I was very impressed with this store as soon as I walked in their door, as well as appreciate all the assistance that Guatam has given me over the past couple of months.  I was updating a kitchen and purchased the flooring as well as countertop from here.  Everyone loves how the kitchen has turned out.  I will definitely be back when update another room.

Its an overwhelming task searching for all the right textiles to use to remodel a house let alone a kitchen or breakfast nook. However upon entering build my place I met Story,  he assisted and guided me through the process of picking out flooring , tile , he listened to my concerns and he knew his products . I cannot say enough good things about this place and Story . Their prices are pretty much the same when price shopping. Will definitely be returning to get my lights next!

Ace Handyman Services North Houston

Bud installed leaf gutter guard on portion of front and back of my home, that had been removed by roofer, but not installed. He did it quickly and professionally, with impeccable work skills and knowledge. Very kind and courteous and friendly as well. First time I ever used your Company, but if a need arises where I need an Andy man in the future, your Company is my Go To. Exceptionally happy with your Company !!

I needed my window sill replaced and was expecting to pay a lot for it but they were more than reasonable with prices. They came in, replaced and painted the sill and offered advice on some other stuff while they were here. I'm big on DIY but I will not mind calling them back for more help around the house. These guys are AWESOME!

We needed some fascia board replaced on the house, I called in the morning and they came out to replace it at noon. The work took about 3 1/2 hours (including a trip to the home center for supplies) and was well done and good quality. I picked Hardie board as the material of choice, which is dense, difficult to work and just generally not user friendly, but the gentleman was knowledgeable and quite capable of handling the project. It came out looking very nice. If you live in the Kingwood area, I would suggest giving them a call.

Hired Bud through the ACE handyman services to replace the front door hardware and re-key the locks and other details.   Bud did excellent work, is a military veteran with 40 yrs in the home repair business.

I am very pleased with both the customer service I received from the office as well as from Alex, the on-site craftsman. Both were extremely personable and professional.

Prima Coffee Equipment

What used to be a great coffee equipment retailer, Prima Coffee has gotten too big for their britches. I have ordered my filters from this company for years and it was a shop you could call and always get a customer service rep on the line. It is obvious they have now outsourced their customer service like everyone else and it truly sucks! I called before placing my last order because I was moving and was concerned about getting my order before my USPS Change Of Address went into effect. The person on the other line said if I got my order in today they would ship it that same day. They did not. In fact it didn’t ship until 3 full days later and it collided with my Change Of Address and never arrived. So after many emails, Phone messages asking for a refund with no results I have given up. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY BECAUSE OF POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Excellent customer service! I worked with them for about a week to pick out the items I needed for my first legitimate coffee brewing set up and they were so friendly and answered all my questions and concerns. I am beyond satisfied with the service and support from Prima and will be purchasing all of my coffee supplies from them from now on.

Fantastic customer service! I ordered an espresso machine and it was shipped out the next day! After it arrived from UPS I noticed there was damage on the unit so I called them and because I live locally they allowed me to stop by their headquarters and exchanged the unit for a new one! I will continue to purchase coffee equipment and accessories from them and would recommend them to anyone looking to get further into coffee

Great deal on a Baratza Encore with a free Aeropress.  Shipping was free, and there was no tax, so it was a way better deal than Amazon.  Also, I only live a couple of hours away so the standard free shipping got it to me the next day.  I ordered late at night and they shipped it the next morning.  Thanks!

I'm editing this review and bumping up the score. Prima Coffee reached out to me with some delay due to staffing issues plaguing so many these days. They appear to be "on the case" in my quest for a grinder, so appreciate their response to my request!

School of Rock

My daughter participated in SOR for a few years and loved every minute of it. Fantastic experience! The management is very organized and communicates well. Instructors are enthusiastic about music and helping each student reach their potential. Watching Izzy go from a novice to where she is today has been incredible!

I love going there and being taught the wonders of music. A special thank you to Matt and Kyle on drums and El, Kaylie, and Elisha on keys. It is wonderful to share your knowledge with younger people!

My kid is digging it.  1 day band (1 1/2 hours) & 1 day singing lessons (45 min.).

Paul Davis Restoration of Central Mississippi

Very happy with the completed work they done. They were very nice each day and explained what they would be working on each morning. Mr. Glenn would also keep me informed about the paperwork and updates on the progress. Kagan would come each morning and get started. Very nice all around guy. Very nice manners also. Mr. Frank was very quiet but a great worker. He was also very nice. I had one more man his name was Antonio Hughes. He worked one day here and than had to move on to other jobs. Very good painter.

When my house suffered water damage and mold, I called Paul Davis Restoration. I spoke with Sarah who immediately put me at ease and came out to survey the damage. They sent Mary and Amber, two very knowledgeable and professional young women, to meet me at the house to ask questions about the damage to my contents. They got to work and quickly took care of everything. After they took care of my contents, the mold mitigation team met me at my hotel and explained what had been found and what needed to be done. Daniel and Amber got to work and kept me informed at every stage. The mold problem was completely resolved in a very timely manner. Now once it was time for the rebuild, WOW is all I can think! I met Glenn, the project manager, who between his input and Sarah’s advice, I have the bathroom of my dreams. My favorite thing about this team, and they all worked as a team, was I asked them to be honest with me. And every step of the way, they were! I never could have imagined such a beautiful design. Sarah has a way with design that made my room magazine worthy and Glenn pays attention to every aspect and detail and it shows in the finished result. They went above and beyond! I can’t thank them enough! Paul Davis does top notch work and I would recommend this company to all of my friends and family.

Very professional water extraction team… Daniel, Lane, Joshawn,  Omar and Lincoln did an outstanding job… they kept on touch, arrived when they said they would, got straight to work, removed debris, were very polite and a pleasure to work with!
Greg Pace, appraiser, was very professional as well… he arrived on time and actually was ahead of schedule … came in like a tactical strike team and got the job done quickly… he made diagrams, measured everything, informed me of the process, was  courteous, knowledgeable about the insurance business, and truly a pleasure to work with.
On a 1-to-10 scale I give Paul Davis a 20 !!!!!

This group are 100% customer aware.
We had a flood and were exasperated by the time it took for insurance to assess, re assess and get some funds to us to start a rebuild. After living in a house with bare concrete floors, partially removed walls, no kitchen or bathroom cabinets and having only a utility sink to use for kitchen and bathroom needs for eight weeks, I had the good fortune of speaking with Sarah who really got things going.
The next day Tin the assessor was at my home. A week later I met Sarah at the  office and picked anew flooring. At tht time she said about 6 more weeks until assigned, work done and completion. Well, to my great surprise, Gleen the project manager called the next week and they started the following Monday, and less than 2 weeks later we are back to normal. Well before we thought possible.
These folks know their job, the drywall/painting guys were amazing, the carpenters were exceptional, the flooring guy was wonderful. And, can't say enough about Glenn the project manager. The communication level was terrific and the after project care I have recieved has been exceptional.
Can't say enough great things about this group!

This is my second time to use PD in 7 years. When I found where an A/C drain piped had leaked & caused damage, I knew who to call. PD’’s in-house & on-location teams are timely, courteous, professional, & love their work! Honest Home

We have been very fortunate to have Sandra at Honest Home work on two important projects for us. She converted an ugly and  worn brass bar top and replaced with a beautiful new bar and a beautiful stone tile back splash. It brightened our entire kitchen. She also gave us excellent suggestions on solving the problem of shower water splashing out on the bathroom floor and gave us the name of the company to do it for our home in Michigan.  It was done quickly and exactly as she suggested. We trust Honest Home's judgment and their work and highly recommend them.

Sandra is the best General Contractor in the city. The service, quality, design and the attention to detail is incredible! It's like having a New York designer in your back pocket. Honest Home has so many niche boutique products such as full size shower pans, Marnolium flooring, Solatube, tongue and groove tile, every kind of floor plank that you would ever desire also paint that you cannot find at the majority of other local or big box stores. She also offers custom cabinetry! Sandra has a knack for everything kitchen and bathroom. If you're looking for something that no one else has; stop by or make an appointment! She offers financing as well for any budget. You will thank me later!

Purchased a custom closet from Honest Home and I am very pleased with the results.  The design of the closet is exactly what I wanted that utilizes every inch of vertical space.  The installation was easy and the materials were of great quality.

So far we have loved being at SOR kingwood! The team there is super awesome & my child loves going in for her sessions!

My son attended a summer camp last year and loved it so much he decided to stick with learning keyboard and is now learning the guitar. Their method is fun and easy for kids to pick up. And because he is a teenager, he thinks its really cool to go to School of Rock for music. Tyler and Sarah are great, but really everyone ‘rocks’ there. Easy to work with abd very flexible with schedules and all very talented musicians who love working with kids. I love the camps because they really expose the younger generation to different music genres and eras. School of Rock Kingwood definitely ‘ROCKS’!

We had such a great experience at School of Rock! Brought my 8 year old in to try something new, the drums! He was very bashful at first, but warmed up in the end with their thoughtful and genuine approach.
My son really enjoyed his visit and we plan to get him signed up for lessons asap!
I'm so looking forward to all of the car rides home after sessions if they are anything like today's was!
He thumped "We will Rock you" the entire way home. ❤️

Amazing. Amazing staff, lessons, and groups. It is probably one of the best places to learn how to play basically anything.

The Home Depot

I’ve been to this Home Depot many times to pick up material for the roofing company I work for. The employees have always been friendly, helpful, and patient with me as I figure out everything I need.

For the love of Home Improvement Stores God, please hire more helpful employees to handle your customer's needs!

So much time is wasted seeking for help. I'm trying to give you money to help me, yet I have to track down elusive orange apron personnels who ended up being lack of help anyway.

We even have to check out ourselves, only to be met with problematic self-checkout machines and phantom cashiers.

Home Depot never disappoints. They always have what I need. The prices are kind of hit or miss but they're usually worth it!

Absolute horrific experience here. Typically the store is trashed and associates never want to help or even greet you but today was next level bad experience. It is my mission to make sure no one I’m associated either ever does business at this dump.

Equipment rental staff are superb. Great selection of tools for a DYI-er. Thank again!

Ace Handyman Services Salt Lake City East

Two wonderful handymen installed a motorized retractable awning for us today and did a fabulous job! Neither had installed one before, but they were efficient and thorough, so you can trust them with unique jobs! They were also very professional and finished the job in literally about half the time we were quoted! We have them on our short list of whom to call in the future! Also, they noticed we needed caulking around our door frame outside and very kindly grabbed some caulking from their truck and fixed that for us quickly on the spot too, while they were installing our awning! They also came right on time (Louis, who has 30 years of experience, even came a little early!). We were quite impressed with them, and now we have a fabulous awning to enjoy on our back deck, complete with a wind sensor they installed!

I am so happy with Ace Handyman Services.  We had a custom closet built in our building and it turned out better than I ever expected.  Lou, the technician, was amazing!  He had great ideas and saved us money.  He was always on time, had very little materials waste, was extremely neat and just an all around pleasant person.  I would recommend Ace Handyman to anyone!

This was a quick job, but difficult because of the tight spaces. Lou did an excellent job installing our faucet.  Will definitely use Ace again for home repairs.

I'm only giving them a 3 star rating for the fact that occasionally they have better prices than competitors.

Customer service wise it is very hit and miss. My most recent visit to this location I needed assistance locating a product that they supposedly had 7 of in stock. After looking around to find no associates nearby, I called the store and told them where I was in the store and needed assistance. The employee on the phone was to send someone to me. Several minutes go by, and no one shows. Amazon got my business that day.

This store management’s has the worst ATTITUDES. I stop coming here but last night I was headed home and needed to pick up an item. I witnessed leaving a Co worker speaking to another co worker badly. I felt sorry for the young lady you can tell she was frustrated and as I listened I can her the young lady to whom I guess supposed to be over her she didn’t know she had to tell her she was gone and she continued to say she never closed so she didn’t know. But the lady whom was speaking to her continued to be disrespectful instead of explaining to her. That’s what she was supposed to do and let her if she closed again to get with someone in management to let them know. This target feels like an unpleasant visit to Walmart. The employees needs to learn communication skills with employees and customers so unprofessional. No one deserves to be talked down to. I’m gonna take this a step further to upper management they can’t get away with the disrespect

I ordered items from online. Paid for them, got the text that they were ready for pickup. Keep in mind that these items were shown online and in stock. After getting there, I went up to the pickup location and wait for about 10 minutes. Then after conversing with the associate about my pickup order, she left. another 10 or so minutes later, she returned and handed me my order. I looked inside the bag, and only one item was there. When I asked as to where the other items were, she stated that they didn't have that item in stock. I explained that online it clearly states that they were, hence me ordering them for pickup. I asked as what about the $$$ I paid for said items. She stated that it would be refunded back to me. These items were for my baby granddaughters birthday. How disappointing. I found them at another store and bought them. This is the last time I will ever step foot in these stores.

I LOVE Target! Almost everything is clean, neat, and fully stocked usually. I love the nicer items offered and the higher quality along with a friendly knowledgeable staff! Highly recommend

This was another good Target location. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable and the store had everything that I needed.

The RedCard is an essential item when one shops at Target. 5% off everything adds up quickly. You are truly missing out on the Target experience if you don't have a RedCard. I don't even shop at Target regularly and I have one.

If there is one thing that needs work, it is their value brand (Good and Gather). It needs to up its quality by a lot. It pales in comparison to Kroger's and Walmart's.
