Walmart Supercenter

Bathrooms are very dirty. It's hard to find help when you do they say it's not my department.  There shelf's are usually not stocked. The shelf price is usually not the price it rings up at the checkout.  I brought this up with a manager a few months ago.  He actually told me to take a picture of the shelf price. That way, they could change the price at the checkout. So I asked him to repeat what he said. I was shocked and had to make sure I heard him correctly.

I have had good experiences shopping at Walmart they need more associates walking the floors associates are usually friendly and helpful I do not mind the self check out . Most staff are very knowledgeable to where a product is at thank you Walmart for all you do and charities you donate to

Spent 2 hrs picking up groceries. Asked several employees for help with locating product or for getting item down from top shelves.  Employees stated they were busy,Didn't know  or I should ask someone else
. When I finished shopping I went to check out and pay for my items i found long lines at both ends with self checkouts. Half of the other checkouts were taped off and said they were closed. I went into one that had 4 employees standing in front of it talking. One of the ladies said. "We are not opening any registers tonight. You have to self check."
At that point I had had enough. I left the cart sitting there and walked out.
What happened to.opening a register if more than 3 people were waiting?
I went to HyVee and purchased my items. Everyone there was happy to help me.

Put in more self check out lanes. Love doing the work your staff should be doing. Have to locate my own stuff. Have to price check it. Then have to check it out and bag it. Then I may even have to be loss prevention and show you my receipt for my items. What next? Do you need help cleaning the toilets? Sure looks like it.

Also, why are your staff reaching over to the screens and tapping the 5 star review? It has happened to me several times, I have seen others do it and that is just dishonest. Is corporate instructing them to do it?

Just bought $140 worth of stuff and there was only one employee manning a check out lane at a busy time of day. I spotted more than a few handicapped and elderly people who could really use a personal checkout experience. Then there multiple teenage employees watching the us all do self checkout. Seriously? What a horrible position you are putting them in! I will not be back.

I think this Walmart is very clean one, stuff are nicely arranged, parking is clean, police is there to make sure safety, people are nice

They do not honor the posted price of items.   Make up their own price.   Manager is a chicken.   Sends out her employees to talk.  She won’t come out of her office 🐥. Last time I shop at Walmart.   Rude staff

Did a pickup and pulled into a pickup spot to only notice multiple cars parked in the pick-up spots to be used for other than what they are intended for.  Hanging out, parking to run into the store and who knows what else.  The store employees were great, but I worried about their safety in the lots.

The same employee has harassed my family and I consistently. There's been times where they stop us on the way out instead of the lighter skinned people. They've made my daughters cry because they feel like criminals. I have called them out on this as well as racist and they don't care what I say because they know there's never repercussions.
On another occasion they've snatched my receipt and looked through each bagged item and counted everything. I watch them let these other people (white in case you're actually confused by this.) When I ask why he laughs it off. I've called several times and made formal complaints but no it's still going on. I wish I could get to another location but it's difficult. Thank you for your time. Please do better with the racist at the exit door.

Update: My preferred Walmart in the metro. The parking lot can be a little tricky. I usually come in from the north side from the roundabout.

I am rarely disappointed with the selection.

Pretty busy Walmart, but usually the one I go to.

I was looking for cork flour and husks to make tamales! Found what I needed. Staff is usually helpful and the place is typically clean.

Music greeted me outside on a crisp fall morning. Displays outside were well maintained.  Parking lot was clean. Entrance was neat.  Racks, full. Bathrooms very clean. Nice store.

Quick stop on t he way to Minneapolis.  Well laid out store. Able to quickly locate what we needed and head back to the highway.  Friendly staff at self checkout.

I went here for some specific foods that I couldn't find elsewhere. I was able to get all but one item on my list. Their grocery area is HUMONGOUS!! Loved the meats & cheese selections; most produce looked nice.

I'm not a regular Walmart shopper. I was happy to see/use their self checkout! The staff who helped me locate some items were pleasant and knowledgeable. I came away with a good impression and I'll go back to shop again.

Make sure to call ahead for customer service!!! I arrived first time at 12:50pm, looked for management cause sign says management can do the money orders, management told me it’ll be 40min till she gets back…. Left and came back… it’s1:40 and still no person!!! Over an hour! Disappointment!!!

I hate how unprofessional they are.  My daughter was stopped, asked to empty her bag and the worker made her add a second bag of cat food to her bill and she was so flustered and humiliated that she never noticed until she got home.  She called to speak to them at customer service and they were rude as well.  We stopped shopping and giving our support to this Walmart.  Very unprofessional service.

Stopped to buy a little and spent way too much. Had a good variety  in all departments. Employees helpful. No designated areas marked for big vehicles but plenty on space for RV'S.  Was nice to see good selection after months in very small communities and one store to depend on.

This WalMart's employees aren't very friendly, absolutely no checkout line that's not self check out and apparently they have everyone who lives in this town trained to show their receipt of purchase when exiting the store.  My mom about had a heart attack when I was walking out of the store, receipt in my bag and told the door attendant "Have a nice day" and kept on walking.  The door attendant also didn't know what to say or do with me doing so.  I'm sorry, you do not have to show your receipt of purchase UNLESS they suspect you've stolen an something.  My mom once we got into the car asked "Where in the world did you learn that trick?".  I told her I didn't steal nothing, so I'd love for them to force me to show it.  Loss prevention better be hot on my heels with cops waiting if I'm suspected or being accused of theft.

It's a great store but they need more people that actually work the registers . I feel like they are getting paid to  police the costumers.  So we are doing their job while they get paid lol . What about elderly or disabled ppl . Have trouble scanning and bagging their own items. I'm telling you that's why I go to Lowes or supersede. More expensive but way easier and faster.

Today I had the most UNCOMFORTABLE shopping experience at Walmart EVER ! Being watched like hawks while scanning all of our items by 2 different employees with the most dirty looks in their faces made me and my fiancé SUPER UNCOMFORTABLE! Made us feel like thieves and when we paid for EVERYTHING we had in our baskets ! If this had a zero rating I most definitely would have chose that option ! It’s not our fault that all of the registers aren’t open with actual cashier workers from Walmart and we’re left with the responsibility of doing their jobs ! I’m SUPER DISAPPOINTED!

Was shopping with my son and after checking out at the self check out, I released I had left my wallet in my car and had asked the clerk if she could watch my basket full of groceries while my son and I went to grab my wallet from the car.
I wasn't gone for more than a couple minutes and as I approached self checkout,
There was two female employees searching through ALL my bags!!!! And tried to accuse me of stealing. I then felt like I was completely being profiled!
To there surprise of course everything in my basket had been scanned!!!
I finished my purchase and went on my way.
"What an embarrassing shopping experience for all of us!!!

School of Rock

School of Rock has been great for my children. My oldest is in the Rock 101 program and her confidence has grown exponentially. She has gone from extreme fear for the performance to inviting friends to watch her play. Our younger daughter is in the Rookies class and comes home every week excited to tell us all the instruments she is learning to play. We love the programs and kind staff at School of Rock.

My daughter attended summer camp. The music was great, but she was really blown away by the bonding experience with the other kids! We highly recommend it!

Great, fun atmosphere! Our son is in his 3rd year of percussion in middle school and School of Rock has helped him learn so much already. We signed him up in the beginning of June 2019. He is so much more confident playing drums and has felt comfortable right from the start! The teachers send the parents a quick email after each private lesson as well. Great program, highly recommend. Worth the money:)

Our son loves School of Rock. He really likes his teacher and enjoys going every week. His teacher is accommodating and helps our son learn in various ways. We have seen a big improvement in his drumming skills since he started attending. Thank you for your hard work and dedication to ROCKING out in a safe environment.

I don’t know where to start - I have been so incredibly impressed with this program and the staff at School of Rock McKinney. My 8 year old went from never playing any instrument to playing drums, keyboard, and singing in a band of his peers in a matter of months. He is not only learning the songs his band will play at their concerts, but is receiving an excellent education in musical theory.
I don’t believe I’ve ever worked with a business which has such an enthusiastic and friendly staff. They are absolutely amazing.

SoR has been a blessing for our daughter. Her skills, and especially her self-confidence, have really grown over the past year. The staff and her band mates are "her people." She feels very at home with both, and she really enjoys her time there.

School of Rock is a special place.  Musically they have something for everyone from one on one music lessons to practicing as a band to eventually perform together.   They even have singing lessons!

I am so impressed with the growth my son is having in the short time he’s been here.  My son is developing skills that grow his confidence not only musically, but I’ve seen that confidence blossom in other areas of his life.

At times, I wait in the lobby for my son to be done and I see kids of all ages come and go all with huge smiles on their faces.

Our son has been a student at School of Rock for 11 years! It has been a place where he was accepted and free to be himself. The teachers and staff at School of Rock have taught him so much about music theory and performance. Music is definitely going to be a life-long passion for him. We are so thankful to have School of Rock in our lives!!

My son has had an incredible experience at School of Rock. It's such a unique program, and learning actual songs he likes is so much more motivating than regular music lessons. He is applying to colleges and he actually wrote one of his application essays about how School of Rock changed his life and helped him find his passion.

On top of that, the staff and instructors are truly caring and interested in the kids. Devin, the general manager in the Flower Mound studio, goes out of his way to help with anything he can. He has gone above and beyond to help my son stay in the program. Richard, one of the instructors, has also been so encouraging and helped my son find his confidence and increase his skills.

Overall, I give School of Rock an A+! Our family is happy we found the program and would recommend it to anyone whose child has a passion for music.

The staff and teachers were really nice and welcoming! I had a amazing first lesson, and it won't be the last one. I'm so happy be a part of the family!🤘🏻❤🎸

Scotty is awesome! I recommend him if your interested in guitar lessons, he is very encouraging and patient. And very passionate about music.

Love school of rock! My son has been going for years. He’s become a fantastic drummer. I love this location, the owner is great.

Great staff and a fun environment for learning music for both adults and kids.

I take voice lessons at school of Rock Plano. Learning to sing as an adult has been challenging. I’ve tried you tube videos and it’s not been easy for me to learn from you tube because there is no live feedback so I don’t know how to adjust my singing to sing better.

My voice instructor Melissa is awesome! She has a fun personality but also simultaneously serious about teaching music and improving the student. She is a very knowledgeable  vocalist and musician. Above all, she gives really accurate and detailed feedback.  Melissa makes learning fun. I’ve learnt a lot and hope to keep improving my vocals.

The front desk staff in Plano is helpful, friendly and have been flexible to accommodate my changing schedules. I also like other instructors who have subbed for Melissa.

I love school of Rock because I’ve felt well accepted there even though I was a beginner with no significant background other than an insane love of music !!

I literally just started playing the bass this time last year. I never thought I could play or even be part of a band on stage. Thanks to School Of Rock I have now learned over 40 songs and playing gigs once or twice a month. The teachers and staff are amazing and always professional. Thank you for allowing me to live my ROCK 🤘dreams!!

My 13yo has been at School Of rock in Plano, TX for a few years now. The staff has always been so professional, positive and encouraging. Covid has been tough for everyone and we have appreciated the professional way that they dealt with the pandemic and still allowed the children to safely continue in their musical performances. Rock on 🤘🏽

SoR has programs for all ages and skill levels. The staff is amazing and truly cares about the advancement of their students. The exposure the students get to playing in a band and performing in front of people is a game changer. There is nothing like the thrill of nailing a great rock song in front of a crowded venue. Seeing the confidence and skill of the kids in this program skyrocket is worth every dollar spent.

UPDATE! We now have two of our kiddos enrolled at SOR. I couldn't be more impressed, so I wanted to add to my review. Ariel teaches guitar to my youngest son and he loves it. Communication is great and he knows what to practice at home without our help. Billie W. is an excellent drum instructor. My other son looks forward to seeing him each week. We appreciate the care and enthusiasm he brings as a teacher. I highly recommend School of Rock SL for the best in music education.

My granddaughter was taken for lessons here and I was VERY disappointed. After attending a “show”, I realized she was singing offensive and inappropriate lyrics in multiple songs After reaching out to the Director, Bri, she said that it was the music teachers choice of songs. I told her I was opposed to my granddaughter singing these lyrics and she said that there was nothing she would do about it. If you are thinking about taking your child here for music lessons, I suggest you go elsewhere! Very poor management.

I've taken guitar lessons, drum lessons, and I participate in the adult band. I don't have a bad word to say about any of it. I like the way the school is run, I like my teachers, and I've improved a lot as a musician since I've been attending! Couldn't recommend enough.

The instructors are all topnotch which can be seen in how well the younger kids perform. It's also a great way to learn how to play with other musicians of all levels in a band environment. Everyone I've met has been very pleasant and a ll work to bring out the best in you.

The website is fairly accurate on the in stock items. I am always happy to find staple item grocery products that we use. The front-end registers need to be restocked for bags & cleaned more readily to be able to use the new registers like the register demand requires.

Good place to stop if you're traveling through. I always stop here when I'm going east to Fargo, Morris, MN, or the twin cities. There are lots of discounted items most of the time we stop. Friendly workers, about 90% of the time.

Ordered online and still waiting. Supposed to arrive Saturday and give granddaughter gift. Didn't happen and no reasonable answer is giving.  My opinion they need to figure out their problem before taking orders Temu is more responsible aa far as shipping on time. Yes I understand it's Xmas. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year's

Nice! Clean store, well stocked, great deals and good customer service.

This place was definitely larger than what I'm used to, which is cool but also a madhouse trying to find where everything is. Everything seems to be put in such odd orders. I guess I'm used to my own store having beauty and hair products along with perfumes, lotions, and medicine all on one side of the store.

I found some very cute things, and I loved the assortments, but I didn't like how busy it was (not the stores fault).

Tried to find some clear bags for a concert but found nothing.

The staff was friendly and helpful, however.  just speaking from my own experience, it was tricky finding everything we needed. Especially with how bad our heads were, and we had someone else depending on us to get back to them; but I wish we could've stayed to look around!

Called four times. Put on hold. Unfortunately no one came back to phone. Would like to see that someone answering phones speak better English. Don't care what national they are. If they can't be understood, shouldn't be answering phone. Very difficult to communicate. Also train where products are.

This Walmart is so clean and we'll stocked. The best freshly stocked produce than any other Walmart around. The best selection I always shop here. And today I saw Girl Scouts outside, how lovely 😍 I have not seen the Girl Scouts in many years. I hope they stay.

Awesome! A clean store well stocked and great customer service.

The store is really crowded and some areas feel dirty.  Most of the staff is really nice but there are a few that could use some training in how to treat people.  Their delivery system for Plus ➕️  customers is not the best.  I haven't received my order although they posted a picture of the bags n front of someone's house. Called the store and nobody answers. Disappointed
