Awesome new facility with top-notch equipment and an owner who really cares about ALL of the members/drop-ins.  Can't say enough positive about this place, definitely check it out and you will not be disappointed.  Programming/work-outs are awesome and overall atmosphere of the place just can't be beat by any other gym in town.

This gym is amazing! They have a lot to offer other than the daily classes from gymnastics classes to boot camp classes. Plus the best part is the community. The gym owner is truly dedicated to making sure everyone has quality coaching and a great time!

I love this gym. The people were super welcoming and the space is huge. The boot camp classes are also fantastic. I feel like the staff and other patrons are motivational and dedicated to helping me achieve my goals. It's just an all-around great environment --I'd highly recommend.

Great atmosphere, friendly and knowledgeable coaches, and excellent spacing. I can run laps in here. The weight racks are solid and everything is new. There are numerous opportunities to excel in this gym from rope climbs to a gymnastic mat area, a peg board, gymnastics rings, GHDs, rowers and a hot tub. I heard the hot tube will also be turned into an ice bath after a hard workout. I'm really excited to jump in that.

This place is great! The coaches are super knowledgeable, welcoming, and encouraging. There are a multitude of classes ensuring all needs are met. The attendees are friendly and encouraging as well. I am so glad I have found this place. In the past couple of months I have not only gained life-long friends, but lost two pants sizes (and counting). ❤️😊

Beebe Athletic Club

B.A.C. An excellent facility that would normally be set up in a larger town. Parking is plentiful and the hours allow for a workout any time of the day. An abundance and variety of cardio equipment will help keep heart health from becoming a mundane routine. Treadmills, stair stepper, elliptical, stationary bikes, rowing, even a heavy bag for punching. Every day a different cardio workout. Resistance machines for every muscle group fill the central gym area and while there is still not one flat benches and two adjustable ones, I have yet to wait for a bench when using dumbbells, which are well organized and start at 5 lbs. and go up to 120 lbs in 5 lb. increments. These already referenced items would be sufficient for a well equipped gym however, there is also an indoor walking/running track, Cory’s for racket ball, basketball, or organized group sports, upstairs group instructor led workout sessions, tanning, paid personal trainers, daycare, locker rooms with showers and more I have yet to discover. There has been almost nothing left out of this facility. So, if your starting to notice things jiggle where they were once firm (like most of us) or you get worn out going up a few steps, commit to a better you and checkout the Beebe Athletic Club.

This is my go to!  Great staff and well maintained!  Easily, the cleanest gym I have ever been in!  The owners are personable and professional and the other staff are all courteous and knowledgeable.

Super friendly and professional staff. Nice selection of equipment. They now have a stand up tanning bed which included in the gym membership. Well worth the yearly price.

By far the best gym I have ever been too. Price is good. And the activities are fantastic fun. Place is always nice and clean. Love the layout and also the employees are always nice and friendly. Even though I don't see them much because I go at night lol:) love the fact I can scan my card to get it. Really cool gym. Highly recommended!! Thank you!

10 Fitness University

I have been to every 10 fitness in Central Arkansas and this is by far one of my favorites! Mr. Anthony and his staff are some of the most knowledgeable fitness gurus in the business! They always greet you with a smile and a wave. You constantly see them walking around cleaning the facility. The men and ladies that work at this gym, along with the ample workout space and equipment, makes this  facility one of the best that 10 fitness has in my opinion!

Came to this 10 Fitness location after my Downtown location suffered a power outage. I used to have a membership here during 2018-2020, but cancelled as my goals at the time had changed. Returning to this location and wow the remodel is phenomenal. Love the separate lifting area, the machines area and the simple scan to get inside. Didn’t get a chance to check out the turf area but I might in the future. Wasn’t too busy despite it being after 5 on a weeknight and was able to get my lifts in with no issue. The only problem is I wish it was closer haha. 10/10, such a nice facility.

I did not understand  how the membership works. I went maybe 3 - 4 times gotten charge like almost $60. They still are trying to take automatic withdrawals off and I haven't been there in like 5 months. Not for people with comprehension problems because their membership  is confusing, and now lawyers are threating me after I only went about times and have paid in 60 or more. Too many underlying fees and charges that should be better explained. 🙄

10 Fitness is a great gym to workout!! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The members that go to this gym are like family!! I recommend University location. I’ve tried a number of 10 Fitness locations. Each one lived up to my expectations. All are a good value for your hard earned dollars!!

The staff is great and always helpful. After they renovated the facility, it is very nice and any equipment needed to do a workout is available there. The facility is also always clean.

Planet Fitness

Love this gym. The staff is great and keep it clean. Great place to workout and not feel judged by others working out.

As a truck driver, I have been to many PF locations across the midwest.   This location is the newest addition to my list of favorites.   HOWEVER, the shower was lacking hot water, hopefully this is only a temporary setback.

Convenient place to work out since it's close to the freeway and I'm a truck driver.  Easy to get on equipment.  Never overcrowded.  Good place to stop for a couple hours when passing by.

Love the environment, the people, the layout of the gym and all the perks with black card membership. The Value is better than the others.

A couple months ago I asked for zero sugar Gatorade because the only sugar free options were water and Celsius. Being diabetic and also a cardiac patient, the only safe option for me is water. That gets boring so I had to always stop at the gas station before going to workout. I mentioned this to them and when I went in there again, they had added zero sugar Gatorade and it was my favorite flavor!!! What a great place!! Some companies don’t listen but they did! Thank you so much 

I love this place!! I can workout on any of the equipment for as long as I want. I can tan, get a chair massage and a hydro chair 💺 massage. It is clean, well maintained everything is very nice. The employees are very helpful and friendly.

Fit Body Boot Camp

Absolutely love it here! I have such a great time every time I come here. All the coaches are great and know how to challenge you and encourage you to do your best. Plus, the 30-minute sessions help you get a good workout in even if you’re a busy person like me. I’ve been attending sessions for a few weeks and I already can feel the difference. Thank you to everyone here!

I love this gym! The coaches push you to do your best and get through a quick, but butt kickin' work out. Beginner or super fit, either way, I definitely recommend Fargo Fit Body Boot Camp for those looking to join a gym.

I have had a lot of fun at this gym. Yup, I said "fun!". Many laughs at each workout.  Time goes so fast but yet I feel like a had a full workout and leave sweating. Plus, the sense of community and friendships made are bonus! Would recommend!

This is a great gym! I love that the coaches help you beyond in the gym- they take time to discuss your goals and how to achieve them.  The body scan scale is also so awesome and love that we are Free to use this to monitor our progress! These workouts can be as intense as you make them but there always modifications for all exercises to use if needed! This is a no judgement zone as there all people of all abilities in these classes that are all getting stronger together! The fact that a quick 30 min workout leaves you burning extra calories all day is a huge plus! So easy to get in and get out!

Fit Body Boot Camp is a game-changer! As a new mom, this was just the thing I needed to get back into a habit of working out. FBBC takes the planning and guess work out of working out. I loved that I didn't have to take the time to plan my workout - just show up and you're done in 30 minutes! The classes and exercises are also super modifiable to your fitness level, which makes them great for anyone no matter where you are at in your fitness journey. Highly recommend!

North Little Rock Athletic Club

I loved this place! Everyone up front was very nice. It was very clean. Everything is very well put together and it felt so fancy to me. I’ll definitely be getting a membership. And Brandon is such a cool dude! Loved the whole environment so much. Great gym with great people.

Seems to be more of a crossfit gym that happens to have other amenities. Not sure if it's meant to be that way, but the crossfit crowd definitely hijacks the atmosphere with their music, yelling, and walking around topless. The workout area for everyone else is very cramped. However, the front desk staff and trainers are really awesome though! Super friendly, and most know you by name. They are the saving grace of this facility.

My favorite and best gym! the staff are friendly and cheerful. The gym has a varieties of fitness classes with professional and awesome trainers. i love indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam.

Love the staff and trainers here! The basketball courts and childcare are a big plus, too. However, the workout area is relatively small, and they have several obsolete pieces taking up space that could either be used for doubles of equipment that get used a lot or pieces that would get used more often. Since members use only a few pieces regularly, getting a planned workout in can be challenging if it is busy.

It had been years since I had been involved with a fitness center. I’m happy I chose this location. They helped make the experience welcoming and rewarding. I’m very grateful.

Big Dog Gym

I love it. Its not a place to hang out and try to look cool in front offriends. Its a place for those who are serious about getting fit. No AC? Its a sweat gym. Old school and I didnt start seeing real gains until I came here. Equipment works flawlessly. Its clean and everything you need is there. I'll never stop going here.

Not sure how they got a license to be a gym but I’ll share my personal experience:

-extremely hot with no proper AC sometimes
above 94 I’ve never seen a gym without proper AC units

-NO showers at all

-extremely dirty (at least for me)

-Very old rusty machines and can leave stains on your outfits because of whatever oil they use to maintain them

-bathroom most of time is dirty and there is only one bathroom for men

--you can’t use your phone lol you have to go out side to make a call 😂 EVEN IF ITS URGENT

Some grown guy again a grown man  went running to the owner to tell them I used my phone and he’s distracted lmao 😂😂😂😂 I swear I though he was joking the whole time till the very end I was like ok chill I’ll leave the entire gym  that was a hilarious moment I’ve been telling everyone about it so far no one believed  he’s a grown man

-no proper lighting

-very smelly (for me)

-no lockers you have to leave your stuff by the entrance

*25 for the key tag and another 25 monthly payment ( over priced)

-NO water fountain if you want water you have to pay for it or use the one by the bathroom

-Some guys are loud AND TALKING NOT REALLY WORKING OUT

-Owners were full of attitude with me when I asked to cancel membership

I still have no idea what did I sign up for
I asked for a copy of my contract since day one but nothing so far I asked again when I left and still nothing so I’m having three different agencies /departments looking into this then I’ll happily proceed with what they advise me to do

So yeah that’s my opinion and my experience with them i absolutely don’t Recommend it even though I was told not to sign up but I figured I’d give them a shot

I was told that the AC works. It was 87 degrees in there on March 4th. It was 95+ degrees (right beside the air conditioner) all summer last year. I’m pretty upset that they lied to me just to con me into to a year long membership.

This gym is great. I'll go further, it's great for people who ARE concerned about fitness and getting as strong as possible and AREN'T concerned about getting dirty, making friends and chatting at the gym all day, or posting pictures every five seconds. It's probably one of the only real gyms left with 10 fitness and planet fitness infecting our neighborhoods. Thanks to the whole Big Dog family. Great job!

Excellent no frills gym, not for anyone except those serious about working out. Lots of space and omg...the equipment is awesome

Love this place! They have awesome tanning beds that include red light therapy and you don’t have to pay extra as long as you have the black card membership which is like $25/month. You can also do red light therapy without tanning, regular tanning lay down or stand up , massage chairs and hydromassage.  Plus the gym is very clean and the staff is friendly and make everyone feel welcome!!

I know usually, you get what you pay for, but that’s not the case here at all. I only pay $10 a month for my membership and this is by far the cleanest gym I have ever been to. The employees are always friendly, it’s never crowded enough that I have to wait for equipment, and the equipment is well-maintained/there is never broken or sketchy looking equipment.

When I say it’s clean, I mean it. I have never been there, where there is not somebody walking around wiping down machines, cleaning the bathroom, and making sure the place is completely spotless.

Even the locker rooms are sparkling clean. I used to go to another local gym and the showers were so disgusting I wouldn’t even want to go near them even with shower shoes. This one is cleaned throughout the day and they honestly do it well.

Generally staff is very nice when I come as my friends guest in the mornings. The young girls who work the front desk Monday through Friday are the sweetest! Sadly the management is absolutely deplorable. I have heard the blonde manager, Britney, say some terrible things about staff and members right there at the front desk. Management needs to get their acts together.

This is my first time joining a “real” gym (i did community centers before) and I was honestly really nervous. But I can’t say enough good things about PF! The staff is so nice and really go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. The facility itself is clean and organized with a good amount of room. Even at “peak” hours it seems like there is plenty of equipment to work with. I’m glad they’ve made this experience a very positive one!

Nice place, friendly atmosphere rarely crowded so not much waiting on equipment.

The Body Firm Personal Training and Fitness Bootcamps

I am so thankful for Dave & Marilyn! I have always been very self-conscious, but since day one everyone in the facility made me feel very confortable and welcome! I have been training with Dave since 2013 and now, after having two more children, he is helping me one more time to stay healthy and reach my weight goals. I have tried different workout settings before, but The Body Firm will always be my favorite place to workout, the facility is clean, and the environment is great! Thank you for all the dedication and support!

Dave and his staff are the best! They are very motivating and knowledgeable. I have worked out religiously for 3.5 years now and have worked with several different trainers but never got the results and support that I was hoping for. After just 2 months of working out with the trainers at the Body Firm I have already seen drastic results and am doing workouts that I never thought I could do. The assistance with meal planning, emotional support, and quick workouts have made losing weight and toning up EASY and ENJOYABLE. Most people think of weight loss as a hard venture and often think it is impossible, and therefore many people avoid trying to do it. I have been very pleased with my 2 months working with the Body Firm trainers and plan on working with them for a long time to come, even once I achieve my weight loss goal.

I've been a "workout girl" most of my life, but life and busyness and stress got in the way and after a few years of being off my game, I felt like I needed a reboot. Like Dave says in his videos, I just needed my mojo back!!! Training at The Body Firm is one of the best decisions I have made for my health. I'm 41 years old, and have three kids. After over a year of training at TBF, I've never felt better!!! I recommend Dave and his team of amazing coaches for their motivation, their fitness expertise, and their nutritional guidance. As an added bonus to looking and feeling better, I KNOW by being proactive about my health that I am delaying (or eliminating all together!!!) the need to face the onslaught of "normal" medical issues and the daily choke of pills that come with them. I plan on having a high quality life going into my older years, and The Body Firm is an integral part of that plan!!!

I've been working out with Bryson for 7 weeks now and I couldn't be more pleased.  To be honest when I first set up a time to check out the facilities and discuss membership options with Dave, I was hesitant that this was not the right program for me, that if would be too hard or I was too old for this type of workout.  But after checking out other places like 24 hrs fitness, I knew I had to give this place a chance. Best decision ever!! I love the smaller setting and the individualized attention I'm receiving.  I highly recommend The Body Firm!

Dave and his staff are wonderful! I worked with Dave 3 years ago and he helped me lose 20lbs in just a month and a half. I recently connected back with him and 3 weeks in I already notice a difference. The workouts are challenging and motivating...I feel my strength increase with every session. The body firm is the place to go to get fit and develop a healthy lifestyle.

StretchLab

I had Bailey for my 25 min session. I felt very relaxed and almost pain free at the end of it. I'll definitely come back.

My daughter was in town for a swim competition and wanted to try StrechLab as her back and shoulders were a little tight. She absolutely loved the experience. Bailey was great and she felt so much better the next day for competition. Thank you so much!

My first time at the Stretch Lab in Fargo, was great. Jacob was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I don’t live in Fargo, otherwise I’d probably go often!

My neck & shoulders are a hot mess... since working with Beth only twice I have seen and felt an improvement. Can't wait to keep going to my weekly stretch and I'm going to recommend to all my friends. 🙏🏽💜☀️ Update: Stretched with Sheri today and it was my best stretch yet. She really knows the human body and gets in there to work stuff out. She is very precise and finds out what muscles need the most attention 🙏🏽💜🙏🏽 Update: Nathan is my fave stretcher, thanks for helping me with my mobility and my legs after cycling. Highly recommended!!!

My son said his body felt so good after his appointment and it helped that he had so much in common with the stretchologist!! He loved to be able to talk about fishing and sports!!
