Hoping the review will bump their rating. For anyone complaining about the store not being open, you should've called first. We went the week they were supposed to open and met the security guard. He advised us they had a problem with the town and were not able to open on time. We were going to be in the area again today, this time I called and spoke to an employee who confirmed they are open now. I was told by another retailer months ago, when stores had shorter hours during Covid to never go by what Google posts about the store hours, the retailers only control their websites. Unless they have a business profile with Google. Best bet is to call.

I fell in love the moment I walked through the doors. You could spend hours there. They were more than well stocked, friendly customer service and reasonable prices.

Can't wait to see what Fall and Christmas decor they will carry later this year.

Store is clean and organized, very big. Some prices are a little high, but mostly good deals. And the staff are nice and helpful

I came to the sayville location for the first time last week. Had Nicole as my cashier. When I returned home I noticed I lost my licence. Went crazy for days looking for it. Finally gave up hope on finding it. A week later I returned to your store to shop. Nicole comes running up to me saying I found your license!  This grl needs a raise or a promotion. She went above and beyond to help Me and i think that is amazing!

Hard not to spend money here! You always find something great!

Walmart

Vermont's smallest Walmart, but it's been recently remodeled and looks & feels fresh, clean, and new. Unfortunately, no dairy or produce sections.

If you can get past the amount of crackheads and how poorly the store is ran, it's not a bad spot. Make sure you lock your car before you go inside because the parking lot gets robbed every day.

gentleman at front counter was extremely helpful and kind. Appeared as if he was a manager of some sort. He treated his staff with respect, and it was nice to see him being kind to them as well as me. Great job.

Its just like any other small Walmart except you have to worry about getting robbed or assaulted. Better off leaving your doors unlocked so your windows dont get smashed for the change in your cup holder. Homeless people always asking for money. And employees following you around so closely it gets uncomfortable. Not a place for children because of the people doing drugs out front and in parking lot

A lot of the employees here, are absolutely rude and I don't know how they still have jobs. I've worked here and would never treat customers,  the way a lot of them do. I try to not shop here, but if I'm walking I do. Very unimpressed with the customer service on this visit. Do better

Dormimundo

The facilities are very simple, clean, the salesperson is very friendly, attentive and clarified all my questions, they have a variety of brands, they offered promotions on mattresses and I made the purchase. Even the delivery man was kind and helped lift the mattress to the second floor, free of charge. For delivery they were formal and on time. I recommend this place.

They have the best brands and exclusive models of the highest quality line, they deliver it to your home at no cost in the city.
There is everything you need for a good rest, pillows, protectors and sheets, all of good quality.

The best advice and customer service... I am fascinated and with a very good taste in my mouth, it is already the 2nd purchase there and without a doubt I will return again...

The attention is good from the employee. The variety is good, although it wouldn't be bad to have more brands. But they have good mattress technology as well as economical.

Pleasant place, its very friendly staff, the lady who attends is very helpful and professional in her work, she dispelled my doubts to my satisfaction, I highly recommend it and if you are looking for quality and price, you are in the right place 👍👍👍👍👍👍

Upward Mobility

We looked all over Burlington to different medical stores to find a controller for our lift chair, which was very old. Our last hope was to go to Upward Mobility,  and we couldn't believe that this place had everything anyone would need. They had it in stock. Couldn't ask for a better place to do business  with

We rented a wheelchair for use on vacation and the service was wonderful!  So nice and accommodating and the quality of the chair we rented was perfect - it allowed our whole party to enjoy our vacation.  They also gave a great recommendation for a local restaurant.  When we go back, we will definitely call them again.

Jack and Susan are great. Last year we were looking for a mobility scooter and Jack let us in on a Sunday to check things out. They have a large selection of scooters as well as other mobility items. We came back to purchase the scooter and Susan showed us how to get it in our van. Both are very pleasant and fun to work with - no pressure. During our conversation we learned they also serviced “stair chairs”...even one’s they didn’t sell.

Now we are in the process of moving and need our chair removed from the strairway for the movers. I asked Jack if he could help us and immediately agreed. This morning he arrived exactly on time, checked over the chair for us and took it off the rail. He’d aleady spoken to the new owners about reinstalling the chair.

Having to deal with mobility issues is difficult enough, we are so happy to have met the folks at Upward Mobility. They have certainly improved our quality of life. We highly recommend them.

This company is fantastic.  My entire experience from when Joerg answered the phone providing great customer service and information to Justin coming to evaluate my stairway to the installation to resolving & replacing a defective part has been exceptional.   The stairlift has allowed us to stay in our home.  Thank you!!

I spent a lot of time looking for a lift/recliner  chair for my 98-year-old mother, and wish I had looked here first. ...we wanted a smaller, space-saver chair with a simple control, and she had one in stock and was able to deliver it the same  day. Delivery was prompt and delivery person delightful. The obvious first stop for someone in our area with mobility issues.

It’s good shopping in the morning when it’s not too busy. The only thing is that you to have go thru self checkout. It gets busy depending on the day and time. Sometimes they have plenty of cashiers, sometimes they don’t have enough. Pick up option will save you time.

I almost thought I was transferred into a Christmas hallmark movie when Carol from the returns department told me her name! She was an absolute delight!!!!  I was not looking forward to going in but she made the experience really pleasant.

Thank you Carol!!! Give this woman a Christmas bonus!

I am a driver for sparkdrive and they took over thirty minutes to get an order that was supposed to be done by 4:15 and yet its past 5 and still waiting. Super poor customer care and all around work ethics as a whole company. I inow for facts it doesnt take 45 min to find the items the machine they have tell them the EXACT location for any item. ITS CALLED LAZYNESS INCOMPETENCE ARROGANCE AND STUPIDITY

I always feel like a crack (or meth, I don’t discriminate) head is going to jump out at me and try to rob me. The workers are always nice especially the ladies at the door. I with the police would monitor the parking lot more, I don’t always feel safe leaving my Prius unattended.

The Home Depot

I was sent to this store after purchasing an entire kitchen at another home depot they did not have one item in stock. The other HD sent me here (to orange home depot).

I go to the person I was instructed to speak with. The person has no idea what I was talking about. The item I needed was available there were 4 in stock but not on the floors.

The manager comes out, laughing, shakes my hand, and asks me is there anyway you can come pickup tomorrow 🤷🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️.

An entire day wasted.

Will never return.

My husband and I recently visited Home Depot to make a purchase, and we had the pleasure of meeting an exceptional employee named Blanca Gomez. Blanca's attentiveness and positive attitude left a lasting impression on us, and we are truly grateful for her outstanding service, dedication, and the time she spent assisting us. She made our entire purchasing experience seamless and went above and beyond to address all of our inquiries. We ordered 3 area rugs & a couple of garden bins for delivery on 8/26/21 and we were very pleased w/ the customer care at the Orange, CT location. Both Renae and June are professional, helpful, serviceable and friendly. Great job, highly recommend!

Ordered a special order Husky cabinet which took a few days to get the store which was fine. But when I went to pick up my actual order they could not locate it for over an hour even though it had arrived. During the whole wait not a signal employee had any communication with me so I was left just standing for over and hour. After waiting for an hour I decided to go to CS and ask them just to cancel, I will go somewhere else to get the item…

Unfortunately this isn’t the first time either..

Love this place 5stars because they have what your looking for in home remodeling contractors take great pride knowing they can get materials here at a reasonable cost.

Walmart Supercenter

We are visiting from out of state. This walmart was the most cleanest location I've ever been to. Everything seemed well stocked and kept up. Parking lot was busy.

I travel 2 hrs away from my home store in crescent city. The service in crescent city is flat out horrible.
However this store I found clean and well stocked. All interactions with employees where pleasant and helpful.
Will be traveling to this one more often for my monthly restock trips.
Every employee was truly great.I left the store in a great mood.
My home store is rarely faced/stocked. Getting someone to help u is almost impossible or they are down right rude. The atmosphere is wonderful in this store. Happy employee's create happy  customers.

Huge line at the pharmacy, and the clerk whom I could barely understand as she softly muttered things avoiding eye contact with me. Not the most people friendly employees. Other than that and the fact that I had to park a mile away from the entrance, id say it was satisfactory

Very fun and kind staff. Good clearance  in front area of store. Nice clothing line for young girls!!  And beautiful personalized cakes. I was able to give them an idea and there so it appears in the picture, great job Walmart lol

David is very nice and extremely helpful.

Some young employees seem impatient and unhappy about their jobs. C’mon, appreciate your jobs and treat your customers with respect, if you don’t, you should be fired.

Larsen Ace Hardware

Everyone loves this hardware store. The staff is really helpful with any kind of advice you may need or detailed information about a product that can help you make a decision.

Very large inventory of outdoor seasonal needs from snowblowers, shovels and rakes to barbecue grills, patio seating, fire logs and fire pits. Lawn maintenance products from weed wackers and leaf blowers to grass fertilizers and garden hoses. Wall paint and wood stains; doormats; Cleaning items like mops, brooms, dusters and buckets; power tools; plumbing including toilet seats and sump pumps; tool storage kits; sealants; extension cords; batteries; lanterns; HDMI cables, splitters and remotes; noise reduction earmuffs; dry vacs; measuring tapes; every imaginable tool from screwdrivers to socket adapters to pliers and wrenches; a vast selection of lightbulbs.

You name it and they almost definitely have it! There's even a revolving rack of greeting cards. Open seven days a week 8AM to 7PM.

I am feeling generous, for some odd reason. Thus the two stars!  I went in to get a dish drain.  They said that they did not have what I wanted.  I had a strong sense that they were dissembling.  To what avail?!  What the heck, no one believes in telling the truth anymore.  Anyhow.  Whatever.  Good luck!

I've been here dozens of times and the staff have always been very helpful, knowledgeable and nice. The store has just about everything you need for quick jobs around the house. Plus, it's clean and well organized. Just a disclosure that I've never ordered online for pickup so I can't comment on anything related to online inventory display and orders, but my in-store experiences have always been great.

Came into the store 6-5-2023 with a hose and fitting looking to see what what they had to offer for tubing materials and adapters that fit my specific application. A gentleman asked if I needed any help and promptly show me their tubing selection. I then overheard the acting manager berating an employee (clear medical circumstances) for having to leave early. Upon aquiring the fittings and tubing I needed for my project I asked the manager where I could find hose clamps. He very rudely told me I better have got the information for that tube, I told him yes it's 3/8" Polyethylene and I have 5ft. He proceeded to say "yeah I bet after helping yourself" then belittled the forementioned employee to show me to the hose clamps and check my tubing. Walking away he said something along the lines of you can not trust these people. The forementioned employee helped me out without issue and gave me a post-it note with part number and $/ft. I found the interaction completely inappropriate, uncomfortable and degrading to all involved. Tubing was $.79/ft.

Service was fast.. staff really helpful and super cleaned and organized not like others I been to which are a mess

The store was super clean and the staff was quick and polite and even when busy they were able to execute every order in the deli without a hitch and got everyone taken care of very fast. Great for a lunch brake when your on a time limit.

I'm reviewing only because I am from Pennsylvania and needed to stop here on a trip and didn't realize the store does not use plastic shopping bags! We had to purchase a reusable bag to take our food back to the hotel. Just letting others from out of the area know to bring a bag!

Above average for a Walmart. Generally well stocked. It’s hard to beat Walmart’s pricing lately!

Joanne who is the old lady working the u-scans on the north side of the store is HORRIBLE. (Jan 22, 2021 at about 5pm) she was rude to me and my family for no apparent reason and made my whole experience terrible at walmart. She was demanding, and just downright awful to deal with. Avoid this nightmare at all costs.

They had impressive inventory. Everything was on the shelf that I wanted, however, I went to buy a video game and even though I was spending hundreds on groceries and other things, they forced me to buy the game in the electronics department. That's a huge waste of my time worth - 4 stars

A really excellent store for Home Decor. A marriage between Christmas Tree Shops and Home Goods. The store is on the expensive side, but the quality does seem to be there so I don't mind paying for a good quality product.
The store is clean, well laid out, and easy to navigate. I will also say that the Supervisor Karen is fantastic. We had a product that was not ringing up at the correct price (the bar code was not registering the discount) and Karen took care of the entire problem for us. In other stores, you would have been told "tough". It was nice to see that this error was corrected.
I will be back. Overall, a great store, with great people working in it; but on the expensive side.

Rather disappointing but it was what my wife and I expected.As a guy this store didn’t do much for me. There’s plenty of merchandise, it’s clean, and it’s laid out very well. I found much of the merchandise to be economical, almost too much so. Seems like a lot of it is made in Asia, and in particular China, why it’s relatively inexpensive. In my view if you are staging a home for sale you could pick up a piece or two to liven up your place to put on the market. Best category for me was some of their framed pics. Staff was friendly.

Some have said the shelves are empty, I saw shelves filled with a variety of items. Quality of merchandise yet to be discovered but worth a trip, you may see something you like. Be carful items with “sticker price” may have been priced higher with sticker covering the original price (this was disappointing but most stores are doing this now).

Super Walmart size and good prices with quality items like Michael's. This has stuff for guys like garden and patio and everything for the ladies in terms of home Decor. If you and your husband  can't agree on home decor this place will bring you together and both will be happy.
Easy parking so no cars right on top of your truck. Extra special deals for perks membership which is free. You don't even have to leave your car if you ordered ahead.

I'm disappointed with the quality of the merchandise. I purchased a floor lamp, bulbs and a three plug adapter with USB ports. Top bulb socket was cracked and the plug adapter would not take any plugs. I plan on returning the item, poor cheaply made items. I can imagine the markup on their items. Expensive prices for cheaply produced items.
First time customer last time shopping there.
