to me about it. I was more than willing to discuss this with him when I got his voice mail a couple of days later when I returned from a job. I travel for my work and they should have my cell phone number, which they never called. His message was just 2 days prior to my next scheduled cleaning. They came every 3 weeks. As soon as I got back into town I tried repeatedly on the day of my scheduled cleaning to reach the owner, who wouldn’t return my calls. I then learned from his office manager he had removed me from the cleaning schedule until he had a chance to speak to me, which he never indicated he was going to do. I feel this is an unprofessional and reprehensible way to treat a long time loyal customer. Sadly, I feel now I have been given no choice but to find another house cleaning service since the owner of the Maids no longer wants or values my loyalty nor my business. The three stars indicate that overall I was happy with the cleaning service, but very unhappy with the way I was dealt with by the owner.

I had Annette and her team come help with a deep clean project on my grandmother's house yesterday.  They got straight to work upon arrival and didn't stop until they were done even knowing it would be longer than the estimated time.  Since it wasn't a normal housecleaning, they weren't bothered by the massive amounts of cobwebs and old grease in the kitchen.  The kitchen floor looked amazing and, even though there is still major work to be done overall on the house, a weight was lifted off my shoulders having them there to help.  A wonderful experience with a very professional staff!  I will use them again!

Fast, affordable, and service is always done perfectly.  Would highly recommend!

Dr. Clean

Dr. Clean cleaned the ducts in both sides of a duplex rental I own.  Unknowingly, a potential renter came in a few hours after the guys left.  The visitors first comment was how pretty my place is.  The second thing they said was how good the place smelt.  Great job guys!!  Thank you.

We called Dr Clean in a jam. We had some interior remodeling done and knew we needed our ducts cleaned. This company is hassle free, responsive, professional, and on time ……actually early!!! The technician was super friendly and spot on. Would highly recommend using them over the bigger chains!!

My wife had them out to clean our air ducts and was flabbergasted by the amount of crud he pulled from the air vents. The man was courteous and respectful and did a very good job. We will definitely be using them on a yearly schedule.

Had a great experience! This is the second time I've used Dr. Clean, and I recommend them to everyone. Chris and Jason were excellent! They glued an area of the carpet that was delaminated, vacuumed and deep cleaned the carpet and throw rug in no time at all. All while entertaining my annoying and needy dog. Haha!

Craig, Sean, and the team were awesome! When I called to schedule they could get me in the next day. Everyone I talked to in the office was responsive and has great customer service. Their services are an amazing and at a great price! They cleaned the house and got the carpets cleaned before I moved into a new house. I highly recommend them!!

This is our second time using AFC. Shawn did a great job explaining the process ahead of cleaning our carpets. He had great recommendations on how best to clean higher traffic and pet areas. Our carpets are clean and the house smells nice and fresh! We will definitely call again.

Wonderful team! I called AFC after 5 on a Friday on a holiday weekend and they had a crew out to my house within an hour. They were quick, friendly and went above and beyond to get the water out of our basement and try to save our belongings. We are so grateful that they were able to get things cleaned up quickly and that they worked late on a Friday.

CottageCare Dry Carpet Cleaning

I can not thank Dane Smith with Cottage Care enough!! We had our carpets in our new house cleaned and they look better than they did when they were brand new!! We have a kitty who hates her new potty box and was peeing on our carpet… he was able to remove the oder and place preventative treatment on it. Our windows are older, but Cottage Care was able to make them look squeaky clean! Dane is professional, on time, and thorough. Working with Cottage Care was overall a wonderful experience. I am so excited to continue to work with them 😊

Fantastic carpet service.  The team was on time, professional and friendly, they did a great job with no ‘drying time’ and even offered to help me put the leaf in my dining room table before the holidays.
I asked about window service and they offered to come back that same week!  I’ll be using them every year!

We contacted CottageCare to clean the carpets in our new home. Dane and Paul arrived early, we’re very polite, and explained the cleaning process to us. They were very professional and our carpet looks great. We will definitely be using CottageCare for our future cleanings!

Grace Boyt did a fantastic job cleaning our home yesterday!  It was so great to come home from work to a house that was sparkling.  Kitchen, bathrooms and even shower tile never looked better! I had my carpets cleaned by CottageCare carpet cleaning and I am extremely pleased with the results. My carpets look brand new and the house smells amazing! COIT Cleaning and Restoration

We’ve used them twice. The first time was for an emergency pet issue, they came right away and were so thorough. When it was time to clean our ducts, it was no question they’d be the ones to call. Once again professional and courteous, they explained the process and what to expect afterwards. Definitely recommend them!

We had our air ducts cleaned and entryway stairs shampooed. They did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. They were also very friendly and professional. Will definetly use in the future and recommend to anyone!

Brian arrived on time for our carpet cleaning appointment. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, and got right to work.  I asked if he could clean my husband's favorite chair - which he did - and it looks like new!  I will definitely be using Coit again for any carpet or furniture needs in the future.

The duct cleaning is amazing. I confess I had some doubt, my house seemed so dirty and I bought a good furnace filter. I went from dusting 3x a week to just once a week, I am so impressed! My house is so clean now!

Brian has been cleaning our carpets for years. I was a little surprised to see a new employee show up this time, but he did an awesome job as well, even attempting and succeeding at getting some slime out that had been in for years.

Chem-Dry did a fantastic job today.  Joe is definitely an expert at finding all of the problem areas left by our dog.  Even wiped out all of the old stains that were on our carpeted area since before we moved in!  My husband and I kept adding on more rugs to clean while they were here.  Didn't bother Joe and Tim at all.  They were happy to oblige.  Everything looks and smells great.  Definitely would recommend them to anyone.

I absolutely love The Maids, specifically the Purple Team. They come to my house once a month and leave it sparkling! I have 2 golden retrievers who love to shed and when The Maids are finished, it looks like a pet-free house. 😁

Technician was not helpful. We paid for an upholstery cleaning with the pet urine removal treatment. Now our couch just smells like pet urine plus chemicals. Did not help the problem at all.

John was excellent! Quick, professional service, and wonderfully clean carpets when he finished. All of my spills and pet stains were removed with minimal dry time and no residual odor. I’d recommend anyone trust this company and John with your carpet cleaning needs.

Chem Dry has always done a good job on our carpet.  We have 2 dogs, and they have been able to get stains out of the carpet, and they have not reappeared for the most part.  Usually employees are pretty friendly, and help answer questions.  Last time, less so, but still did efficient job.  Price is a little high compared to some, but quality is better.

Best carpet cleaning experience yet! Came out fast and knocked it out fast. Very good communication as well! Their technology was amazing too. Carpets looked great and were dry within a few hours, and we didn't have to worry about walking on them right away. Thanks Gil and Chris!!

I chose Chem-Dry because of their method of removing urine odor from the carpet.  They clean down through the pad.  They did an excellent job, very polite and professional.  I would have given 5 stars but they failed to get to my house within the time frame given and then it was too late to do the job.  The tech was late arriving for the second appointment.  However, he did a great thorough job.
