I have to say that throughout my life, which is already long, I have been in different private insurance policies, but I have never felt as good as the one I have had for more than three years, which is Sanitas.
In addition to the medical team, which in my opinion is very complete, it is also worth highlighting its own center that has a good team of professionals and the advantage of not having to wait long for an appointment.
I also have to highlight the good work and involvement that the workers in the A Coruña office have towards the insured.
I give a 10 to all of them for their good work.

I was a Sanitas client but I will not be one again because I financed a treatment and today I am claiming it because they did not perform it on me
After going to claim the money that they have not yet paid me, they tell me that I have to pay 105 for maintenance when they simply did a cleaning that is 40 and free with insurance and I took out the insurance for that and the costs were the minimum
And they decided that I have to pay them anyway and they refuse to return them.

I had to go with the child (4 years old) with 39.6 and they didn't take care of him, they sent me to social security (something I didn't understand because I went to the kiron they charge thanks to people who pay for those insurances) pprk no Ai pediatricians told me I called the person who sold me the insurance and he solved it, I went again, they gave me a doctor (not a pediatrician) and he didn't even look at it, he told me that he didn't have pediatricians and they didn't treat me. I called customer service and They sent me to Vigo... in the end I ended up on social security. That's why if you take insurance with Sanitas, check on the pediatricians, because in the afternoon I won't. I can say that my saleswoman did everything possible very well, and I upload with me at all times.

I have gone to unsubscribe, they have given me a 900 number where I cannot unsubscribe because they refer me to another phone number. I have consulted the website and it says that I can unsubscribe in the office.

Searching the website for an appointment in dermatology, they give me a minimum of three months (social security gives me "only" two). You call to see if there is any other solution and they don't even answer the phone. It's a shame to pay for private insurance and not be able to use it.

A few days ago, the IMQ informed me by letter of an increase in the monthly fee for the year 2024 of more than €60, that is, an increase of more than 30%, something that I consider abusive. I'm still waiting for an answer on this, when you're young everything goes well but when you're older they're no longer interested in you.

After years of paying for the policy, when it is actually needed, for an emergency such as loss of vision in one eye, they say that it is not covered but that emergencies are covered... not even they can clarify.
Totally inadvisable to contract anything with them.

It's unfortunate to call the Begoña Hospital and they tell me to try calling in November to see if they can make an appointment because everything is full. I'm unsubscribing right now.
