Although I decided to go to another business it wasn't because of the customer service I received. Tristan & Eric are very polite and professional they deserve their flowers. Mister Sparky you are lucky to have them!

Outlets of Little Rock

If you're looking for a great place to find clothing at a discount, the Outlets of Little Rock is a great option. There's a ton of stores here, and you can find some really cool places like the Otaku Takeout. The parking is easy to navigate, and there's plenty of it.

I was in deliciouso Tuesday 11/7 and Frank is amazing. He is always very nice and his rolled ice creams are always so pretty. He knew exactly what I wanted and I’ve only been in there twice!! So if you’re looking for a good conversation and friendly service go see Frank at deliciouso!

Was better pre covid. Now there are lots of empty storefronts. Perhaps it will bounce back. It still has some nice shopping.

Great prices and selection of shopping and activities

Open at an decent earlier hour. It's Christmas time and opening at 10 at least gives more time for those who live an hour away to shop!!!!! It shows online you open at 10. The stores weren't so we left. We can spend our money somewhere else!!!!!!!

PermaSteel

Rick is an absolute gem, he is ultimate salesman with a heart of gold and I am blessed to have gotten to know him though this process.  My house looks amazing and they even added a beautiful covered porch in the backyard.  I get so many compliments on it and couldn't be happier.  Highly recommend this wonderful company!!

I cannot share enough about this company! Blake and Rick were so professional. We were able to talk about what we wanted for a roof. They spoke to us about their product and warranties. They gave us exactly what we wanted and needed. They were very professional through and through. From the time they got there for our estimate to the time the roof was on the house, my husband, children and I were treated with respect and like FAMILY. That’s huge to us. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else for roofing! They will be my go to!

Great People and Great work!

We made the right decision to hire Permasteel to update our home. We got a new metal roof, siding, windows, living room floors, Air Conditioning system, outer doors and a storm glass door on the front. Rick and Jason were professionals that always kept their word. Even when something was not right, they corrected it at our request. All the work was completed in a couple of months. Jason was always quick to return my texts and Rick was available if you called on the phone. Our house looks wonderful! Sometimes the timetable was frustrating but all the work was completed. The only part I did not like was that one of the roof workers left a vent off that caused my hot water heater pilot light to go out. I had to call a plumber. The plumber fixed the problem but noticed that the flashings on the roof that were supposed to be heat resistant over the hot water heater and heater vents on the roof were not the correct ones. The roofers did not come and replace them with the proper flashings. I was upset about that and it made me wonder what other corners were cut during the construction. But in the end we were provided with the extensive warranties on all the work and that made me feel a bit more secure in case there is a problem in the future. The process for taking out the loans we used to finance the remodel through Permasteel was easy to do through the company and the terms were fair. We ended up financially in a better position with a wonderful updated home! If we need additional work I will work with them again. GREAT SERVICE. Sam was great. He and Demarcus installed a new 240v outlet in my garage for an EV charger. Also fixed my smoke detector. Great work. Looks like it came with the house. Also did an expectation before they performed any service. Best rate for getting an estimate as well.

Didn’t have the air compressor pulley I needed but the staff was helpful in finding the nearest location so I could pickup same day. I’ve been in this store a few times and always have great interactions

Best store to go to for just about anything you could want.

Love this place, I got this awesome light up chicken today for $19.00.  My mom is going to love it.

The pet selection is always in stock and reasonably priced. Staff is always eager to help.

The people there are always very helpful and very friendly.They always help load my truck when I have heavy feed sack.I like this store much better now than the North Little Rock Store

N46 Roofing & Restoration

I was dealing with serious humidity issues within my home and did not know how to resolve them. I had a cathedral ceiling with insulation, but no ventilation, and I had a third story split level with the same problem. N46 installed baffles into my cathedral ceiling above the existing insulation when replacing the roof. They also installed unique, high-tech roof vents to replace the worn out soffit vents to the third-story.

My humidity issues are now resolved due to N46 Roofing and Restoration. Thank you!

Dustin and his team are very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. It is great to find a roof company that is passionate about what they do and help homeowners such as myself to take care of one of our biggest lifetime investment, our house, which the roof is a big important factor in a safe and livable home. They are great at explaining in simple terms of how roofing and home insurance works, therefore; made the process very helpful in having comfort in being patient with the roofing process for it is a two party process (roof company and our insurance). They did an amazing job and 10/10 recommend!

N46 has been on my side since our home was heavily damaged by the March 31, tornado. Dustin responded on the day of the tornado and put up the necessary tarps and woodwork to protect our house from further damage. I relied on N46 for the several repairs and construction needed, which included the Roof, brick structure damage, interior/exterior damage, and construction of our 460 foot privacy fence. N46 followed our every want throughout this major ordeal. N46 personnel were very trustworthy and knowledgeable. Especially noteworthy was their assistance with everything from current code regulations to dealing with issues from the insurance company. N46 was truly my “One Stop Shop” getting our home back. They did it right the first time, every time backed by a warranty no other company was willing to match. If you are looking for a company that is honest and professional N46 will surpass expectations.

They do NOT pay their employees/contractors! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I've given them ample opportunity to pay me and my former coworker and all I keep getting met with is, "Why do you think we should pay you guys?"  UNPROFESSIONAL

Calls were answering immediately, I was told that they would have someone out by the end of business the same day and by the end of business same day someone was out to view the items I needed checked with regards to my home and roof the pricing was fair and everything was explained and layman's terms to me so that I will be able to understand.  People always give contractors a bad rep well I found a good one use them y'all!

Target

I am not a huge fan of Target, but they have a great wine and spirits section. I was previously at Walmart and was saddened once I found out that they don't have a wine and spirits section.

Great target I really like there own target brand of healthy food options. Pickup is awesome here, quick and easy. As well as self checkout all in one area. The newly remodeled store is a great place to shop and easy to navigate.

Please be kind to the service counter employees! They only want to help and really only have your best interests in mind. Being polite and treating them like human beings will make your experience incredible! I love this store because of the employees. They are the reason the whole store works and runs smoothly. Bonus that the store runs great sales and has great clearance that you don't find on the website!

I came to Target this morning & and the cashier was very kind & friendly. She moved at a fast rate which I loved as well. Her name was Triauna. Kudos for making target a great experience around the busy holiday season

Everybody knows what Target is like.  I go there for groceries, some of which I can't get elsewhere.  It is always a lighter environment and experience than competing chains, which tend to have a more brutal, even depressive atmosphere.

Menards

I purchased a propane patio heater.  Upon opening the box, this is what I find.  I called the store and they can offer a refund, but I need to drive 2 hours one way, back to the store to get the refund.  What a joke.

I was shopping last month at this Menards with my toddler, and while distracted my $16.XX rebate check apparently fell out of my pocket somewhere. I retraced where we went and couldn't find it and figured it was lost - someone probably picked it up and used it. However, a couple weeks later a Menards envelope arrived from this same location and inside was my $16.XX rebate check! Even the post-it note list I had put on it was still there. Apparently, someone found my rebate check on the floor, it made it to management, they used the info to get my address, and mailed it back to me. Thank You to all the good people at this Menards whose hands that rebate check went through! I/we greatly appreciate your act of good will and integrity!

All I need is more money to spend here. Home improvements and the 11% rebate sale has me coming back for more. Sandpaper, bulk candy and dog food. What else do you need in a store?

Attempted to purchase a pergola at the Fargo, ND but there was more one around so we went up to the register. The clerk suggested we talk to the lady at the front service desk. She refused to help. She told us we had to walk all the way to the back of the store to have someone there write it up. She refused to ask anyone from the back to bring it up. Mind you my mother is 76 years old and struggles to walk that far. The clerk was asked nicely to call back and ask if someone could come up to help but again she refused. I am appalled by how Menards treats the elderly. Never again will I shop there.

Never coming back here again. I had West Fargo PD pay me a visit at my home asking me about fraudulent purchase worth $700 - 800. Apparently, you guys listed me as one of the POI?! I was there that day in a wheelchair to pick up my ONLINE order!! I had 1 item to return and 1 item to pick up that day!! If any of you would just look at the camera footage, you’d see we were in and out of your store. Are you guys that incompetent or just RACIAL profiling?! Do you not have cameras outside the store? The officer told me some of the items included in this fraudulent transaction, a purchase of that size and that many items, you would think that person would be in the store for awhile and you guys went after me, who picked up an online order worth $30! Shame on you guys.

Besser Ace Hardware

So happy they are still kicking it here downtown. I go all the time due to convenience to the house. However prices have increased so much on mulch and a few things I have always locked up here…I’m seriously priced out and going back to Lowe’s in North Little Rock. Wish they could drop prices 20%.

Got my window screens replaced. Very affordable and done super quick! Will definitely go there again.

Tanner and Dustin saved my family's road trip from Texas to Michigan. One of the straps to our roof top luggage carrier broke while pulling into hotel in Little Rock. Tanner helped me find a ratchet strap to serve as a replacement and Dustin came out to the parking lot and helped me install it. This Ace Hardware turned a high stress situation into a huge relief. Thank you for your A+ customer service.

Employees there are so so very helpful. Good prices, they have allot of good items. Great place to shop. What makes this location good is the Employees. Nothing is perfect, but I give "this" location 4.5 out of 5.0.

Very professional and very knowledgeable! They were upfront and honest about what needed to be done and what exactly they were doing. They also went above and beyond. My fridge had gone out and the problem was my breaker.

Tommy and Alec were very polite and helpful in getting it fixed. Alec even made sure that the wiring for my fridge was alright and wouldn't degrade with the new breaker. If you need any work done then call Tommy and Alex. They are awesome!

Greg Cathey of Mister Sparky is the guy! He and his apprentice, Alec, were AWESOME!!! Not only were they great at their work, they were so kind and respectful. They took better care of our carpet than we do, lol! They cleaned up after themselves, sweeping the floor where they had installed a new outlet, where covers on their shoes every single time they came into the house. They gave me the price for the job, or jobs I should say, and itemized the jobs so I could pick and choose which ones I needed and then which ones I wanted, etc. They came on Wednesday and heard us out on what we wanted, gave the bid the same day, and returned to do all the work that could be done at this point, two days later. Both technicians were very personable knowledgeable and patient. They explained everything that they were doing. It was the second time that we have used Mister Sparky and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to have electrical work done in your home.

I’ve had them to a couple jobs for me. Installed an outside outlet and wiring light switches for a bathroom remodel.  Prices are reasonable and they are very professional and clean up after themselves.

Absolutely appalled! Needed a couple outlets upgraded, nothing too serious. Went to do chores around the house. Came back to check on the progress and caught the tech (Bryan) with a pair of my wife's undies. Very unprofessional employees.
