Lovely girls working here. I came via Uber immediately after my flight from Mexico and they set my hair up beautifully for days while serving me mimosas. We had some good chats too, and the experience was friendly. I’d come again!

I had a fantastic experience at Blo! The staff is super friendly and welcoming. My hair is pin straight and flat so it's really hard to style - but my stylist was able to add some serious volume! She even pinned it up for me so the volume will stay for an event later tonight. I can't wait to come back here every time I'm in Miami. 😊

My issue is with the hidden prices! I called to make an appointment for a blow out I told her I have extensions so they know it takes longer she said it’s extra and quotes me 70 dollars I said okay! After I’m done she checks me out and it’s 85 dollars I said no it’s 70 dollars and she said no it was over an hour so we charge extra. Never once was that communicated to me and I was already paying extra because when you have extensions that’s literally why you pay extra because it takes longer. So basically they lie and make up prices once you go to check out and have no choice but to pay it. So many good salons go elsewhere!

When you see bad reviews about a business believe them. This place is a disaster,
Completely unprofessional staff and a total circus. My stylist was over 30 mins late “stuck in traffic” and they would NOT let me go with anyone else so I got up and left and they just said “ok no problem” terrible never again. Avoid like the plague.

I have been a client of Blo Brickell for over 10 yrs. I highly recommend Jessica, she is amazing. She is reliable, always on time and I have never been disappointed with her service.

Drybar - South Beach

Just be aware that at times this location may be understaffed and they run VERY late

Booked an appointment for 10:45 AM on Tuesday before a work interview. I came in on time, only two women were working, and they said they were 15 mins behind. I said I would wait. Ended up waiting 40 minutes before I had to cut it and leave because they weren’t even close to finishing the other two women’s hair and I needed to get ready for the interview! 40 mins of waiting, in that time I was suppose to be done with my appointment and my hair wasn’t even washed.

I want to be understanding that there were only two women there, but dry bar should not be booking appointments if there is not enough staff and these women should be honest with how behind they are! 15 mins verses 40+ minutes is a big difference. Be honest and tell the customer you are running very late and they  will reschedule or at least get something to eat.

Absolutely abysmal experience at Drybar. Their deceptive pricing practices amount to nothing less than a scam. What's advertised online, either on Google or their own website, bears no resemblance to the prices they actually charge. I found myself being overcharged by a shocking 50% for a simple blowout, and even after bringing this up, they stuck to their exploitative prices. In a particularly frustrating twist, the manager promised to rectify the situation but never followed through. If you are looking for a place that offers excellent service, values honesty, and respects their customers, I urge you to look elsewhere. Drybar has utterly failed to meet even the most basic standards of fairness and transparency.

I had an okay experience it could've been better. However I had a Stylist named Fania and she wasn't pleasant at all. The Stylist gossiped about other employees. She did great on the hair but a wicked personality.

My experience was great. Haley took amazing care of me giving me the best blow out  I’ve ever had.  She was extremely professional all while helping me to understand about the products she used on me. (I have curly  hair.) I will definitely be booking with her again on my next visit to Drybar.

Radiant Waxing Hingham

They have a friendly staff and the rooms and were very clean and inviting. This was my first time getting waxed and I had the best experience! My waxer, Kylie made me feel extremely comfortable and she did and amazing job! I can’t wait to go back for my next appointment.

My 1st Brazilian wax experience was fantastic. I’m so happy that I chose to come here and get it done. Bris was the lovely lady who assisted me that day. She made me feel comfortable & we held conversation throughout the whole time. I’am so satisfied with the results and will definitely be coming back and will like to book with her again. Lastly I wouldn’t have a problem referring this location to others. I’m sure they would love it here too!

Everyone was super nice & accommodating, allowing me to feel very comfortable in the space. Katisha Moore did an excellent job on my waxing and made the entire experience a lot less unbearable. She did wonderful.

I love it here, Kylie is amazing and all the service providers are so knowledgeable and kind. I’m always so pleased w my service and i look forward to going every month to talk to the estheticians. :)

My first experience at Radiant Waxing in Hingham was better than I expected. I forget the name of the lovely human who took care of me (please forgive me, lol). We were able to maintain a cool and comfortable conversation while going through a slightly awkward and painful situation, lol! I hope my review will help your business grow! 🙂

Ulta Beauty

Had an incredible hair experience at Ulta! Mackenzie K made me feel like a beautiful new person with my hair cut and tinsel! Highly recommend :) Great prices and great people.

I would most definitely recommend Mackenzie K! She is phenomenal at doing color on hair. I went from half of my hair being my roots and a dry hay looking blonde at the bottom, to a luscious chocolate natural looking brown. Mackenzie made me feel welcomed, very attentive to my needs and making sure that I didn’t leave with hair I liked but left with hair I LOVED. She asked if I had any inspiration pictures and she nailed them to the T!!!! She offered me water. I was there for almost 3 and a half hours and it felt like 30 a hour. She was able to carry a conversation and the chairs are so comfy. I would highly recommend going to Mackenzie for your hair goals needs.

My experience at the Salon at Ulta Beauty in Newington was amazing! I was fortunate enough to have Jess as my stylist. Jess gave me a full foil of blonde highlights and a deep conditioning treatment. I received so many compliments of my hair and recommend everyone to Jess. I’m looking forward to my upcoming  appointment in two weeks!

I purchased 2 ULTA Beauty gift cards, $50 each, for a total of $100 12/2/2023 at the Newington NH (Sometimes listed as Portsmouth NH) store location. The receipt details are...Transaction #6034, Store #599, Date 12/2/23, Register #1, Time 11:06 AM (EST), Cashier Josselyn. The gift cards were Christmas gifts. One of those gift cards worked as intended, however the other only allowed the user to spend $25 out of the $50. I called the number on the back of the gift card 12/29/23 and the ULTA representative transferred me to CASH STAR. I was not able to speak with a live person at CASH STAR and the line was disconnected. I tried again and the same thing happened. I went to the Newington NH ULTA store location 1/1/24 and spoke with the manager. I did not ask her name. She informed me there was nothing she could do for me but it is a "known glitch" that the card I purchased with the words "Unwrap Joy" on the front had the issue I was experiencing and that I need to call the number on the back of the gift card. I explained to her that I already tried that and she said there was nothing she could do for me at the store. I called the number again on the back of the gift card and still received no resolution. I emailed gift card support at CASH STAR 1/1/24. After several emails back and forth with both ULTA and CASH STAR I was told I need to speak with someone at the Newington NH store location. This has turned into an endless loop of nobody at ULTA wanting to take responsibility and it makes me wonder if they are intending to make this issue as difficult as possible for consumers so as not to need to honor gift card amounts already purchased.

I made an appointment at Ulta instead of my usual salon because I only needed a trim and figured it was a simple enough task. Unfortunately, while my stylist, Erika, was a very nice person, she did not listen to my request at all. I showed her a picture (and at one point even showed her with my hands) exactly how much I wanted taken off. I explicitly said I was growing my hair out and didn’t want more than a half inch removed. I also explained I would like her to follow the current shape of my bangs when she trimmed them (an arc). What I got was a good 3” shorter hair cut with uneven layers and bangs like Lloyd Christmas. My advice, stick with your usual stylist and stay away from Ulta!

I recently had an incredible experience at Jessica Todd salon! The haircut surpassed my expectations, delivering exactly what I wanted! Cat’s expertise and attention to detail were exceptional. I'm eagerly anticipating my next visit for a hair color treatment. The overall service was top-notch and I highly recommend this salon! :)

First of all,  the salon is beautiful, upscale and inviting. All the staff were friendly and made me feel comfortable immediately. My stylist and colorist, Amy, listened to my expectations and previous experiences. She also weighed in bringing her own suggestions to the conversation. She paid attention to every detail and checked back to assess the color to assure that all was going as planned. During the cutting portion she asked me questions during the process to make sure of a positive outcome. She was a delight to work with. I look forward to future appointments with her!

First time at this salon, and definitely not the last! This place was SO bright and beautiful. The staff was extremely friendly. I had Alice. What a sweetie!! She is newly graduated and did such a fantastic job! I love my hair and all the knowledge she shared with me. Thank you!!

I finally found a salon I will be returning to. The staff are friendly and professional. It's a bright, pristine and open place. More importantly, Cat listened and understood what I wanted in a haircut and exceeded my expectations. If you're looking for a salon where they know what they're doing then I highly recommend Jessica Todd. Seriously!

Chloe is the BEST! I'm a dude with long hair and her cuts have been exactly what I was looking for. She's always willing to offer great style tips and guide my look in the right direction. Funny and easy to talk to. Highly recommended!!

The place is very good, very friendly, very professional, they just need a little organization, the two appointments I made when I arrived I realized that they did not have it registered, more than me on my appointment sheet. And the record that was left by what's and Messenger. That's all, everything else is excellent.

Super, the only complaint I have is that they should clarify that they cannot apply the laser to you while you are taking antibiotics because they can stain your skin.

If they attend friendly, but the truth is very unprofessional in terms of the services they provide you, they are gossiping all the time and the truth is that one will relax, not listen to unnecessary gossip. And that's why they don't take good care of you in the service because they gossip all the time.

At first everything seemed excellent, however the service is horrible and the treatment is not carried out by a single person.
The service is the worst, they make you wait an hour without considering an appropriate apology and they do not answer messages or calls quickly.

We only continue because we paid for the full treatment.
