Edge Body Boot Camp Omaha

Edge Body Boot Camp has been a very positive experience for me. The coaches and peers are so welcoming, challenging and supportive   I joined for strength and flexibility which I was loosing with age. I feel much more confident and know that the effort put in is helping with injury prevention. I’m so glad I found EBBC.

Edge Body is the best! As a person who tends to get bored with workouts if they're repetitive, I haven't been bored once here. It's different and challenging everyday and no one makes me feel dumb when I don't know what's going on (which is often, haha). The coaches and members both are encouraging and supportive of everyone there, from beginners to those in need of a challenge. An effective, welcome environment that has already helped me feel stronger, two months in to being a member. Thanks, Missy + crew!

Edge Body is so much more than just a gym. I've been going since Nov 2016, and I have no idea how I survived all those years without it. From the second you start, every coach knows your name and instantly makes you feel welcome. You will be pushed by not only the coaches, but the members as well. Everyone is so encouraging, and it's like one big family/team. Workouts are definitely challenging, but you will surprise yourself by what you're able to accomplish. Can't say enough good about this gym. Highly recommend!

Been going to Edge for just under 2 years now and still loving every moment of it. This gym is like having a personal trainer. The workouts are different every day, every week, always!! I love that it is always changing. We get to combine strength training and cardio movements to get a full body workout. The atmosphere is amazing and everyone has become a little family.  There are many gym activities throughout the year, so if you are looking for a sense of community you will get it here. Honestly the cleanest gym I have ever been to, which is a plus!!
Highly recommend anyone wanting to try it out to give it a month. Because the workouts vary, you will want to feel the full affects.  I have grown strong in body and mind since joining this gym. Just join, you will never regret!! ❤️

I absolutely love this place.  It's a great facility to work out in with very nice equipment.  The staff is extremely friendly, encouraging and fun.  The workouts are intense, challenging and rewarding.  I've had the best physical results after joining Edge Body.  I've also developed some nice friendships as the members cheer each other on. There are more than just workouts.  We participate in group events outside of classes that are educational and enjoyable.  There is support for goals and nutrition and they have their own supplements and apparel. There are many optional times to attend class, so there is bound to be one that works for everyone.  I recommend Edge Body Boot Camp. to my friends and family ALL THE TIME!

Pure Barre

This is the first exercise routine I have actually stuck to!! I love the variety of classes and I look forward to my time there. My body is getting in better shape and I attribute that to the awesome instructors helping me reach my fitness goals😊

Absolutely love Pure Barre.  I don't think I'd get out of bed at 4:15 AM for ANY other reason.  I love the instructors and the variety of classes they offer.  It's always so energetic and helps me start my day off on a positive note.  

Pure Barre is seriously the best. They have different class types for beginners to more advanced customers. They make it a point to remember your name and will shout you out when you are doing a good job in class. They make u feel like a person and don't make u feel dumb for not doing something correctly. I have been with pure Barre a few months now and it's inviting and gives the opportunity to meet some great people with common goals. I recommend Pure Barre to everyone looking to improve their health. 🩷

I absolutely love my work out. I go Monday thru Friday. I have seen so much personal growth since I started here in September of 2022. The left picture is after 3 classes. The right is 150 classes.

Beware of a”time share” type of pressure to sign up after intro class. Rather than that , great studio! They just need a different way to approach memberships.

Stretch Wichita

Had an amazing experience at Stretch Wichita, and they deserve major kudos! The atmosphere is calming, the staff is friendly, and the facility is spotless. Their expertise and personalized approach made the session outstanding. I felt an immediate improvement in flexibility and left rejuvenated. If you want top-notch stretching, go to Stretch Wichita!

Kamrin has been truly amazing. My issues with hips and lower body/back have been getting so much better working with Kamrin. He has been able to stretch my hips and lower body/back to a very high degree of effectiveness. I highly recommend for every day aches, past athletic injuries, sore muscles from working out or for  the benefits of stretching in general!

Very, VERY pleased with the results I’ve had with Kamrin! I have specific needs for work and my fitness goals; Kamrin has sculpted his therapy to fit those needs. I am halfway through my scheduled six visits. I will ABSOLUTELY schedule more. Fantastic.

I was experiencing some lower back pain and knew it was because my lower body was super tight.

Kamrin listened to my concerns and customized the appointment to give me some much needed relief for my back.

I highly recommend checking them out if you’re trying to gain better overall fitness, much needed relief, or increase your flexibility.

I have had low back and sciatic issues for many years. Since I’ve been doing stretch sessions with Kamrin I have had noticeable improvement! I would highly recommend if you’re looking for some relief!

I've recently started going here. I really like that you can go at your own pace within the class and make adaptions as needed. Everyone has been super friendly and I feel good after the class. I look forward to getting healthier here!

The workouts are great! Natalie and Sheila are the instructors I have most of the time and they are fantastic! They keep the workouts different and not the same. My body and mind feel better and I would recommend Club Pilates to anyone who is looking to feel better! It is a fantastic community of people with exceptional instructors!

Club Pilates has always made me feel welcome and comfortable as someone new to Pilates. A year later and they are always so wonderful to be a member with. The instructors are great, the front desk people are super nice, and the owners are always there to welcome people.

This has been one of the best things I have done for myself in a long time. I have found instructors that I really enjoy and push me in my Pilates journey. I have signed up for private sessions and that one on one time is invaluable. The unlimited membership gives me the flexibility to attend the classes that the instructors that challenge me the most.

I started with an Intro class and was immediately hooked. The environment is so welcoming, so friendly, so encouraging! Exercise classes can be intimidating but I have never once felt that at CPWO. It is such a wonderful community! I love the variety of classes, levels and instructors. A great workout in a safe, welcoming environment? Yes, please!

Pilates Center of Omaha

I highly recommend Pilates Center of Omaha. They are friendly, welcoming, and encouraging. Their instructors are thorough in training those new to Pilates, and consistently monitor the classes they are leading. If they do have concerns regarding someone's form, they will ask if you desire input. I have greatly enjoyed strengthening my core and body as I recover from a difficult season of life.

If you want to really experience PILATES, don't bother going anywhere but Pilates Center of Omaha.  This is the place that will give you the most memorable workout every visit.  It is a small class where the instructor ensures you are moving correctly to receive the greatest results.  In a mere three months, my strength, flexibility, toning, and confidence has improved more than I could have ever imagined.  I will be a lifer!

Dr. Ashlee Richardson, Pt, DPT is very knowledgeable,  great instructor and fun!

I highly recommend Pilates Center of Omaha! It is such a wonderful pilates studio. All the instructors are excellent. Excellent cueing, attention to detail, effective and safe modifications. This studio gets five stars! Everyone is welcoming and friendly. :-)

In this "social distancing" season,  Pilates Center of Omaha has made excellent ways to keep me on track.  The "Motion is Lotion" phrase motivates me and the Virtual Pilates classes with Amy are excellent.  You get good feedback throughout the session.  I am thankful for Ashlee Richardson and her wellness team for making adjustments in a challenging time.

BODYBAR Pilates - East Wichita

Preface, I don't like groups classes.  I took a reformer class today with Kristen , I'd never used one of these before, it is challenging but lots of modifications and guidance so I was able to do everything. Bring grippy socks or plan to spend 15ish to buy some.  I tend to be loud and sarcastic while exercising, this wasn't the vibe, if you like guidance, support, encouragement and a great workout this is the place for you!  Definitely worth a try! Clean, organized, and efficiently run. Go try it!

Friendly staff in an amazing atmosphere! Best full-body workout I've had! No classes are ever the same, so I don't get bored doing my workouts here. Highly recommended!

BLUSH Boot Camp

During my intro session/tour I was not given full details of cancellation policy or advised of the fee for rescheduled classes, which would have stopped my sign up. Yes, I know, I could have asked more questions but felt rushed (people waiting in line behind me). After being charged for two classes I had tried to reschedule, I realized the lack of flexibility did not work for me so I attempted to cancel and was told no by a couple of staff members. I am now stuck paying this place each month until my 18 months are up; or front load a large % of the cost to cancel early.  No bueno. No bueno at all.

This is the only gym I have been apart of, that I actually feel apart of. I'm no longer the over weight college athlete wash up trying to work off baby weight. Blush is full of people just like me all working together. No one feels insecure at Blush because we are are in the same or similar places in our lives. Blush and the Coaches truly does empower you to work hard. It is also affordable unlike many of the other gyms I have been to. You can pay less and join planet fitness but you don't have the team, the coaches, body scans, balance meeting, or friendships like they have at Blush. I only go on Mon/Wed/Fri but on the other days I don't go I feel like something is missing. I have never been that girl that was addicted to the gym. I feel like this is a place that I could see myself going once a day in the future. Do yourself a favor and come to a class!!

It has been amazing! I have been going for two weeks now and everyone from the head coach to the members have been so welcoming. I love the HIIT workouts and the lifting that we do.

I was looking to join a gym near by and Blush opened up right at the perfect. It took me a month to decide if I wanted to go and try it out, but I'm glad I did. If you're looking for a gym where you will feel comfortable at, yet continue to learn and gain muscle, then Blush is your place. The awesome trainers are just a bonus! Highly recommend giving this place a shot!

I came to Blush looking to get healthier and feel better, in the past 6 months, I’ve begun to accomplish that and also found so much more! I found a community that is so supportive and encouraging, as well as a work out program that really works for me! My kids love coming too! The trainers are so amazing and always are pushing me to be better! I’m so grateful I clicked on that Blush Facebook Ad!
