I went to have a tartar cleaning done with Adeslas and the truth is that they treated me very well, the girl at the reception was very friendly, and the one who helped me, I think I remember, was María, a very kind and very attentive girl.

The service was unbeatable and the treatment fantastic.

Regarding the time of the appointment, they attended to me on time, and the covid measures were well regulated.

A place where I would return and it is not my first visit. I have gone on a few occasions for a filling and they also treated me great.

We went for an emergency, and they attended to us immediately. The doctors are very cordial and professional. They solved the problem and in the end I had to resort to placing two implants. They gave me a lot of confidence, I didn't feel any pain and everything went perfect. I recommend this center, the entire management is fast, agile and cordial. I have clearly been scammed, you can't think of anything else, 25 months of orthodontic treatment and zero changes, but everything was well charged, I complained halfway through the treatment and as if I had spoken to a wall, but it was supposedly the director, I spoke again to the I had to remove my braces and he wasn't even able to see photos in front of me, he told me that he would give me a solution and as if nothing had happened, they have kept my money because they haven't put anything in my mouth. I do not recommend this clinic at all, you wait very long for an appointment, the office comes and goes while you are there as if it were an English court, and their only purpose is to bill, not the patient or the quality!

Hospital Doctor López Cano

Great 5 Golden Star Hospital, saved me from sudden emergecy during my cruise from Miami to Spain.
Doctor Lopez Cano treated me twice with his professional touch, all other doctors were great also. Nurses treated me with great care and timely for all needs. Great help came from the interpeter Patricia who went way beyond what was expected. Even went back to get our passports stamped as we bypassed the immigration in an amulance. My wife could stay in the room with me for 10 days. All superb experince.

Having a surgery and hospitalized in a foreign country was really a scary experience for me. But being treated in a hospital like LOPEZ CANO change that feeling. Why? its because all the Doctor, nurses, and staff are all professionally well trained, helpful, very kind and they are one of the best health care provider you can imagine. They will assist you in every way until your discharge, they will explain to you all the things you need to know and they will care for you as if they are your own family. I was admitted for evaluation on my having abdominal pain in the NCL Norwegian Breakaway ship on 4/29/23 where I was diagnosed as having Bowel Obstruction. Dr. Mark Coronel, the ship MD, referred me to a surgeon in Cadiz, Spain - for further evaluation and to rule out any possible surgery. Hence, when the NCL ship docked in the morning of 4/30/23 in Cadiz, Spain, I was transported to Hospital Lopez Cano where I had to undergo an abdominal X-Ray and CT-Scan procedure which eventually gave favorable results - where I did not have  to undergo any surgery. In the evening of 4/30/23, Dr. Gonzalo Martin, the attending surgeon, explained the results from the CT-Scan, stating everything looks good and I don’t need any form of surgery, examined me, and later put me on a soft diet. The following day (5/1/23) Dr. Martin stated that he will issue me the Fit for Travel (FFT) Medical Certificate and finally discharged me on 5/2/23. I would like to give special thanks to Patricia Granados who took care of me right from the start, from when I was transported to the hospital from the NCL ship. She has been instrumental in getting the FFT Medical Certficate (to reboard the NCL ship in BCN), all the relevant hospital documents I needed to present to my insurance company in the US (for reimbursement), my discharge papers, along with transportation accommodations to the Jerez de la Frontera Airport (via taxi) from the hospital. Hospital Lopez Cano is very fortunate to have her as its hospital orderly (not sure if that’s the appropriate term for someone in her position). I congratulate Hospital Lopez Cano for having such a very efficient, courteous and compassionate hospital orderly like Patricia. Quite frankly, the world needs more people like her.

My Mum was admitted to the hospital from a cruise ship as she was very poorly and we stayed for 6 days before flying home . Being in hospital unexpectedly in a foreign county where we did not speak the language was very traumatic for us but all the hospital staff were amazing, particularly Patricia! She was the international interpreter and  support for us and the help and service we received from her was absolutely outstanding - our stay was made so much easier and bearable with her constant support ! She acted as a liaison between the Doctors and Nurses and even helped translating things with the insurance company . Thank you so much to you all and I can highly recommend this hospital and Patricia !

Our admission to Dr Lopez Cano, Cadiz was made less traumatic owing to the caring professionalism of all staff. We cannot thank them enough. Great treatment, but lack of transparency. I went for a general checkup which they told me there was no charge; During the check-up I told her that I was having a tooth coming out (at no time did I say that I had any discomfort or that there was any problem) and the doctor told me that she was going to do an x-ray, something that I did not request at any time and even before doing it. I told him that I was not carrying my wallet and that I had no problems, to which the person who was assisting me told me that there was no problem and that I should not worry, which I thought was not an expense and that it was a routine thing within the review, so I let them do it for me. When the review was finished and since I liked the treatment I thought about having a cleaning done there, so I went to make an appointment for another day; When I made the appointment he told me the price of the cleaning for the next visit and that it was 30 euros for the x-ray. Obviously I told her that they had not told me that they were going to charge me for it and even more so that I had not requested it since I did not have any discomfort for it to be necessary to do an x-ray, then the girl who was there told me so stupidly that she I felt and that I had to pay it, even when I insisted that I HAD NOT REQUESTED IT, MUCH LESS THEY TOLD ME THAT IT WAS NECESSARY AND MUCH LESS THAT IT WAS GOING TO BE CHARGED. Beyond the price of the x-ray, I think it is audacity on the part of this dental center that they have taken the liberties of doing something that was not requested, that on top of that they charge for it and that was not necessary, since the only thing they concluded was It was that I was having a tooth coming out, something that I had already said and that it was not causing problems for me that would require an x-ray, so it makes me doubt if this same way of proceeding is the one they have compared to others. treatments, which is why I do not recommend this clinic due to lack of trust in its procedures and transparency. Very happy with them. I had a piece of tooth in another clinic, after 30 minutes trying to do a root canal to reconstruct my piece, they told me to have an implant.
Overall, they recommended this clinic to me and when Primi arrived she told me that things were bad but that she was going to try little by little and she got it and here is my little piece reconstructed in 1 year+-. I will continue with them and of course I recommend them.

Very bad experience with this clinic, I have a tooth filled up to 3 times, and I wanted to put a cover, I ask for a second opinion and they tell me that the tooth has cavities and it must be extracted and implanted. They play with people's health. In addition, my daughter also dropped the one she put on six months ago, very unhappy, I do not recommend it at all.

Disappointing, they only care about money and when they have it they forget about everything... expensive budgets, inflated prices... they tell you to pay for a deep cleaning for a real money and it takes 3 minutes on the clock... being the 3rd time they did to me during the year... I took my quotes to other individuals and they assured me that they were scamming me... each review they gave me something new that I didn't need but they did recommend me (pasta) and if you told them no bad faces... they don't make it easy for me. nothing and they only care that you give your opinion.
There are people who are professionals and others who are worthless... a shame!
I would never return to Vitaldent and I certainly do not recommend it to anyone.
