The staff are always so upbeat and motivating. I usually come in tired and pretty beat down by the day and always leave a little happier and more energized than when I arrived. It's motivational to have a coach who not only knows how to push you to do better but is also happy to see you in each class. I look forward to every workout!

As with every other location I’ve had the pleasure to visit, this studio was great. Instructor was helpful and motivating and the amenities were all in great shape and tidy.

OTF is the best! Im so addicted. They helped me lose those extra pounds I put on in pregnancy. I might go as far as to say I might be in the best shape of my life…

Coach Gene at Wash Park location is the absolute best! She let me borrow her sneakers on day I forgot my shoes. She cared so much about me getting my work out in that day. She’s also so encouraging, excellent lifting instructions and techniques, and her music choices are always popping’

Came here on a business trip—friendly, organized staff. Good coaches. Really nice locker room amenities, equipment that was well-maintained. Excellent OTF.

I love that they don’t allow cellphones. Great workout. I do believe this is an older Orangetheory. The treadmills are looking old. The staff was great and very friendly. We had to change our class time at last minute and they were very nice and let us go to a later class. Thanks

Better Brain Balance

Horrible. I went for a consultation and she wasn’t even there. I filled out all the paperwork online, said to meet in person and nothing. Tried calling her cellphone as I waited in her office and nothing. Very unprofessional.

Anytime Fitness

This gym is ok.

Sometimes they play really loud electronic and punk music that can be hard to tune out even with soundproof headphones, the hand sanitizer always seems to be out, and one of the bathroom handles has been broken for a couple of weeks. There’s also been a missing window shade next to the squat rack for months, which means you get the sun in your eyes while using it. The yoga mats are also in pretty bad shape. I wish they would invest more money in this place.

It’s pretty clean and a lot less busy than other gyms though (I rarely have to wait for machines), which is why I prefer it. I also like how they’re being more eco-friendly by providing reusable towels and spray bottles to clean equipment instead of wipes.

I did have a hard time getting them to pick up the phone when I first called about signing up. I ended up going in person to ask about joining since I couldn’t get a hold of anyone. If you need to do the same, keep in mind office hours are Mon-Thurs 3pm-7pm.

I am new to this location.
I can’t begin to tell you how much I love this place. I am a young veteran who got a hip replacement back in may due to an injury while serving. Since I’ve gotten healthy again I have been searching for “the gym” and struck out a bunch. There are a lot of dirty, over crowded gyms with negative vibes. This anytime fitness has made me so happy. It is clean. Never crowded. It has every machine or free weight I could ever want, I have met nothing but good/fun people. It has almost a private fitness club feel to it vs a commercial gym. I truly feel I can become both physically and mentally healthy again here. I go 6 days a week and it is the highlight to my day. Huge shout out the owners and the great people I have met here so far. My wife and I will be members for life!

It's an ok gym, anytime fitness is a good overall value.

Would be nice if it was cleaner, especially the bathrooms.

Can't say enough good things about this gym. The owners take an active interest in ensuring the equipment is clean and the atmosphere is supportive. Their investment leads to a fantastic experience: Trainers and staff are friendly. The gym is never over-crowded. New equipment often. This is the best value gym I've ever experienced.

I highly recommend giving this AF location a shot if you're in the area!

The experience in coming to buy from this Shop was a disaster, very bad attention from the store employee, very rude, impolite, I came from afar to buy here, and I left without taking anything.  In the end, it is always better to buy online, so the businesses run by people like that will disappear. 07-01-23

went to pick up my order and the door was locked at 1:15 pm on a Saturday. Sign on the door says “be back in 30 minutes” waited 45.

I left work to come to this location for a couple of items. Online it says the store opens at 10am, the sign on the door also said opens at 10am. I arrived at 10:10 and the lights were off and door was locked. Terrible customer service. It makes me wonder of the owner is truly that dedicated to this store. I won't try to shop here again.

I was here today, 10/01/2022 at 12:30pm, and I had a really terrible experience with the guy who was working there. He is really rude, racist, and extremely unpolite, and I wish GNC would determine this guy because he’s going to give a bad picture to the GNC customers to be more accurate I think this guy looked like a Mexican guy. I’m sure he was not an American. I will be very happy to provide more information about this bad experience if needed, because I don’t want anyone to have the same experience 😔🙏🏼

Absolutely NOO! My husband and I walked up to a sign on the front door that said "Getting lunch - 5 min" and the best part, it was 11:28am and they had only opened at 11am. Not even open for half an hour and already leaving work. There were others waiting too. We decided to hit Michaels for a bit to pass the time. Came out OVER 45 MIN LATER and the sign was still there! Couldn't even leave a message on the store phone when I called. The worst part is, this isn't the first time this has happened. I just read a different review from someone else from 3 months ago and she explained the exact same situation. THAT IS NOT HOW YOU RUN A STORE!

Dardano's Shoes

I have been going to this high quality shoe store for years. It is particularly good for comfort and travel shoes. I have also gone there to have older, beloved shoes repaired and polished. When I need a solid pair of shoes that support my feet as I age, this is the first place I go. They also have a lot of socks and purses/bags.
Periodically they have a sale, and I am on their mailing list to receive notification.
Fun fact, this is a family run business since 1938. How cool is that? They have two locations, but I have only been to the Colorado Blvd. store.

Came here due to the high reviews.  Came to just repair my shoes and clean them. Pretty simple service. Picked them up today and they were not clean.  Had I not inspected my shoes I would've paid for services that were not rendered.

The disgruntled man refunds me for the service they didn't completed, but please understand that the point. Is to also have my shoes clean as the convenience of not doing it yourself.

Dardano's was by far....THE BEST sneaker buying experience I've ever had! And I am a long time, comfortable sneakers buyer, so when I say that. I'm 100% serious! Tracy the employee that assisted me, was wonderful, experienced and helped me select the Hoka sneakers I needed for a good fit by measuring both feet and then for even better balance she suggested a pair of inserts. When I put the sneakers on originally, the fit was perfect. With the inserts....hah! Then it was over the top excellent! So end result? My going into look, became, making the best sneaker purchase in all my years of buying sneakers. And needless to say, I've bought literally 100's of sneakers!! Thank you Tracy and Dardano's! A little sidenote: I joined the mailing list for email and this purchase earned me $10.00 credit for my next purchase! Now that's a great deal! I'll be back for sure!

I had a great experience. Had to come back here to exchange some boots I was not satisfied with, and Connor was super attentive and helpful. Thank you for your patience and professionalism in helping me to pick the right winter boots. My dog and I left the store very happy!

Westrock Orthodontics

Knowing which orthodontist to use in our area was tricky for me. My husband (a dentist) recommended Westrock Orthodontics but of course being the stubborn wife that I am, I wanted to do my own research first to make sure we were making the best decision. I looked up reviews, I looked up the Doctors, the staff, I talked to friends, family, etc.

Making the appointment was a breeze. I felt like the woman on the phone explained procedures nicely and answered any questions I might have. I liked that I also could make my appointment online but it was nice to speak with a real person.

Our appointment was verified via text and email with a reminder to fill out necessary online paperwork. The forms were easy to understand and it only took about two minutes for me to complete.

I arrived with my daughter before our appointment and approximately 15 min before opening time. We could see in the building and noticed that the staff was in a meeting. Watching the interaction between staff was reassurance that we were making the right decision to come to Westrock. I’ve been in office meetings before and I don’t remember ever seeing smiles as big as the ones on the personnel here. I could already see a positive dynamic and we hadn’t even walked in the building yet.

When we walked in, we were greeted by a member of the staff. She promptly checked our temperatures and asked a few quick questions regarding our wellness (covid procedure).

We were only seated a matter of minutes before Cheryl called us back to our consultation. She showed us a few of the areas of the facility and then began our consult. What I noticed and loved about this particular staff member was her ability to talk to me AND my daughter. Although Addie is only 10, I loved that Cheryl included her in the conversation and often asked if she had questions and made sure she understood procedures.

The equipment they use to analyze patients and determine treatment was both impressive and further ensured that we picked the right place. They didn’t just do a pano exam, it was pano 3D so they were able to develop a more informative treatment plan.

Dr. Schulte (Dr Mike) was both friendly and thorough as well. Addie seemed at ease with him even though she was nervous to have a Doctor other than her dad looking at her teeth. Dr. Mike explained any concerns and potential outcomes. As soon as Dr. Mike left the room, Addie said “I like him!”.

The price is on point here. Perhaps it won’t be the cheapest option out there but skimping now will usually have consequences later on. I know many people who left their other orthodontist to transfer treatment to Westrock. Their children are needing “old” work (done by another orthodontist) redone by Dr. Mike. Westrock gets the job done correctly the first time.

If you’re anything like me and had any doubts or questions on where to go, look no further. Westrock is the best there is. I’ll post updates on our progress and before/after pictures once treatment is complete.

My daughter had an amazing and thorough visit getting her braces put on! Everyone was friendly and very helpful!

Very friendly and well trained staff. They took the time to explain my options on my dental plan. I haven't decided between braces or invisilines yet, but they came highly recommended from family and friends.

Service was fantastic, Dentist was very respectful and explained everything to a tee.

We started with Westrock for my two daughters about two owners ago.  It had great service, great environment and we have been using them for years and the service has declined terribly. I have been taking my daughters for years and before I could call if there was an issue with braces and get right in.  Now you can't get in for over a month even with brackets coming off.  This would have never happened in the past.  If you are only going to have your office open a day or two a week, don't take on any new clients if you can't service the existing clients you have.  I even showed up at 7:30am one morning to try to get a bracket put back on, only to be told I have to wait three weeks and they can't squeeze my daughter in.  I have spend almost $15,000 with this company to not even get the appropriate customer service.  Very disappointed and don't recommend anyone using this office.

Metamorphosis Fitness

If you’re queer and you want community, to feel safe and affirmed, and have accessible fitness wherever you’re at this is the place to go. After having top surgery the owner Styler helped me modify workouts to help me get back to full strength while I was healing and on restricted movement. I’ve been going for years now.

So glad I found Metamorphosis Fitness. It's welcoming, inclusive, has fantastic coaches and great gymmates.

Workouts are always different and challenging, and you can work within your limits and goals.

Styler is the best coach! They provide knowledge, guidance and words of encouragement to give you that extra boost!

I appreciate that they give back and have a community based culture.  Highly recommend!

Love this gym! The atmosphere is very welcoming and encouraging. I feel pushed to get stronger and more in shape. I feel comfortable trying a higher weight and if I have to lower it mid-rep, no problem! In other gyms there either wasn't time or I felt judged switching out weights. The workouts are always different and the coaching on form is best I have seen in a group class.

Best gym experience I've ever had. I leave every class feeling like I got a great workout, maybe even learned something new, and had fun! I've never been able to say that about a gym experience before. I particularly love that there are modifications offered for each movement so you can always do what feels right for you. Metamorphosis is a safe and positive space to be in and I look forward to going each week!

I've been trying to get into the gym for years and usually would go at midnight to 24-hour gyms or somewhere where I wouldn't feel watched or judged. But I was lacking proper training and support and it never worked.

I saw Stylar on TikTok and decided to give it a try. The small classes, accepting and positive atmosphere, and personal coaching turned it into the best decision I've made in my health journey so far. It was like being welcomed into a new healthier family. If you're shy, alphabet mafia, or just need a place to accept you while you journey to a better you. This is the gym to be!

Under Stylar's coaching, I work harder during class, feel stronger, and am I'm finally making the progress I've been wanting.

Update: Added some receipts. When I tell you I'm crossing off goals like groceries I'm not exaggerating. I run my first triathlon this weekend!

Living Yoga

The instructors, Kelly and Steven, at this studio are amazing.  I've been doing yoga consistently for about 3 years now, but I started attending their classes in early 2013.  I have a curved spine, and I do yoga so I can live a normal life.  I've gained more insight into my own body and how to customize my yoga practice for my body at Living Yoga in the past few months than I've gained at any other studio over the past few years.

Kelly and Steven really know what they're doing...and their studio is in a good location with a great 8th-floor view of the Rockies.  I attend 5 classes/week, so I really appreciate the monthly unlimited option that Living Yoga offers.  No matter what level you're at with your yoga practice, you can't go wrong with Living Yoga.

Wow, what a great yoga studio! Really clean and brand new looking, class sizes were just perfect, especially for a beginner like me, and Kelly the instructor/co-owner knows more about yoga alignment and proper positioning (see:  safe!) than any other studio that I've visited.  Lots of class variety, cool props to use, and plenty of class options for yoga students of all levels.  I can't wait for my next class!

I love JeanAnn’s yoga class. She is a master teacher. Her vast knowledge of anatomy and her ability to translate it into creative poses is a treasure. She supports my health and vitality with lots of individual attention and encouragement. This class is both fun and challenging.

I called a few weeks back interested in the beginners yoga workshop and spoke to Stephen. He couldn't have been nicer! I received an email as soon as the class was available and am so happy I was able to go! Kelly was fantastic. She touched upon everything from the origin of yoga, the philosophies behind it, and showed me many wonderful basics that I can use both at home and in building the core of my practice in the studio. She is incredibly kind, knowledgable and very attentive and caring to each individuals' needs and personal goals. The studio is beautiful. It's 8 floors up with lots of space and a clean and bright atmosphere - and there is an amazing panoramic view of the mountains. I can't wait to go back...Thank you so much! I couldn't have asked for a better introduction to yoga.

Kelly and Steven are wonderful teachers who can work with people of all levels. They bring great kindness, awareness of what is the just right way to help you , and a joy about the process of discovering Iyengar yoga and through yoga finding a more alive body and more open heart and mind. You couldn't do better.

Inferno Martial Arts, BJJ & Kickboxing

Inferno has been such a wonderful experience for both our children. The coaches are really passionate in what they are teaching and have a lot of fun with all the kids. They are wonderful role models, and we are blessed to be apart of this community!

Not only is this a fantastic top notch gym facility wise, but the faculty is second to none. I've been a part of many gyms over the years, and now after a big move to the area, I wanted to get my 10 year old son into martial arts.

I knew what to avoid when I was in search of a great learning experience for him. I didn't want a school that just went through the motions, I wanted him to learn how to overcome hardship, and gain a real sense of confidence through learning the techniques but also sparring, and I can say Inferno does this fantastically. The kids spar at the end of every class, whether its kickboxing sparring or rolling jiu jitsu, in a safe environment over watched by a LOT of coaches.

But thats not even the best thing that separates Inferno from other gyms I've seen. My son is very timid and was nervous about the whole idea. The first thing Inferno does is two private lessons behind closed doors without the full group, where they have them go through enough moves so they dont completely feel like a fish out of water on their first group day, this is GENIUS. One of the biggest hurdles kids can have if the fear of the unknown and feeling out of place amongst a lot of other kids, and these private classes really help put them at ease.

The second biggest thing I've noticed is the care for the students outside the gym. I get a text and have a conversation from one of his coaches "Coach Kaden" every week, asking about how our son is doing, if he is excited for class, etc. He even sends hand written post cards to our son Monthly, telling him how good he is doing and what to work on. I've never seen coaches show this kind of care for their students outside of the gym.

I'm telling you, (even if they seem pricey compared to others) if you are looking for a great gym experience for your kids, and even for adults (I've signed up as well now), you would have a hard time finding a better experience than what Inferno MMA is offering. It's worth it.

Inferno is easily one of the best gym’s in Northwest Arkansas. They have the friendliest and most supportive coaches/staff. It’s a great place to learn all aspects of Jiu Jitsu, kickboxing, and combat sports overall. They have a very convenient schedule and you will feel welcomed immediately! I’m forever thankful.

I was extremely nervous walking into this place but I was met with the kindest front desk who made me feel so welcome. They were patient with me as I asked a lot of questions which gave me peace of mind as well. Now, a month later I love saying hi to them when I walk in and making little conversation after the classes.
Now of course the classes are amazing too! My first class I had no idea what was going to happen and it was scary not knowing anything. (Taking the private lesson with Coach Harmon before the first class really helped tho). Coach Mike was extremely welcoming and patient as I stood like a deer in headlights. Now, after going for a few weeks I can say I’m more confident going into classes and more comfortable with accepting that it’s going to take a long time to become really good at any skill. I always look forward to the classes each week and even if I’m tired beforehand, after class I always feel better and happier.
I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to try a martial art for the first time!

Inferno is a super awesome Gym with some amazing coaches. The practicality and fitness is unmatched. I’ve always wanted to get into martial arts, and Im certain that I’ve made the right choice of gym. I always feel at home there, and the relationship I’ve built there are ones that will last forever. I am grateful for Inferno Mixed Martial Arts. There is literally no better place to Train in NW Arkansas. I absolutely love the energy and environment. So conducive for growth, and definitely a confidence booster.
